Sad and disappointed 10+ year customer.After being a customer since 2011 I will no longer bring anymore vehicles here. I have supported this place and have gotten so many of my friends to become regulars. Also I love supporting your local guys instead of going with the big corporations. But clearly inn n out does not feel the same way about the business relationship. I even walked up and shook the gentleman s hand and told him this is the end of our transactions together. 13 years myself and much longer in my family. After arriving with plenty of time which was advised by inn n out to be present prior to 3:45 in order to do the oil change. I arrived at 3:39 they tell me they cannot take me. I can clearly tell my business is not appreciated after spending thousands of dollars and being loyal over 13 years.

Honestly the best oil change experience I ve ever had. Came here after the dealership I bought the car from said the oil change would be free, turns out it wasn t, and they wanted me to pay an absurd amount. The man I spoke on the phone with and who greeted me when I walked in (didn t get his name, sorry) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasn t the type just trying to make a quick buck. He educated me about matters regarding my car which I really appreciated. Service was also very fast and efficient. I will be coming here for all my future oil changes, thank you guys so much!!Service: Oil change

Great service! Greeted me right away about what I needed. I was there maybe 12 mins & they were done. Changed my oil, checked my tires & fluids, filled up what needed to be. They explained everything they did at checkout! Would highly recommend this place!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is always the best fast oil change spot. And they do everything correctly not just fast. Plus top off all fluids and check tire pressure. I've been going here for years

This place was super fast. I live in Fort Lauderdale and I think it took me 12 minutes to get to this place but I was out in about 8 minutes. I didn't even have much time to scroll on my phone for a few minutes. I will now not be going to any other place to get my oil changed now that I've relocated to Fort Lauderdale.

Brought my car here 5 times...after getting under the hood for some maintenance found out they never changed the oil filter...they charged me for a new one every time...how do I know they didn't change it...because it was the penzoil filter from midas...they charged me for the "mobile one" oil filter...changed my oil after that and confirmed 100% it was old...beware of the scam...Service: Oil change

Kelly and Marlin were awesome. I was not yet out of my Jeep, and they greeted me, certainly asked my oil type preferences, got my Jeep in immediately, explained what they were charging for; and I was out literally in 11 minutes. I go here exclusively for my oil changes. The staff are always quick, courteous and super helpful and quite like their name, I'm in and out in just a few minutes.

I have been coming here to get my oil changed at this local mom and pop place since 2009, and I will never go anywhere else! Kelly at the front always remembers me. They point out things that need fixed and never have I ever felt that they try to sell me things I didn't need. Being a woman, sometimes we are taken advantage of in these situations, but never here!!!

Best oil change spot hands down. Most shops out here are so busy they want you to leave your car for 2 hours min or over night if you come after 2pm. No thank you. Did 4 oil changes here the longest I've waited was 25 mins due to them having a few cars on line already and even then 25-30 mins vs 2 hours. Prices are just as the same as other spots. I paid 48 bucks for my oil change and other vehicle fluids filled up.

They really live up to their name. Service was fast. All the lights on my dashboard are gone. I thought I would have to stop by multiple places because I also needed tire work done but I got everything done there. I am very pleased with the service I received.

They are not kidding with the place's name!!! You literally in and out.The staff are so friendly and professional. Took the time to explain me about the difference in the oils and even checked the tires to see if rotation was needed.Probably the best experience I had in car mechanic fields!Top Notch customer service!

No waiting, very qualified staff. They even checked my transmission oil and added some for free. I noticed a big improvement in shifting. They checked all necessary points and tire pressure. Price is the same as other places, where you have to wait all day. Definitely the best oil change I ever seen.

In-N-Out is the absolute apex of old time neighborhood customer service. Ya just can't find honest service like this anymore. These guys are here to help and don't have a crooked bone in their bodies. One of the best shop experiences I've ever had in Florida

Reviews are right! On vacation and drove from Canada, so we needed the oil change before our trip home. Dan Kelly serviced the car and all was great. Fast, easy and friendly service. Drove a few extra miles for this location because of reviews, but it was worth it!

Excellent service here. I always bring my car here for its oil changes. It's easy and they are fast. I could go to the dealer were I get free oil changes but it is more convenient here. The quik service is worth the money.

This place is the best! I usually call ahead, even though it s not necessary, but today I showed up and they IMMEDIATELY took my car for the oil change. Fast, efficient, great service! Highly recommend

The best shop I ve ever been to. I drove in for an oil change and was out in 10 minutes. I expected to get the usual up sell at the end telling me everything that s wrong with the car. The gentleman gave me my bill (which was affordable) said he filled up my fluids and I was on my way. Makes me trust they aren t trying to scam me.. highly recommend!!
