I started taking my vehicle to Goodyear a little over two years ago. At the time, it was the only vehicle I had and I needed a place that was trustworthy and reliable. This is exact what Goodyear was. Since that time, I ve purchased two more vehicles and I can honestly say that their service and commitment has not wavered. I just want to thank David and the rest of the Goodyear staff for the excellent service.

My experience is great as a long time customer. Eric (the manager) is the only one who satisfied my complaint for an out of balance tire/wheel that was getting progressively worse.The front desk and staff are always eager to help. They are honest and have integrity.

Yuri is the most unfriendly person I have ever met. I get he's upset that he's in a low level postion and unhappy person I have ever met in the auto industry. The work was fine but he made the ending experience negative. Learn some basic customer service skills if you want to excel in your career.

Just had the worst experience in my life at this location. Been doing business their for years. The young lady was curt and rude, after they had my vehicle in the bay for an oil change. I questioned the pricing that came up on my cell phone just before work actually started. I questioned the staff (all three) and the young lady said she did not control the internet. That price would not be correct, even though I put all details about my vehicle in. She said read the fine print, which I could not find. Even showed her. She had technician back my vehicle out of bay and handed my keys to me. Not doing the work. LIVID!!!!!!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could.

Be careful at this location because they will try to lie and say other things are wrong with your vehicle when the vehicle runs perfectly

5 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment to replace tires and alignment. Manager did not have enough professionalism to at least come out and speak to any issues that may have occurred. Two to three hours acceptable, but past that is not a value of the customer. Don't allow the appointment if you don't have the means to be mindful of my time.

Had a warranty issue and they stood behind their product. David and his staff were fantastic!Good people, great shop....Glad I came here...

Dave and Eric are top notch managers. My husband and I always get our questions answered and they do exceptional service. We've been going here for 15 years and it's the only place we trust. Great job!

A few weeks ago my starter went out and had my car towed there and had me on the road in a few hours.. my son's tire was slashed on the afternoon of 8/29/23 as the hurricane approached and got me a new tire promptly. Also a couple of months ago fixed multiple problems on my son's car promptly. Entire team is awesome! Especially David Phillips!!

Great service.Had an issue with a Honda Pilot my wife drives. Had an issue repaired that didn't correct the fault.Service manager handled the issue with great care and he assisted my wife in taking care of the situation. Great Service would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tires were a good value (which is the only reason for the second star), but unfortunately this place did not prove itself trustworthy or ethical (and the salesperson was fairly rude when trying to pay over the phone). Along with changing 4 tires, they apparently checked the brakes and said the car needed new pads and rotors as the brakes were critically depleted and a huge problem. I was skeptical, but concerned, so took the car to a trusted mechanic and friend. He pulled the wheels off again and determined the brake pads had over half their life left. I don't mind the hard sell of the alignment package, but to tell my son the brakes are about to fail (red zone critical) with the pads gone and needing new rotors as well crosses the line. I am very disappointed to have this kind of thing going on in my community, and I wonder how many people got scammed into unnecessary work at this store.

Eric Clarke recently helped me with a difficult situation regarding my tires. He truly went far and beyond to help me get my money back. It s extremely refreshing to see people actually care about there customers.

Very disappointed with the service we received.We explained we wanted a thorough diagnostic with our car because the issues we have been having. Not only was our appointment delayed several hours, we were told our car was good and safe to drive.A couple weeks later, our car completely died in the middle of driving on the highway and fluids leaking everywhere.My husband left a review on Google and the manager called and argued with my husband about our low review telling us the diagnostic test we received was something different than we were originally told.We told them problems we were having and they suggested an engine block diagnostic test and agreed when we went several weeks ago, but we re informed by the manager that was not the test they ran on our vehicle.Not only did we not get the service we requested initially and that was suggested, but it was not thorough enough to keep us safe on the road. We trusted the professional advice of Goodyear, and ended up on the side of the road.We will not be back and we will be letting others know our experiences.Very disappointed with the lack of concern.

