I've gotten my oil changed he a few times now. The staff always seems now, but they've always been professional, helpful, and effective. I've usually been in and out with no issue unless a car is ahead of me, but even then, I've been seen quickly.

I had an issue after a recent oil change and when I went back to see what it was, literally every person there at the time worked on my car to figure out the problem. It was a weird fluke thing, and completely not their fault. As a last attempt at fixing it before sending me to a mechanic, one of the employees left and WENT TO THE AUTO PARTS STORE, bought a replacement part, and the issue was fixed. In the time I was there, I heard at least 3 people say that they had never seen this issue happen before, but that didn t stop them. I was so, so impressed with everyone there, and the manager Brooke is fantastic. This has been our go-to place for a while, but I m never going anywhere else.

You guys are the best. 5-star establishment without a shadow of a doubt. My first time at a Jiffy Lube but definitely not my last. I ve never received such A-1 customer service. You guys rock. Was very attentive, friendly and patient with me. Also, the wait time was exceptional. Had me in and out in no time. Even went the extra mile, which is very rare nowadays. Shout out to Jordan, he was helpful and informative through the entire process. You guys definitely haven t seen the last of me! Thank you all very much!

Chris and Brooke offered an amazing experience with super friendly customer service! They were friendly to me and my kids, looking for every possible opportunity to make us feel like we were getting a good deal and were genuinely cared for. What a rare thing these days.

The mechanic Dave refused to run a diagnostic code on my car, even tho I had been waiting for an hour and demanded I pay $50 for a full engine diagnostic if I wanted to have my car serviced. I ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I left without being seen and decided to drive back across the state without having repair done because jiffy lube is usually the most affordable auto shop near me. Will not be going back and I wouldn t recommend that jiffy lube to anyone.

Kids with no experience should not be in a management position. This place has went down hill. Just took 35 minutes of me protecting my vehicle from these people messing it up more than they did. 220 lb Guy leans 3 metal stools against my truck to reach oil cap, truck is stock! Yes I told him I didn t appreciate it, strips almost every bolt on filter cover after Manager shows me leaves and pine straw on filter and can t offer replacement, not in stock, why the heck did you take it out than? Doesn t even bang leafs off but drops back in, thanks people!Look in there bathrooms, if you can t tell these people don t care than your part of the problem. Place is trash

I went to jiffy lube today to pick my daughter up from work and your multi care mechanic Dave had the audacity to get into her face. He's a grown man speaking and treating a female like that. I heard him speaking to her very disrespectfully and when I got out of my car to say something to him he disrespected me as well. Your district manager Phil showed up and I could tell by how he was speaking to us that he didn't care how she was just treated. This jiffy lube is very unprofessional and the fact that your district manager allows grown men to treat women like this show a lot about his character. I've never in my life been disrespected like that by any man or any of my employees. Jiffy lube you really need better people managing your locations and your multi care mechanic Dave needs to be fired for that. Doubt that will happen though it's not the first time he's done it.

Exceptional job! I have an old 1999 Ford Mustang that needed a tune up + much more and they did an amazing job! Not only did they fix my baby, but they also took away this weird noise she was making when driving. I am very pleased. They even walked to another tire store, stole the manger, and asked him to check my tire and to get more information for me about my tires (as they do not do tires). They were so kind and sweet. Especially Lav & The manager Chris. I would rate them 100 % if I could. Oh and I can t forget they stayed after hours to ensure my baby is fixed. Like an hour after they were supposed to close. I told them I needed it all done today no matter what and they successfully completed the task. Job well done I would highly recommend. Amazing people. Amazing work ethic. Extra happy customer.

It was a standard oil change. The young lady who waited on me was nice and pleasant. The oil change was quick and I had a coupon so not overpriced.

Great service! They covered the driver seat as well as the steering wheel with plastic , vacuumed the inside , checked all the fluids, and everybody was very courteous.We had checked an oil change service that wanted to charge us $20 more!Based on our first visit to this Jiffy Lube we would highly recommend this location .Janelle, The manager was terrific!

