I have nothing but high praise for the professionalism and excellent customer service at Gunther. My service representative, Vinny, kept me informed every step of the way during the repairs to my vehicle. The workmanship is top-notch and my car looks brand new again.

Maria does not honor workmanship (and quickly becomes hostile). $4000 repair and car left with scratches. She blamed the customer for the scratches and denied all fault of workmanship. Always blame shifts to customer and denies responsibility. Alleged lifetime warranty.If you have the most minor is post-work issues, you can expect to deal with rudeness and belittling while you re rushed out the door with no meaningful resolution.

They do good work but told me three days, with four days being the worst-case scenario. Unfortunately, it took eight days. The man who was also the head of my car project, who was normally nice, spoke to me very disrespectfully on the last two phone calls. I spoke to the manager and he said that seemed out of character for the gentleman. All people have bad days, so I will assume it was just that. The car looked great when I got it back.

Needed an estimate. Needless to say Gunther got me covered without even bringing my vehicle in.I was directed to the website where I provided vehicle info and uploaded pics. Estimate was within my inbox the next day.

I was involved in a hit and run 4 blocks from my home whoever hit me must have been doing 80. He hit me and took out a fence. My car has been in the shop for over a week. Got my car back it looks like a brand new car I am totally impressed plus I'm happy it's back at home being without a car is horrible

Met with the Collision Center Manager to discuss Sunroof rust repairs on my 2018 Mazda6. The manager was extremely professional and highly technical, which made me more comfortable about the intricate work to be performed. I had a great experience at Mazda collision center. I chose to get my car fixed here since I leased the car from Gunther Mazda Dealership. Ernie was my advisor and he was great. Always kept me in the loop regarding my car and made sure they did quality work on my car. He even stayed after work on a Friday to help troubleshoot and issue with the screen in my car so I didn t have to bring the car back the following week. He went above and beyond! My car looks absolutely stunning! It looks as if it never sustained any damage! Gerry, Al, Maria, and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations tremendously! The pricing was fair and reasonable and the work/repair is impressive! 10/10 highly recommend!

All I have to say is that they left me with 0 miles in my car after having to drive 40 miles to Fort Lauderdale to pick up my car because they wouldn t tow my car back to where I initially dropped it off in Coconut Creek. Like Maria said you came in with 40 miles & we don t have gas here after I told her of the possibility of me breaking down on the road. If I came in with 40 I m not sure why i m left with 0 miles.

Worked with Ernesto. There was a delay in acquring parts but Ernesto kept me informed about what was going on with regular updates, and the work is fantastic. Miata looks brand new again. I went in to get an estimate for damage that was done in the parking lot near the airport to my car. I walked in to no greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. I m standing there looking around, then all of a sudden I hear how can I help you? I look around, but I didn t see who it was. I heard it again, and I asked the gentleman are you talking to me? He responded is there anyone else in here? I then said well I didn t know. Thought you were on the phone. I then said you re rude, very unprofessional, and that I would take my business elsewhere. The gentleman didn t make eye contact, get out of his chair or anything. How was I supposed to know you were talking to me??? I figured I leased my car from Gunther Mazda and had a terrific experience, that I would would receive the same from Gunther Collision. I would NEVER step foot back here. I will NEVER recommend this establishment as well. Very condescending. I found another body shop that did the total opposite and were very professional. I wish I got the professional and hospitality from Gunther Collision. I should ve got the gentleman s name, and wrote in to corporate. If that gentleman isn t happy working at Gunther Collision, maybe he should find another job.Edit-Dear Owner, it s this location. Go back and look at your cameras if you have them.

I highly recommend Gunther Collision Center! They have repaired my car twice, and both times returned it to me in perfect, like-new condition. Ernie Matos provided excellent customer service, thoroughly explained the repair process and costs, and kept me informed along the way.Thanks to Gunther and Ernie for a very positive experience!

Absolutely phenomenal service from Jason. Excellent communication and kept me informed every step of the way. He really went above and beyond in making sure my car was looked after properly and repaired perfectly. I m extremely particular with my car and where I bring it for service, and Jason and the Gunther team exceeded my expectations. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for any body/paint work. Thank you!

