Let me tell you, these will be my go to guys from now on. They are friendly, professional, experienced, and all around great. I went in and got my brake pads and rotors changed and they did it even faster and cheaper than they said (which was already fast and cheap). They also told me what else was wrong with my vehicle and broke down the parts and cost for me if I wanted to get them repaired. All around great experience.

Great folks to work with, knowledgeable and if they can't repair your vehicle they will refer you to some that can. Reasonable! They go the extra mile in customer service.

Visiting in Florida with family. Car suddenly overheated after just replacing the water pump. Earliest anyone could see me was Thursday, we were trying to leave the Sunday before. Went out of their way to work me in and fix the problem. Could have charged me anything at this point but fixed the heater hose and charged me an extremely fair price. If you want an honest shop that really cares please take your car to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My brother and my Dad have been using this shop for their vehicles. Honest, reasonable and quality work. Dallas, the nice lady who runs the office is great! Extremely knowledgeable herself and keeps you updated through the process so you you know what to expect. Very pleased with all the work they've done on my husband's truck so far. This is a personal project for me as he's passed away and the good crew at Conwell's is helping me accomplish that. Thank you guys!

Conwell s was friendly and professional from the 1st phone call. Explained what the problem was and explained what to do to keep the a/c line from clogging again. Will call them 1st for all of my automotive needs. Good, honest and hard working employees.

HAPPY CUSTOMER, AGAIN... I had to return to get my truck A/C that was not cooling unless driving on the highway diagnosed. They repaired my A/C last season and did a great job so I went back. Turns out the "one" part ( high pressure switch ) that was not replaced during the previous repair went bad and played a roll in the compressor failure. They ordered the correct parts and replaced the compressor under warranty. Billy did the troubleshooting and repair work and it is working LIKE NEW again:) Dallas is still great to deal with and keeps that place rolling. I highly recommend because they have never disappointed!Service: Air conditioning

I could not have asked for a better service/repair experience than what I received today. We had our car towed by John Conwell s Towing (independent from the auto repair), which was another awesome experience and Conwell s Automotive was able to easily diagnose that the issue was the starter. They ended up replacing the starter, changing the oil and fixing a rattling sound for a very very reasonable price. You can t go wrong with calling Conwell s Automotive.Service: Oil change

John was able to help get me out of the sand at a beach. He was fast to get there on short notice, was honest, fair, and did everything he said he would do. Great attitude, and paying over the phone with their office staff was super easy. If I'm ever in the area and have screwed myself over and beached my car again, these are the guys I'll call!

My rear brakes gave out on the way back from the beach. Stopped at Conwell's and they looked at the car. Said he needed it for a couple hours. I had my dog with me and didn't want him wandering with me for 2 hours. So Buckley had one of his workers drive me and my dog home. Car was finished a few hours later and bill was quite a bit below the estimate. Friendly professional and my brake s work fine. And same day service too.Five stars!Service: Brakes

Recently purchased a vehicle from the area that was serviced at Conwell's Automotive. Spoke to a lovely woman at the front desk a few times over the phone to help me understand the vehicle history before the purchase. She was very responsive, polite, and a pleasure to work with. She had no issues emailing me the entire vehicle service history. Very professional service. If I was local, I certainly would use this shop. Thanks for your patience and your time.

I have found my new mechanic! I almost don't want to get the word out of how awesome they are because I want to keep them all to myself - but they deserve the praise! I've been to several other auto repair shops and no one comes close to comparing! They got my 11 year old, well-loved vehicle in super fast, had the issue fixed just as fast and the price was LESS than I expected based on what some family/friends who are familiar with this type of repair told me it should run. Thank you, Conwell's for the friendly, fast, fair service!

Excellent Place to get your vehicle repaired , HONEST , TRUSTWORTHY, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, ONTIME the front desk person Dallas she is the rock of the store , her customer service skills are outstanding the OWNER of the store is an absolutely the best very customer oriented, he came all the way to pick me up after the my vehicle was fixed . There pricing is unbeatable in town ... They also provide towing service fast and reliable ...!

Decided to go to them for a second opinion on a brake job. They were able to do the brakes for less than quoted elsewhere and with a much faster turn around. Very happy with the service performed & will be taking our other vehicle in as well shirtly for a overall check .Highly recommend them.

Best mechanics ever! Friendly office staff! Got me right in, fixed my older car, and put on new tires timely and very affordable. I feel safe driving my kids around again. Highly recommend!!!

Very Honest automotive shop. I'm usually not a big reviewer guy, but had some time due to Covid-19. I have taken my BMW X5 there for repairs and they have fully fulfilled whatever issue I was having with my vehicle. If you're looking for a reliable and did I mention honest automotive repair shop this is the place.

I had a power steering problem with my 2014 Subaru. Almost impossible to drive, I chose Conwell's because they were close and had great reviews. Turns out some loose wires were found on the electric power steering module. They fixed it the same day, and get this...charged me nothing! Honest, friendly great people. They have made me a customer for the long term. Thank you guys!

The owner and his staff are top notch. I will never take my vehicle to any other repair shop. The are so efficient and the office staff is so friendly and helpful. They are a great attribute to our community. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

On vacation and my Cadillac SRX stabilitrac system started failing. I could not drive the car and the closest Cadillac dealership was in Jacksonville (45 minutes away). I cannot thank Conwell's Automotive enough for the Amazing job they did putting my new engine in my Jeep. It has a lot of sentimental value to me as it was my late husband's and They went above and beyond to get it back on the road again! They work so quickly and efficiently what an Awesome Crew! Just wanted to say what a great place for vehicle repair and service! I can't say thank you enough for taking care of my mom's vehicle! Since my dad passed away I always worry about where my mom goes for issues and service on her Buick. I don't worry anymore now that she has found Conwell's Automotive!
