I made the right choice. The service exceeded my expectations, and they provided detail information step by step of the issues of the buses. They were on point providing details of every issue and what step they took to correct the issues unlike another company that failed to do its due diligence and care. I was very impressed with their service and communication. I will definitely use them again. Turnaround time is excellent, and the quality of work is excellent, and their professionalism is excellent.1. Communication excellent2. Technical expertise with AC excellent.3. Quality of the work4. Absolutely fantastic service!! George and his team were amazing on getting without a doubt the coldest air I have ever felt on an executive conversation Sprinter. Some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met . #articauto is on my 5 Star list for awesome energy. If you need a AC work done I strongly suggest you visit them. Ample parking and many indoor bay to take care of you vehicle. Thank again for an absolutely fantastic experience.

Pleasant staff diagnosed my major problems and showed them to me plainly. Front Suspension control arms, axle parts, etc etc. My car was completely fixed by the next day! I'm soGlad I looked for AAA certified auto repair and found the right place!

They were incredibly knowledgeable and had my AC fixed in one day! They were straight with me about everything that needed to be done, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in South Florida.UPDATE: I've also used their mechanics multiple times, most recently for my tie rods, and they were outstanding. Reasonable prices for both parts and labor, and once the parts were in they had me up and running in one day.

I very much hate this place they tried to charge me to much money to fix my AC talking about it 1700 to fix and i took it some. Where else and they charge me 625 and my car blows cold with no problems

Rip off.Charge double if not triple for all parts. When I asked about it I was told this is how they can warranty the labor.Oh and speak of labor they charge me over 6 hrs of labor but did the job in way under. How could I possibly know that? Well because they didn't even get a diagnosis until 3pm and then said they had to get parts. But the car was done when the opened the next day? Employee said they stayed till 7pm. By my calculations even if they just found the parts, that's 4hrs tops and they charged for over 6.Now let's get to the part where I get my car and there are literally piece sitting on the passenger floorboard. Seat over is ripped off.Worst experience ever. Definitely beware. Go anywhere else if you can.

Great team! I will return for services other then AC, now that I know they perform them. I appreciated the honest breakdown of options I had for my older vehicle. The option I chose was a lower cost as well. I was able to wait for the services to be performed in a clean waiting room with fresh coffee. My car was damaged severely on the turnpike. My exhaust was tampered with, my muffler had a massive dent, my gas tank was severed and leaking gas. It cost me a lot of cake to fix these repairs. In the end, I left with a smile and a sense of security knowing that my car has been repaired by professionals.

First of all thank you for booking my appointment so rapidly. Second it is great that you are AAA approved as it is a guarantee of good service. My only remark is, even though it is a simple oil change, it took an hour and a half to service. I have plenty to keep me occupied but I would have appreciated knowing what was taking more than 45 minutes.

Got me in on short notice. Found the leak. Repaired the AC and charged it. AC works great now. Very friendly employees and knowledgeable. Took very good care of my vehicle while doing repairs. They do tell you that there will be a charge to diagnose but they apply half of the charge to the repairs if they do the work. Highly recommend!

Had to leave one star in order to leave a review, would have given none. Went on 1/6/21 and they charged me 96 dollars and took 2 hours to tell me I had to change my ac condenser and a valve for 600.00. took my car to a couple different places and they charged no where near $96 to check and give estimate. Goodyear on Orange Road were fast honest and cheap. It was low on freon and they found a slow leak...total $47.00!!!!!

We brought in our truck to have the ac checked. The staff and mechanics were excellent. This truck is very special to us, very Sentimental reasons. Contacted Arctic Auto Center in reference to my RV s Ford Chasis A/C after trying several service shops that couldn t take care of it. Spoke to George and he immediately told me to bring it in and the very next day he had me going with freezing cold a/c. They are #1 no doubt I highly recommend them for all of your auto a/c needs.

Very professional service and fantastic customer care at Arctic Auto Repair! The auto repair industry is full of crooks ; dishonest and incompetent craftsmen! We needed to repair our AC and the first business we went to, told us we needed to change the compressor ($1200). He magically diagnosed the prb. Ya right! Then we went to Arctic! George greeted us, explained the way they work and took us in for an initial diagnostics ($96 where $48 would be applicable towards the fix). George then explained to us what the prb was. The prb ended up being a leaky hose, NOT A COMPRESSOR! In the end, it cost us about $500 NOT $1200 like the original crook! All this to say, We highly recommend the professional services of Arctic Auto Repair. Do not hesitate!

I met with Richard and he was extremely professional. He was awsome to deal with. I went with my car under warranty and he treated me like one of the family. He had me in and out in about 2 hours with my car being fixed and running properly. I would appreciate it if you would use this review when you need work done on your car.

I will not recommend Arctic Air to anyone...they took my money and my A.C. still isn't working..I was told my compressor was bad..so I took their advice had it replace this cost over a thousand dollars..maybe two weeks later my a.c. started blowing out hot air again...took it back to Arctic ..they said the first compressor that they install was defective..ok compressor number two installed by Arctic...only for me maybe two months later a.c. starts blowing out hot air again..took my car back to Arctic now George is telling me it's my hose that's leaking out freon causing the a.c. to blow out hot air again..but now I have to pay another 238.00 on top of the 1100 I've already spent..I'm not very happy about this because I really believe it was my hose from the start..but I refuse the service and now I'm left without a c...I wouldn't spend another penny with Arctic ..yall really did a terrible job...bewareServices: Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

George was very nice. The place fix nothing dented the vehicle's Hood will there for 24 hours denied that it was them. Didn't hook a wire back up so I had defrost and error of some kind blowing until I got it back nothing worked again they said it was nothing they did. Nice guys useless place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE!!!!Worst service ever! Took my van to have the rooftop unit service and they broke a piece, the vents doesn t open, the control unit was put bending the ceiling, the unit was dirty, but they had enough time to sniff insight the cabinets and spread some of the content! I Called them and took it back immediately. When they finished George said they fixed it the best they could. Surprise, silly me didn t check everything again before leaving. Nothing was fixed, and when I called again to complain, George said he forgot to tell me the vents still don t open, and the ceiling still bent. Do not waste your money and time in this place!

I had my daughter bring her car to Arctic Auto for an air conditioning issue. They contacted me the following day stating the only problem is a very minor issue with the AC fittings and gave me a very reasonable price. They are the most honest company i have ever done business with. This is the third time i have needed them for repairs and every time they surprise me with quality repairs at the right price. I hate to say this but i am an ASE Certified Mechanic and have AC Certification as well but not the time to get done what i need to at times and to have a company like this around to back me up makes me very happy. THANKS ARCTIC AUTO AIR!! You are the best!!
