Phenomenal place to repair your vehicle and get new tires. The place has been here for over 30 years and you are guaranteed to have a phenomenal experience while getting your vehicle work on. Rey one of the managers personally checks all vehicles and make sure the customer satisfaction it s at its best. With over 40 years experience in the business Ray is more than qualified along with his team of technicians to work and just about every vehicle. This is a certified shop that looks good all the time. Bathrooms are clean, shop is clean all the time , and the parking lot area it s always clean. Plenty of parking in front of the store.I love this place.

I was recently traveling on business and was caught in a flash flood due to a torential down pour. I inadvertantly drove through water which was too deep for my car and my spash guard was partially ripped off which made my car undrivable.After calling around to several NAPA certified locations Florida Tire was the most friendly and accomidating. While I was stranded in my hotel waiting for AAA to tow my car they even offered to come to my hotel to take a look at my car to see if it could be fixed or just removed completely. I thought that was so very kind for them to offer that type of service.I eventually did have the car towed to their location on Powerline and was in an out within 30 minutes and on my way back home to Orlando (after a stressful business trip).The folks at Florida Tire were very helpful, responsive and most of all empathetic to my situation. I so appreciated their help. Thank you. :)

Please save yourself some headache and money Do your research. I ended going multiple times to get my ac fixed. I got charged 1.5 k firts months later 2k cuz it stopped workin then months later stopped working again. $200 a whole down payment for a new car!! Don't go to this place. Total Rip Off

Most honest shop in South Florida. Even if you re not close to these guys they re worth the drive. Took my 96 bronco in for a second opinion as I felt I was over quoted at another shop. I was right. These guys took great care of me. Much respect and thanks to Luis, John and Frankie for taking such great care of my truck while getting me out the door within my budget. They went above and beyond and I will be forever taking all my vehicles here.

I had the best experience you can have for getting a hole in my tire. I suddenly felt like I had a flat tire and after pulling over didn't see anything... I kept driving and felt something for sure... no light on in my truck and couldn't see anything after stopping a second time. I googled tire store near me and Florida Tire was down the street and had good reviews so I stopped in... still not sure what was going to happen. (I have a GMC Yukon and was nervous this was going to cost a pretty penny.) They had me roll front and back until they saw clearly what it was... pulled the tire off the rim (no damage to rim) and patched her up. When I went to pay the bill... it was $25.I have to say that floored me... I felt so happy to be taken care of without them taking advantage of the situation. I will definitely use them again!

Ray Padron runs his business very well. He won't ever recommend something that isn't necessary. out of all the mechanics that I've ever visited in my life these are the most Fair. the lowest rate and the fastest service I've ever seen. I'll keep coming back as long as I'm in the area because they're incredible make sure you stop because it's well worth it.

Went to replace one tire this morning the cost is $256. Front desk receptionist said that s the cheapest!! Of course I search another tire shop near by found one which is one mile up> Pompano tires right next to the casino and it costed me $50!! I saved over $206 I won t recommend Florida tire auto repair

This place is the best! I had 2 mechanics tell me I needed new brakes & rotors (1 mobile mechanic & tires plus), and they both gave me ridiculous prices. I took my Jeep here and spoke to John. He was 100000% honest about what my car needed & didn't need. He put the car on the lift, determined I still had life in my brakes. They did my oil change, and I bought new wipers from them and walked out feeling confident & of course happy I went to them. I will not be returning to Tires Plus ever again. If you want HONEST mechanics & quality customer service, go see the team here at Florida Tire. Ask for John.

Probably the best auto shop in the area, and I've been to numerous other shops close by for about 15 years. Had both my cars serviced here. From small tire issues to larger mechanical alignment work they were always honest and priced fair. Definitely show your support and try to give a great auto shop your business.

Got my tires repaired and they scraped up my entire rim. Even went there to talk to them and they said the manager would call. That's almost a year ago. The car was only a week old. Disgusted by the business

I had to send my wife here by herself the first time so I was apprehensive. Car was correctly diagnosed, repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a very fair price. I have been here twice since my wife. Same Top Drawer service both times.I have never bought a tore from them but all my tires are coming from here from now on!