No organization what so ever. I was third in line with 5 employees and 3 bays. They never opened the third bay and 2 employees just basically stood around and watched the others. It took me 1 1/2 to get an oil change.

Awesome sauce....I owe the boss and his main machanic a special treat for the GREAT attention and care we received on my last UNSCHEDULED visit!! GuyS HELPED fix my Stress by getting us right in, looking, making calls, talking to hubby and decided to change a belt.. (done by the husband ) they put my old one back on for us in hopes it would stop the problem screech every morning getting worse....No charge!It took one day and it worked!!! Chrysler 300 are picky about their belts and I'm picky about my machanics....THIS IS THE PLACE....I APPRECIATE YALL!! Thank YOU Again...see ya soon.

Service was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They made sure everything on my car was good. Couple names that I was able to read off the name tags that were friendly and helpful were Lay and Tony, Andrew, but everyone there was nice and professional. Thanks for the good job guys.

This place is fast, trustworthy and efficient! Andrew met us and helped us get checked in and out at the end. Dave and Andrew knew their stuff and after looking at the filters were honest they did not need to be changed yet. This is where they could have taken advantage of me and didn't. This place saved me $150 the dealer wanted to charge me for the same oil change and fluid check in addition to a diagnostic test I ended up not needing. They checked my battery as well. I was there, years ago, with my old car, and only switched because of a service maintenance agreement with the dealership that sold me this car. The agreement recently expired, so I went back to Jiffy Lube for my oil change that was due, now. The staff there was great. They are very friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. They are also exceptional with keeping their customers informed and up to date on progress.Service: Oil change

The employees are not in proper attire, they seem like they don't know what they are doing. The place don't offer conventional oil due to broken equipment.

I had a rotation, brakes, and oil change done for such a fair price after I called other places! Chris was super helpful and transparent about the pricing breakdown and always was quick to update me with the car process throughout the day. I appreciate their patience with me since I couldn't decide if I wanted to go through with changing the brakes but ended up doing it. Great service and would come backServices: Brakes, Oil change

Hadn t been to Jiffy Lube in a while but I was reminded of why I love coming here- fast service. Everyone was so kind and made the experience really enjoyable. Last time I came, I had to wait in the small lobby, but now you don t even have to get out of your car. Great Service! Brooke went out of her way to answer questions and helped me reset my Hybrid Lexus maintenace reminder in my car for my next oil changed. Everyone was so professional and polite. I was off and on my way to next errand for the day in 25:01 mins. and never got out of my car. I will be back in 5K miles. Thank you Fleming Island Jiffy Lube!

As a woman it can be challenging to trust any of these auto places. However, I pulled up to this location with my car making a funny noise and my check engine light on I received the best service. I was helped by Dave and Ryan. Immediately when I pulled up I was greeted and asked what was going on. The shop owner I feel like understood my position and really went the extra mile for me. Not only did he run the diagnostic but also took the time to look under the hood and explain what was going on. They of course offered suggestions and didn't try to scare me or lock me into doing business with them. Would 100% go back to this location.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This starts with my review of Jiffy Lube on Dunn Ave. If it wasn't for that manager, I wouldn't have ended up here.I arrive for my appointment and am immediately greeted by Dave, one of the mechanics. He was well versed in my situation. After inspecting my vehicle, he discovered that it was not the master cylinder that was causing the leak, which was my best guess, but that the seal on a brake caliper broke. I informed him I had that brake caliper fixed at a different shop. He informed me that I should take it back and see if they would warranty the work. As most know, driving with a brake fluid leak is not safe. I didn't even know if this other shop would warranty the work. The estimate to fix this was what I was prepared to pay so I told them go ahead and do the work. They did an excellent job . They constantly kept me informed as to what was going on. Not only that, but the repair charge wassignificantly less than what I was expecting to pay Thank you Ryan and Dave! This is my favorite full service Jiffy Lube.Service: Brakes
