When you live in a small town, you know which garage to go to and who to trust, who's going to be exorbitant etc. So when our car started acting up we got really nervous, because there are so many options, around here! My husband brings his work car here to Suburban Automotive, and I always heard him say they did good work, and fair. So, we knew of their trustworthy work, and I finally convinced my husband to call them and just ask them what they thought it could be and an estimate, before we had a long trip.Greg knew right away what the problem was with the car. His expertise was amazing, his estimate was fair, and they fit us in quickly on a short notice!!!We actually ended up paying slightly less than the estimate, and hallelujah they fixed the problem!!!Thank you so much Suburban Automotive! We will be back, with our personal car, again

Very honest. Took my vehicle here to have a stud replaced that was damaged while having tires replaced. Requested a maintenance service that I assumed was needed due to age of vehicle. Dropped it off and they called me 2 hours later - ready to pick up. Said they inspected vehicle and service was not needed - it was in good shape. They could have done it and charged me anyway and I would never have known. This is what I look for in a local mechanic. They have earned all of my future business by being honest, efficient, and friendly.

Suburban replaced an electronic strut and the sway bars on our Cadillac for us. Everyone was very friendly and great about calling us to let us know what was going on with the truck. They got it done quickly and efficiently. It turned out one of the sway bar links was defective, and we started hearing the same noise again. They got us back in quickly and had it replaced the next day at no charge.

There s a reason my family has been going here for over 10 years. It s because they re the best in town and the people working there are honest, friendly, and do great work. Very affordable prices and a comfortable waiting area with TV.

Not only does Suburban Automotive provide excellent automotive repair services, Greg and the staff will keep you up to date on therepair process of your vehicle. They saved my daughter thousands of dollars to replace the Timing Chain on her 2017 Chev Equinox over what the dealership quoted her.

Greg and Dan were very helpful. I took my 2012 Tundra in for alignment issues, but it turned out to be a tire issue. Their price for a replacement tire price was on par with Discount Tire, BJ s and costco. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Suburban Automotive for my future service.

Greg was AWESOME!!! He was very fair and extremely thorough, the mechanic that did the work did an outstanding job. It is almost impossible to find a good automotive shop anymore, one that won't try to rip you off or lie to you, but Suburban Automotive is TOP NOTCH and I highly recommend them.

These guys are honest, hardworking, and do great work. I am often skeptical of mechanics, but after meeting these guys I knew this place was a good shop to care for my vehicle. So far I ve had my brakes replaced, a transmission leak fixed, an oil leak fixed, and next week I will have them change my oil because I don t feel like changing it myself this time. Last week I brought my car in because I had a small concern, but they checked my car out and assured me it was nothing to be concerned about. In that situation, some other shops would have tried to take my money by making up a job that needed to be done. Suburban guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I ve recommended this shop to friends and family, and they were also very satisfied with their experience.Services: Auto battery replacement, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Brakes

I tried to give my business to a local not corporate entity. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and professionally. I requested a simple tire replacement, mount and balance, my tire purchased from tire rack. In addition, I requested tire balance of the front tires. I was told they would not mount and balance a tire, they did not procure.I am new to the area and I was looking for an all around garage, that I could go to for my vehicles. This company is not the solution.I would not recommend.

The owner & folks working here are just good people. I was planning to take my 84yo mom on a trip to Atlanta, to visit her best friend from high school - as kindof a Christmas gift - and the day before, her car's alternator failed. Stopped at Suburban about 2 hrs before closing time, and they explained they were booked out for 2 weeks.Then... the owner started asking what model/make etc., and typing things into his computer, to see if he could even get a replacement. Long story short... he bumped us to the front of the line, replaced the alternator, and got us on the road by the next morning. We had heard good things about Suburban, and I believe they are true. We're switching mom's car maintenance and repairs to Suburban.

I went in for an oil change and they were the best and nicest people I have ever came across in that industry. They got me in and out very quickly. They are honest and don t push anything on you, you don t need! I stopped at Subirban Auto for a new tire due to having a flat one day. Ride a flat and worried about the rim. Pulled in and they were so nice and friendly. Ended up buying all 4 new tires great deal. Since I had a slow leak they checked it out and repaired it free twice. Even called and was fixed withing 30 mins.

Greg just made me a customer for life. I feel that he works with honesty, integrity, and shows strong work ethic. Very impressed with this shop. Had my car towed in late Wednesday afternoon. He called a few hours later, diagnosed the issue, and had the part ordered. My car was ready by 10am Thursday. I will definitely use Suburban Automotive again, and suggest them to my family and friends! If you need work done, this is the place to use.

Wonderful locally owned business. They have been wonderful to work with for our car needs. We have referred several friends and coworkers to them. Ethical work with reasonable pricing. While driving, the cable for my stick shift snapped. I was towed here, and they now have a customer for life. Greg was amazing. He got the parts in, kept in contact. Was completely open about the costs, and very quick to get my car repaired. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have received great service from Suburban Automative on two separate occasions. From the initial phone call to the work completion, they do a great job. They work hard and don t waste your time. They do the work for a fair and honest price. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been using Suburban Automotive for many years. We feel like Greg and his employees are family. They are all very concern about your needs and issues. They make you feel that you are important and take the time to listen to you. Their fees are very reasonable. What more could you possibly ask for?

These guys are the most honest and trust-worthy mechanics I have ever experienced. Once a dealer gave me a laundry list of issues with my car. The Suburban guys said I only needed one item repaired and to keep an eye on another.

Had a priority to get an alternator replaced and they knocked it out very quickly and at a fair price. And completely shot straight with the car. I rarely find it in auto repair. Repeat customer.

I have always experienced good, friendly service and they stand by all the work they do. We've been using them for many years and always pleased with their honesty and fairness to their customers. Greg makes it a point to get to know his customers and that means a lot.

I would like to share my wonderful experience I had at Suburban today . After two mechanics attempting to work on my daughter's truck and being unable to figure out what was wrong with it I had it towed to Suburban this morning . Probably around 3 hours later I received a call that it was fixed and ready to pick up . I could not believe it .After six weeks and two mechanics it was fixed . I just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had today .Thanks guys !

They did a fantastic job on my 2012 jeep wrangler. Their diagnostics test cost me $375.00, a local dealership was ready to charge me $4200.00 for the repair work. I'll be staying with suburban, thank you Greg.