Called this morning and needed to replace both front tires. Gave me a great price and we re able to swap them out same day. Much better than any of the corporate tire franchises. Also replaced the battery on my key fab for no cost, which I no doubt would ve gotten ripped off on elsewhere. Very appreciative of that.

I can't say enough great things and about Luis and the staff at Florida Auto and Tire. When I was new to the area, finding a good mechanic, that I could trust was just as hard as finding a good doctor. Florida Auto was recommended to me and I won't go anywhere else again. They are honest, trustworthy, inexpensive and warranty their work. I can't say enough good things about them. Definitely try them, I promise you will be glad you did.

These folks are wonderful. I stopped here with an emergency flat fire at 4:55pm on a Friday. It was my first time here and they helped me with a smile like I was family. So friendly, helpful, caring, capable and honest. You won t be disappointed if you need their services.

Thinking I was get a flat tire in right rear tire pull in there and told them what my car monitor was showing, they had a employee right on servicing my car. they had the tire off and did a test and found it was just low air then the checked all the tire..they told me I was all set. I ask what was my bill it a free. Service I thanked them and left them a tip .if ever I need tire work this my place for service.

Went in to get an alignment because I had a Groupon. They said I had a bad tire and needed to get it replaced, so I did. They seemed nice and they charged me what seemed to be a good price for the tire. However, less than one month later that tire gave out because the belts in it were broken. I went to a different place and they fixed my car correctly. I was sold a bad tire and I have a dent in my rim which I believe to be from when they were working on my car as it is on the same tire spot that they replaced my tire. I would never go back. It is like throwing money down the drain by going there.

I've been going to Florida Tire for several years. I finally got my husband to start taking his car there as well. We're both so happy with the service, pricing and the fantastic attitude everyone that works there has. Great job guys!

Charged me for one wheel change. They ended up changing two wheels and putting a faulty one on my car. I bought the car 2 months back and had all four brand new fire stone wheels, and now there is just two of them. despite picture proof and receipts of the problem. They insisted someone else did it to my car, Despite living in a safe area. I told them to use there cameras but they denied that as well. Don t go here unless you want them to screw you over.

These guys have done most of the maintenance on my truck for the past four or five years. They are a full service repair shop, and their service is nothing less than outstanding. Even though Henry has retired, it's still being run by the family and the same polite and quick service is being provided. These guys never try to up sell you on anything - they'll point out anything that needs attention, usually it's a "next time you come in you might need ...." The waiting room is clean and cool, or you can ask them to drop you off at home or work until your repair is done. I'd recommend them to anyone for any car or light truck repair.

Definitely CAN NOT recommend this shop.I needed new tires and an alignment on my truck. Initially, I was greeted with great customer service and friendliness by Henry over the phone and in person. After dropping my vehicle off he even gave me a ride back to work as it was pouring rain. A few hours passed and I received a call stating my vehicle was ready for pickup but I should be charged more for the alignment because it was difficult. Then I was asked if I had a welder because there was an issue with the frame tabs for adjusting the caster/camber. I knew right away what happened because this is a common issue with shops not following the correct alignment procedure on Tacoma's. When I went to their shop to pick up my vehicle they showed me the issue and claimed that it was like that when it arrived (Wouldn't you call the customer before the job was completed if this was the case?). Henry got very defensive when I stated that all the front suspension components were brand new and I installed them myself, making sure that these frame tabs were not damaged prior to bringing the vehicle to their shop. I am willing to accept that maybe someone made a mistake and damaged something that can be repaired but the way the problem was handled was unacceptable. Any wrongdoing was completely denied and no in-house solution was offered. An apology and explanation would even suffice. People make mistakes, just own up to it. Luckily, I am capable of repairing the damage myself. I would feel bad for someone in the same position who just paid their hard earned money for tires/alignment only to require another repair elsewhere as a result of Florida Tire's work.

Luis was extremely helpful. I brought in a Mercedes that needs a certain lock to change the tires. Another place tried once without the tools and scratched and broke the rim. Luis had the decency to turn down a job instead of doing it wrong or possibly damaging another rim. He personally made a call to a totally different company for me. They couldn't do it either only because its a dealership part. If you want things done correctly, take your car here. If they cannot do something, they will admit it. They will not damage your vehicle. I respected this very much and was very grateful.Thank you Luis.
