I came to this shop because it was recommended by State farm based on the reviews, but it did not live up to the expectations. The paint job was okay but not great. When you look at it in details, the inside of the door frame did not match factory quality and you can see a different color underneath. Also, they could not paint the mirror that that I mentioned it was scratched during the accident, because they say the insurance wouldn't approve it, but they paint the whole door.Also left some scratches on the inside hinges of the door that was replaced and then wouldn't take ownership of it we'll say that it was there before when that area has never been worked on and they clearly work in that area to replace the door and scratch it.In addition, they reported that the job was done on Friday when the car was not ready until Monday afternoon and then I have to fight with the insurance for them to approve the extra days of car rental. They should not report the job completed until it actually is completed.

Kayla and her team did a fantastic job on the dents, dings, scratches all around - really customer service oriented team - professional, efficient and on time. They even took me to the rental car agency and I dropped off the rental at CChampions when I picked up my car. Finally found a GREAT body shop in Fort Lauderdale.

Repairs from getting my bumper damaged; work results are great. Thought it was going to take much longer. Easy to work with the very genuine and nice folks. Would come back and I sincerely recommend this business.

Worst car body shop in Florida. Took my truck in from an accident. Since April I'm still dealing with trying to get my car repaired today. The worst service. Waiting on the district manager almost a week now. AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

NO NO NO ! .Unfortunately I had a big disappointment in many ways. Although I took my previous no repairs to your shop I experienced that you re poor management has caused to many difficulties and loss of time in the last repair . After my last accident I came back to you as a loyal customer. The job was supposed to be three or four days work. You should have prepared the parts in advance. When I left my car Rick told me that the parts were on the way. Than it was a long holiday weekend. I came to pick my car the cover of the rear door was not paint. I had a long argument with Mike that was not include in the rear door replacement. I told him that you had a open check for all the repairs. The cover was damaged as well so I couldn t personally understand why they didn t fix this. Then we had to contact to the adjuster to get the required authorizations and of course she was on holiday and we lost another 10 days for that. Then I came again to the shop to collect my car and the electrical problems weren t fixed. Especially crash champion broke my rear door electrics whilst installing the rear door. Then we had to find a dealer to fix. We lost a few days there again. It took 10 days to look at the damage by the dealer do to they were highly busy. The dealer has and elderly electrician gentleman who had pile of files in front of him to fix the cars. Long story short, the dealer broke another part whilst installing the new electric box And we lost three weeks at the dealer. After six weeks I came to pick my car again and the paint was horrible with all the scratches and faulty paint. What I was trying to say is, Mike the manager had to make a plan and finalize the repair within four days maybe. He s ego and poor management skills caused me six weeks. Due to, I work with my car is destroyed my financial situation. Still, The front bumper and grill paint peels with no reason and without any accidents or heat. It was the lack of labor or not quality paint. Mike doesn t want to take the responsibility and fix the parts, which are still under the warranty of his very shop. I m giving the shop a chance to fix your reputation. However Mike doesn t seem to take the responsibility. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that, this will not end. I will try every legal way to get my rights. I will let your customers every possible way that you are not the same and the quality has dropped dramatically under the new management.

I got into a car accident and Lee's Car Care was the shop my insurance company works with. I'm beyond impressed with how amazing this shop is. Maria was so wonderful to deal with. She provided updates, the car was ready fairly quick and the customer service was delightful. She made this process painless. I recommend this shop. My car looked brand new! Side note their waiting area was extremely clean. They honestly deserve more than 5 stars. Take your car here. You won't be disappointed.

