Wow! Thank you so much Teresa- amazing customer service. Brought my wheelchair in after it was damaged by the airline and Teresa was so helpful with finding what was needed for a quick repair. She even tightened the nut on the other side so I was even more secure when we left.Probably not the most usual automotive fix, but such a big deal to have my legs working well again. Highly recommend this shop and Teresa in particular.

In FL from MI for vacation and had issues with my battery. Teresa came out and load tested battery and it was bad. She helped me pick out a new 1. I didn't have correct tools to fix because "I'm on vacation" Kadesha came with tools and new battery and did the work for me. These 2 women helped me out without any hesitation. I can't say "Thank You" enough to these 2 ladies. I can drive back home now with out having an issue on the road. THANK YOU

Tereasa and Glen were incredibly helpful. I came into this location shortly before closing time with what I thought was a dead battery because my car kept dying on the way to the store. They could have turned me away because of the time, but instead greeted me cheerfully, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed a new battery in no time. I was back on the road within an hour and cannot thank them enough. Great people, great service. I 1000% recommend coming to this location.

If you re going to this autozone, I EXTREMELY recommend asking for Lizzy. My battery died and I was already having a hectic day when I got here in a rush and not understanding why what I thought was a not as old battery was dead. This extremely patience and nice lady helped me throughout the whole process. Even as I was being exasperating, she remained calm and guided me to what I needed. Needless to say, I got out of there with my problem solved and wanting to come back in the future because of Lizzy. She is was so kind to me and stuck with me until my issue was resolved. Thank you!

Thank you so much Lizzy for the extraordinary service and support provided today. She took the time to answer all of my technical questions(auto battery replacement)while never coming off task! Bravo to her team oriented approach to assisting me even when the interaction didn t even start with her at the register.(handoff) In fact she made extraordinary look easy today while even getting hands on with the replacement of said battery being replaced. Lu was so accommodating with me! He helped me install my battery even tho they aren t required to install the batteries when it s in the back!! If they are too busy or it s hard to reach they don t have too yet he did! He was super nice about it! He helped me so much! Lizzy made my pick up order go so smooth, she helped made my experience awesome! I love going to this store because how great the staff treats me!! Love them! Thank you guys so much!!

Lizzy s. Was super helpful from start to finish, with assisting me in locating the proper o2 sensor for me car, that has been a super stressful finding. Lizzy was able to swiftly locate the exact part I had been looking for for two days. And the icing on the cake was her great personality and attitude. She is definitely an Great leader and awsome asset to this company. People Like Lizzy are the reason customers come back to autozone for the full experience.

Jackie was so helpful and went the extra mile to adise me and help me out regarding the steps i needed to take with my car issue, what was the best part etc As a women that doesn t really understand mechanics or cars and usually feel uncomfortable regarding this matters i can only say the customer service was exceptional!

Lizzy S, Provided me with phenomenal service.I came in with absolutely no knowledge terrified because my check engine light came on and she went above and beyond to see what it could be turns out it was my gas cap not being tightened! Glen is the man! Just moved here and my battery stopped working. None of my tools are here yet and the universe brought me to Glen. Not only did he make sure I got the right battery he installed it too. Glen had his own shop for 40+ years and got the battery in my truck in no time. Very thankful to have someone working at a nearby parts store that is very experienced and will help me with my routine maintenance so effortlessly. Give this man a raise I ve never met someone at an auto parts store that is willing to not only sell me the part but install it/make sure it s working too. Very thankful for Glen and his knowledge.
