If bikers Inc. doesn t have it & if they can t fix it You dont needed it. This place was awesome!!! Great folks ! Very helpful, very courteous ,very friendly. This is real motorcycle shops. This is the way motorcycle shops used to be back in the 30s to the 80s Before the million dollar Harley corporate stores took over and wrecked it all. Great Place ! thank you for having a shop were real bikers can still go to get supplies&steal a little knowledge and wisdom. I guarantee you this is where the bike gods buy their parts. Cheers!

They have a sign saying we pay top dollars for your motorcycle parts long story short I took the stock exhaust, air filter and headlight from my 2022 HD 883XLN with not more than 100 miles of use on them and the owner offered me $50 for all the parts. What a joke I rather give them for free on offer up!! Good luck with the business, you will need it!

Found a bike I wanted on their website on Monday. I made an offer, they accepted. Wired them the money. They found a shipper, 3 days later.... bike is sitting in my garage 800 miles from them, title in hand. The process was super easy.

Bikers is an awesome shop. Al takes care of his customers. Was also his delivery driver for a few years. Always took care of me and treated me with professionalism and respect. The prices are fair and they always have the parts you are looking for. If not they'll order it for you. Great shop. Top notch A+.

I have sent 3 emails inquiring about a motorcycle that they are advertising for sale. I have not received a response in 4days, 3 of which they were open for business. Thanks for wasting my time, good luck with the sale!

I was looking for used parts for my road king and came upon this store. I came to find out that the owner purchase all the stock from Sunshine Auto Recycle. The store does have lots of Harley Davidson parts. However, the person behind the counter does know much about the products. The older gentleman there, appeared to be the owner, it s impolite and very rude to talk to customers. He talks to you like I don t need your business. Very rude not helpful in helping the customer. Here I leave my discontent with the services. Unfortunately I did buy what I came for it because like I said there are lots of parts for Harley here.

tons of used parts! Lots of new tires on the Rack!I walked around the showroom 3 or 4 times and found stuff I hadn't seen the previous lap.Cool place to check out for any Harley enthusiast!!I picked up a softail slim front fender for my Electra for a awesome price

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Young kid just rude uneducated about bikes. I have bought MANY things from this place and now I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!! I would rather pay double at Harley then go there again!!!

I purchased a Clean Title Harley and could not be happier! It was a little nerve racking sending a stranger that kind of money but Al did everything he said he would. As a matter of fact he s one of the coolest guys I have ever talked with!The bike? Not many 2015 model bikes as clean as this one!

Depressing to see that many wrecked bikes, however, on the other hand a way cool place to visit. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Almost anything for a Harley, both old and new can be found there. They also have a great stock of aftermarket accessories and clothing. I visit often and recommend them highly. Prices, above all are reasonable!

Called today to inquire about getting an air filter for my Harley, since nobody in my area wanted to help me at all. Ariana had such a positive attitude from the time she picked up the phone to the end of my order for the air filter!Thanks so much for your help Ariana and look forward to picking up my air filter on Thursday!

Rude, racist, overpriced as hell. I called in advance, asked for a specific tank they told me they had "plenty" I drive all the way there just to have two tanks to choose from, garbage condition, nothing special and a ridiculous price. Then I practically get rushed out the door; mind you, I've managed a bike shop and am very familiar with good prices and customer service, this place had neither!

They are selling parts at "working" prices that they KNOW to be broken. I tried to buy a used tachometer from them. Al hit me up for $100. I pointed out it was broken and offered $20 and he all but threw me out of the place. The counter-men are terrified of doing anything without his approval and you can't make a deal. Apparently, if Al cannot get $100 for his broken parts he would rather have zero and try to foist his broken parts off on some unsuspecting person.

Garbage customer service. Pricing is ok but good luck having them following through with anything. They constantly drop the ball. I highly recommend Spending a little more somewhere else, getting piece of mind and good service.

Awesome customer service! Lex serviced my bike today in a timely matter and I swear its running better than it has in a long time. Every time I go in I am there for a hour just looking for new parts and apparel.

Am helping an ex-neighbor prep their bike for a cross continent tour and we needed to find a bolt to secure the seat to the frame (old bolt had stripped out). Found this shop on line listed as Bikers Inc. When we got there, the sign said Brooklyn Harley, but figured a bolt is a bolt, maybe they can help.When we were asked what kind of bike we were looking to fix, we said a Suzuki dirt bike. The response from the salesperson was less than polite and his attitude changed as soon as he learned we weren't working on a Harley.My ex-neighbor was much more polite than I would have been, but then again, they really need this bolt. We were shown to a couple buckets of used bolts and told to "have fun".Based on my experience here, if you don't have a Harley, or if you don't want attitude from the sales staff, you probably should stay away.

Easy to get to and very helpful. They WILL suggest other places to go; if they can't or don't have whatever you want. Lex the (Mechanic) is BETTER than he'll say, he's modest, bilingual & very Professional.

Very well stocked, organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will be coming back here in the future for anything I may need for my bike.Google maps lists them as being open until 9pm during the week. They actually close at 5pm.

The men working were cold and unhelpful. Prices way too high- cool inventory but not worth it, you can find this stuff online for cheaper in a heart beat. Unpleasant experience overall.

Horrible customer service! They tell you on the phone the shop has a specific bike part and when you get there they say it s not available, not in stock. Why do you lie? Totally misleading and unprofessional. Please respect people s time and please love what you do, this is not the way to operate the business.

The place to go if you ride a Harley. They know Harleys. Al, Rex, Jason and Sam treat you like family. Rex is probably the best mechanic around. You can trust them to get a great deal.

The owner is moody and prices the items according but the place is a great source for that lost screw or bolt Or even a part if you dont mind its used!

As a newbie rider the guys at Bikers answerd all my dumb questions and really helped me out.The mechanic Lex is incredible and after having had issues at other places, nobody else works on my bike but Lex.

Overpriced and not so good on customer service. I tried to buy a seat that is on eBay for $20 max and they wanted 99.99 and once I tried to bargain they just put it up and walked away .

wanted to say to Ricardo Hernandez, not to accuse people of being racist, when you have no evidence. calling everyone a racist is getting out of hand. Al, who I believe is the owner, is just rude and doesn't really care about customer service- further than that we can not know.