This is the worst place to repair vehicles. It is not recommended to leave your vehicle in this place. The attention is terrible. The repairs are terrible. Do not leave your vehicles in this Fort Lauderdale workshop, My vehicle came out more repaired with bad repairs when they assembled the car they left me a loose tire and they left the nuts in the back seat the worst workshop

5 Star Service, 5 Star ResultsI was recommended to Lee's Car Care through my insurance company. I was hesitant at first since it wasn't a "big name" collision shop. I chose Lee's car care after reading multiple reviews.All of the staff I encountered, were helpful and very knowledgeable about the entire process. They provided a courtesy ride to the car rental agency and they also turned in my rental when my vehicle was repaired. They fixed my car in exactly 5 days!No one ever wants to think about the possibility of an accident and finding a reputable collision shop. S*t happens!I would 100% recommend this shop for their customer service and quality of work completed.

Crash Champions went above and beyond to support my family after we had a car accident in May. From start to finish, Kelsey and Mike communicated car repair updates frequently, escalated our concerns to insurance and helped us deal with back orders and delays when ordering parts.From what we saw, our car was fixed perfectly. However due to interior parts not being available due to supply chain issues and shortages, we were unable to drive it home. It was a really tough situation to navigate not having a car due to backordered parts, but Kelsey made it a priority to help us. My insurance company sent me here to have some repairs done to my daughters brand new Toyota Camry due to an accident.Not to happy with my insurance company.But extremely happy with the overall experience from Lee's Car CareThe whole Lee's Car Care Team were great to deal with. Lee's Car Care, is by far, the best repair shop that I've ever dealt with. From the very beginning they showed that they were there to help me and make my repair experience as smooth as possible. They repaired my GS 350 rear bumper in such a timely fashion. You can't even tell that there's been a repair done. They made sure I had a ride to the car rental company after I dropped off my car. Wayne was particularly helpful. They had me blushing the entire time when picking up my car after it had been repaired by telling me how beautiful I was. These guys are A-1. I'll definitely be referring people to them. You really won't be disappointed with their service. I sure wasn't.

The staff at Lee's Car Care are extremely competent in estimating and repairing what is needed for my car. They are honest and I would trust them with my car repair without any hesitation. I'm not one of those mechanical type guys but I've priced other places for the same repair and Lee's is always the best estimate for quality work. I would highly recommend them for both mechanical and body work. They will also shuttle you to a local rental car company if you need a car for the day. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one. If I could, I'd give them a 6th star instead of 5.

Old management was bad, new management s even worse. I paid these guys for repairs they never completed, and Anthony has been hiding behind his secretary when I call. Halfwit gatekeeper with an emasculated manager. I feel for this guy s wife.

The owner Scott, takes great pride in his work and the way his customers are treated. The work done on my car was fantastic. I got into my first accident and he walked me through the entire insurance claim which i appreciated! I would recommend them to anyone!!

This is the BEST autobody shop in town! The employees are very knowledgable and honest, from the office staff to the mechanics. I've visited this shop multiple times with different issues and different cars and each time the work was done extremely well. I trust Lee's Car Care 100%. They let you know upfront what will be done and how much it will cost, so that there are no made-up problems or surprises. I wished more shops were like them!!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my car over to them after a minor accident but let me tell you I won't hesitate to go back to them if I find myself in another situation where I need to get my car fixed up. They fixed my front end like it was brand new, the staff when you speak to them are on top of their game. They are friendly but also know what they are talking about. My car was taken here after I was involved in an accident. When I went in to pick it up, I was really happy with the work they did on the car. They didn't take forever to get it done.. That's a big deal... They even went the extra mile and did a diagnostic check. My car was clean. It sparkled!I really appreciated that. Thank you.

This is a great place to get your car fixed. Dr. Scott is a very friendly man and his staff and employees do an amazing job repairing vehicles. I highly recommend them. I trust them with my vehicle and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have never dealt with a body shop before and for the this being a first time, this was a great experience. They even sent for an Uber for me to get home after dropping off my car. The entire staff was friendly. Very impressed.

Worked with AJ to fix two damaged outboard cowlings. AJ s price was very reasonable and the quality of workmanship was excellent. They finished the work on time and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Lee s.