I was involved in a car accident in February which the insurance send my car to this location. They took over 3 months to give me my car back which at first I understood because of the supply shortage specially for the Kia s, but when they finally gave me my car IT WAS NOT FIXED CORRECTLY NOR COMPLETED. My service representative was Earnie which in this case I spoke with him since the beginning to please make sure everything was done correctly for my car. They gave me back my car with the piece that was hit in the car accident still sticking out and once I left the location I started to get 5 different warning sensors on my panel. I called Earnie first thing in the morning and explained everything. One of the sensors was coming from the left tire so the insurance didn t want to cover. I went to the collision center in which I asked to see I the pictures they took when my car arrived to the facility (after the accident) and compared it to how it was before the accident to make the point that my car had no problems at all and that they had messed it up during their service. After being frustrated over the problem he was able to fix the left sensor that the insurance didn t want to cover. Also, when I took it to get all those stuff fixed, I explained there was a loud noise when I accelerated more than 46. He checked it out and said nothing was wrong. I then decided to take it to the Kia which they found out another sensor making that noise and other parts (from the right side that was were I was hit) were not fixed correctly. I spoke to Earnie and he was not willing to help now that the insurance had closed the case because I had my car back. At that moment, He also let me know that his team (the other service people) did not in fact drive my car so how were they suppose to know or hear the sound it made over 46 speed when you aren t driving it???I had to spend over $1,000 to get my car finally fixed and they never took responsibility over it.And just to top it they painted a white car next to mine so now I have white stains in all my left side which I need to go get it polished or painted because they weren t careful enough. And I know it happen at their watch and facility because it wasn t there from before pictures I have and even the pictures I took the day of the accident.Overall, very disappointed of the service specially when the insurance had send my car over to them after a car accident and I had explained and tried to keep contact with Earnie. He didn t take no responsibility over his teams mistake and even tried to throw in my face that he had do me a favor by fixing the left sensor when the insurance wasn t going to sorry but that was something that was moved or done wrong while getting the service at your facility and the pictures you and your team had taken shows that.

I took my VW Passat here to have the back bumper replaced, Ernie did an amazing job with customer service, always answered my questions, and having my car looking perfect and shiny when I picked it up. June 24th,2023,Insurance paid Gunther collision almost $5,000 dollars to fix my car, when I got my car back, the cigarette lighter didn t work and they didn t want to fix it, or check it and tell me what s wrong if I don t pay for one hour service

It's a frustrating process being involved in an accident and be left stranded without a car but Gunther Collision Center made the repairing process as smooth and simple as possible, they even have the rental company in the premises so you are in and out.The staff is very friendly, Jason Hamill handled my case professionally and kept me informed throughout the process.My GTI had a damaged back door, quarter panel, wheel and suspension. In the end my car was left as new, you can't tell anything happened. After two weeks the car is running smoothly with no issues.

I took my VW Passat to Gunther Collision Center for repair after I was rear-ended. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs, the communication of the gentleman handling my car - Jason and with the attention to detail. My car was returned to me not only cleaned but santitized. I had the best service/collision experience of my driving life. My contact person was Jason, and he kept me up to date at every step. Even on the day of pickup, he sent me several emails to let me know where in the process things were. My car was returned to me exactly on the date I asked for. Jason is completely awesome.

My Volvo had pretty extensive damage from being struck by an airborne sheet of plywood on I95. Gunther Collision did an amazing job on the repairs. The Volvo looks brand new. They were great about sending me updates to let me know how the repairs were going, they coordinated everything with my auto insurance company, there is an Enterprise Rental Car office on site, and picking up the vehicle was easy and efficient. Ernie Matos always gives me an extreamly accurate estimation on the costs to my car and the time it will take for the car to be completed. He is extreamly nice, professional, and very thorough with making sure that the car has quality repairs and is nice and clean when I pick it up. Jason Hamill made this experience great! I recently took my car into Firestone and they damaged it so I had to bring my car in. Jason kept me in the loop every step of the way so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. He also worked with their claims company. He is great!

I was rear ended after only having my new car for 4 weeks and I was heartbroken to see the condition it was in. Gunther Collision Center came to the rescue and took great care of my car! Everyone was pleasant and kind, but I have to give a big shout out to Juan Tineo for his professionalism, patience and keeping me informed throughout the process. Jason Hamill in the collision department was wonderful. From start to finish, he kept us up to date about the repair. The repair required many parts and he told us when they would be delivered and how much longer it would take.