100% honesty and trustworthiness. Came in for an electrical issue. They realized it was no problem at all and were honest. Didn t fake a diagnosis or anything.The only shop I ll be coming to in Fleming island

Today I had a vehicle emergency. I was headed out of town and didn t get far before my engine check light came on. I called Eric, the store manager, and he asked me a few questions about how the car was riding and driving, and determined that it would be safe for me to drive back to his store since it wasn t too far. When I got there he immediately started investigating what the problem was, determined what it was, had to even order a part, and had my car ready to go on the road again within an hour. This is just one example, and an excellent one, of the service, care and attention that Eric and his team give to each customer. I ve been taking our cars there for years and have never been disappointed or treated without total care and respect. Thank you Eric and team.Kathy Easterling

Went to get a tire changed, my oil changed and my brakes to be checked out. I asked about my brakes because they were making a grinding noise. They told me my brakes were good and don't need to be replaced. They still made a grinding noise when I left the store. Edit: after the manager read my review he contacted me to get my brakes fixed.

Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism shown by Eric and the rest of the team at Goodyear. They were able to get our vehicle in to conduct a pre-sale inspection on short notice, and were thorough and fair with their assessment.

I had a pleasant experience here. There was a wait, but I was able to make an appointment, run some errands, and come back. They have excellent customer service from the two managers that assisted me, to the gentleman that offered me a bottle of water, and overhearing their interactions with other customers. They are rather busy on a Saturday, go figure lol, so I recommend making an appointment, or getting there as soon as they open. I will be back for my next oil change.

I was very pleased with the professional service I received. Thomas was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answered every question I had and done so in a friendly and courteous manner. The entire staff was fantastic. This is now my one stop shop for any and all of my cars needs. I would highly recommend the guys at Goodyear.

Always a fantastic experience when we bring our vehicles here. Eric and his team always take great care of us and our vehicles. Their staff, from what I see has all been there for years. Low turn over in their employees tells me they are doing something right. I wont take my business anywhere else and highly recommend them.

Ordered tires and made an appointment online. No issues with dropping the car off. They called when it was ready to be picked up. Checkout experience was quick and easy. Would use them again and recommend to friends and family

I was very pleased with the courteous nature and more than helpful information from the staff at Goodyear in Fleming Island. Dan was very patient with me and my questions as I had to come to a decision on fixing my car. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the repair as well as troubleshooting further problems. Ultimately, I decided not to repair it and buy a new car, but I can say I will definitely be bringing it back to this location and recommending this place to anyone and everyone!

These guys were great! We had a last minute emergency maintenance issue and they managed to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday! Outstanding customer service! Reasonable pricing. Will be back! Hats off to Bernard, RJ and George for making an otherwise yucky Saturday a bit more pleasant!

What nice people! Mr. Clarke is amazing! We were in town for a closing at a hotel and our truck wouldn't start. Thank God for manual transmission. We got it started and drove across the street to Goodyear. They got us back up and running in time to make our closing. They were courteous and professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

I took my vehicle in for a brake check.I signed the typical estimate form verifying a WRITTEN ESTIMATE was requiredI spoke with an irate sounding person later that day. He appeared to be upset because I did not respond to his call or voicemail as quickly as he would like.He gave a couple of options and I chose a $600 plus tax repair.I got a call the next morning stating the repair was completed and they would take it out for a test and I would get a call back to let me know that the truck was ready.I waited unti 4PM or so and called them.I was told that they had to charge the battery as it was dead. I asked how a battery goes dead during a brake install.I was told it is their standard practice to leave the door open during service work. I told Steve that made no sense and the phone magically disconnected.The next day I picked up the truck.My $600 (plus tax) repair was now almost $800. To be fair, Steve did offer a $18 air filter (via voicemail) that somehow jumped to $19 .So, adding the $600 plus the $17 plus fees (you know, the shop fees. Imagine going to your favorite burger joint and getting a paper bag fee, wrap your food fee, wipe out h as bds fee, mop the floor fee...etc) plus tax, but I was too irritated at this point to discuss an almost $200 increase in the estimate.I'm sure Goodyear will respond with some form of interesting retort.However my 2 personal vehicles and 1 company vehicle that I have had serviced there over the last year or so, wont be back.

Thomas and his team found out I had faulty brake calipers when I was dropping off my car for wheel balancing and alignments. I was very surprised that they were able to find out this problem when 4 other shops including Toyota's own service center that I've been to cannot. His team was able to quickly replace those calipers plus new rotors and brakes for me and my car has been driving better than ever. Thomas is such as life saver and I could never imagine what would happened if I continue to drive my car like this with those failed calipers.
