Someone hit my car at work and I took it to Lauderdale Collision to get the estimate and work done and I must say Jacob Nasca was phenomenal. He communicated well and ensured that I was aware of everything that was happening and explained all the necessary steps needed to get my bumper back to the way it was. The work done was exceptional, you d never be able to tell that I got hit or got work done. I m very satisfied with the service of Jacob Nasca and Lauderdale Collision. Job well done.

My mom s car got damaged and she had to take it to the BMW collision center. I went with her to drop off the car and Karl was the main guy in charge of the repairs to get X3. He was very pleasant and professional, he kept her informed of what work had to be done to her suv and her car looked amazing, like brand new, once the repairs were completed. So shout out to Karl and Henry for a job well done.

We have used Lauderdale Collision Center multiple times in the past couple years, unfortunate because we ve been in accidents but fortunate because they re really great to work with. Each time they are very professional and straightforward, dealing directly with our insurance and making the process as simple and painless as possible. I never feel taken advantage of or lied to. Jason has helped us each time and is always very communicative and pushes the manufacturers and insurer on our behalf. Hopefully we don t have any accidents for a bit, but if we do, we ll be back.

I can't thank Germaine and Holman Lauderdale Collison Center enough for taking care of my 2023 BMW M3 when it required some body work! The work was done expertly and the car was delivered back to me clean and detailed. Germaine kept me in the loop and was super professional. Overall very happy and satisfied!

It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. My rep was Marisaa and she was very helpful and kept in contact with me throughout the process. The bumper is a genuine BMW bumper which I know I wouldn't have gotten had I gone to the local body shops my insurance and the other driver's insurance wanted to send me to. I highly recommend Holman BMW Collion Center.

I recently came to the Lauderdale Collision Center after someone hit my BMW in a local parking lot. I have never gotten into a crash before and was very worried about the painful process of going through another s insurance and getting my car fixed timely. I had an amazing experience at this center with the help of Marisa! She was so communicative and made sure I was continually up to date with my car s status. I could not recommend her services enough - she truly was an incredible advocate for me and getting the job done right. Thank you

I highly recommend Lauderdale Collision Center and Service Advisor Marisa Ammaturo. My BMW 4 series hardtop convertible was hit by flying concrete from a construction site. My car was in pristine condition before the damage and I wanted it restored exactly like brand new. I called the Collision Center and they were able to get me in the same day to get an estimate. Marisa worked with me and the construction company who did the damage so we could be on the same page and expedite the repairs. Marisa coordinated the repair work to my car while I was out of town on a vacation, so it worked out really well. And, when I got back, the car was ready and looked brand new! Marisa went out of her way to communicate with me and update me frequently. If you re looking for amazing work and 5 star service, look no further than Marisa and Lauderdale Collision Center.

The front of my Audi S4 was significantly damaged while parked and I am so very glad that I found Jacob Nasca and Lauderdale Collision for assistance with my repair. They made the entire process painless, and Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. They perform some of the highest quality work I ve ever seen and my car came out looking far better than I would ve ever imagined possible. I highly recommend this shop if you are keen on returning your vehicle to its original operating standard. They are well equipped and motivated to correctly repair your vehicle. This week was the third time I have used this collision center. If you need body work, there is no need to look any further. Jermaine has treated me like a VIP every time! From paint touch up to body work, I have received great pricing, service, follow-up and an advisor who truly cares. These days that in itself is not common. I do not write reviews as a norm, but truly had to share about Jermaine and Holman Lauderdale Collision Center. Lastly, I would add, Holman overall has been a great organization to deal with. When somebody rear-ended my brand new, two-day old BMW, everyone I asked told me Lauderdale Collision was THE place to go for the repairs. They weren t wrong. This is a top-notch operation from start to finish. My assigned representative, Marissa, kept me in the loop on every step of the process, and Alex did an amazing job on the repairs. My brand new car looks brand new again. Oh, and I love that you can return your Enterprise rental right onsite, no Uber or Lyft ride required. I hope I don t need any repairs on my car in the future, but if I do, I wouldn t go anywhere else!

When I saw my car, I was too stunned to speak. I truly feel like I got a brand new car!! I couldn t be more thankful for Karl and his patience, communication, professionalism and overall commitment to helping me on what seemed like a never ending battle with insurance. In the end, it was worth the wait and am so happy I chose Holman collision center for my repair!

Unfortunately got rear ended on my BMW M340i and took it in to Holman Collision. Jacob was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, communicated with my insurance company, and kept me updated consistently. Could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them if you ever need work done to your car.

Bert and his group did the repair as discussed and on time. They handled everything with the insurance company. Very pleased with the attention that I am considering changing my normal service from Rick Case to Holman. Never had a repair go off without issues or drama before. Extremely please and suggest folks give them a shot because from my perspective they did awesome.

I T-boned a Uber driver a month a month ago because he made an unfortunate illegal turn in front of me and I did not have time to stop. I brought my Jeep in for repair with Vinny at this shop because someone recommended me to him and I m so glad they did. Vinny was professional, responsive, friendly and genuinely cared. I was embarrassed of the condition that I left the interior of my car in. However, to my surprise it did not only look like a brand new car on the outside but it was spotless on the inside as well. Never did I think I d be thankful for getting in an accident before but Vinny proved the theory of finding good in all to be correct. Thank you Vinny!

It is a pleasure to work with Jermain again. He is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. His knowledge of repairs is expansive because he used to own his own body shop for a decade. Hi- My Tesla Y was recently in an accident which affected the rear bumper. Jacob was my service center contact and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with us and explained the process in detail with the insurance company. The team did a great job getting the car back to its original condition. I can t express enough what a pleasant and smooth experience it was dealing with Lauderdale collision. My son s car was damaged from a hit-and-run in a parking lot. He insisted that he did not want to go to just a random body shop..He wanted only new Honda parts and a reputable shop that would back up their work We decided to take it to Lauderdale collision, which is right next to and owned by Holman Honda, which is where he purchased his vehicle.. we were lucky enough to have Vincent Guido as our rep. He thoroughly and patiently explained every step of the process. I knew immediately we had gone to the right place. He followed up and kept us updated for the week and a half the vehicle was there. Unpleasant situation, but he made it as stress-free and easy! I would highly recommend him and Lauderdale collision to anybody in need of body work.

Got my BMW fixed here and Henry was great! They were super responsive and always kept me updated with the status of my car. Very easy to work with and had answers to all of my questions! Car came back like new. Will recommend to anyone that needs work done on their car.

Needed their services twice now and each time has been a pleasure. Dealt with Jermaine each time and he truly made the stressful process as easy and efficient as possible. Tough considering he had to deal with the insurance company more than anyone would like to. Both my vehicles left the facility looking brand new as one would hope for. Would highly recommend!

Jacob was so exceptional. My insurance fought us over the labor rate on Tesla, and Jack hung in there and helped me get it done.. The repair took quite a while through no fault of Holman, but Tesla and AAA Insurance. Jacob made it truly as painless as possible and helped me out so much. I can NOT overstate the professionalism and high quality of work from the entire staff at Holman, especially Jacob.
