I was rear ended and had to have repairs done on my brand new 2023 Lincoln Aviator. All went well as far as customer service, communication, rental car so on and so forth during repair time. When I picked up my car the paint did not match on the repaired parts to the rest of the car. Once I stated my concerns in my opinion they should have taken the vehicle back right then and there and repaired it but they pushed the repair off until after the new year. I kept being told they were fixing a paint booth. Well I wanted my car repaired correctly so we waited their time frame and after the holidays then started calling to be scheduled. We kept getting the run around again until finally we pushed the issue enough they finally scheduled me again. The day I get there to drop off they seemed unaware I was even coming. No one had reserved a rental car so I had to wait about 30 min on enterprise to come get me then when they did arrive and brought me back to their office I had to wait an additional 30 min because the car I was to get was having an oil change. It was no fault of enterprise they were unaware I was to get a vehicle that day because caliber dropped the ball on reserving. I was an hour and a half late to work because of caliber that day. For 2 days I did not here a word about my vehicle until I called for a status update. I ll never bring another vehicle there again to have it worked on. They did manage to finally get the paint much closer to correct than it was. It should of been correct the first time or at the very least I should not been made to wait so long to get it repaired correctly. I ll attach photos of the first repair. You can see how unmatched the paint was.

We brought our car to Caliber Collision after an accident. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The office staff was great at communicating with us throughout the whole process. The work they did on my vehicle was fantastic. You can t even tell it was in an accident.

Caliber Collision employee, Amy Phillips is a home wrecker, sleeping with a married man, the husband of a wife with cancer and 3 children. Caliber Collision knows and completely condones this activity. Their employees sleeping with married customers and other employees.But we are suppose to trust them with our vehicles and loyalty.Wouldn't recommend!I will definitely be involving HR of this woman and her behavior, at place of employment, as well as how they run things. They are suppose to fix our vehicles. NOT RUIN FAMILIES!

My poor Jeepers came in for repairs from a new/distracted driver damage. I was assigned Joe, his attention to detail and professionalism is top notch! I never had to hunt him down to figure out what was doing on. He called me 2x a week, listened to all my concerns, and they were all promptly addressed! My baby came back to me looking brand new. (besides my messy inside from moving, sorry guys!!) I greatly appreciate all of you guys and gals' hard work and dedication to your customers. I will be a repeat customer! (Hopefully, not from and accident).

I was involved in an unfortunate episode recently during which an operator of another vehicle attempted to occupy the same space that my dream car was occupying. This displaced some of the paint, reducing the pulchritude of my hare, and also it bent some elements that support the bumper. Within a few days, Caliber restored my rabbit's posterior to pre distracted driver incident condition. Mary and Joe were professional, easy to work with, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Great service, repair looks great. We had work done at other places in Yulee that turned out to be awful experiences. Glad we finally have a reliable local body shop. They'll definitely have our business in the future.

My car needed work from an accident and I received excellent service with constant updates on my vehicle. It was exceptional. Everything was handled without any type of hassle, which I really appreciated. I rate caliber collision a 10.

Caliber Collision on SR 200 in Fernandina Beach did an extraordinary job on what originally appeared to be repair of a large ding on new car door caused by wind capturing an opening door on adjacent car in parking lot. After thorough inspection and review of the complex color paint process needed (new and rare Kia color -- Dawning Red on Sportage Xline Prestige PHEV), they secured approval of Allstate Claims, allowing them to make a rigorous repair with broad paint blending of the entire door and quarter panel, and recalibrated the enormous number of safety sensors / cameras on mirror and body panels. Eddie kept me informed periodically / frequently via text and phone to report on progress getting updated claim, difficulties in getting special primer paint (3 step paint process), and in the painting and safety recalibration processes. When all was completed, I picked up a freshly-washed car with absolutely perfect color match and no hint that there was any repair made! I was further requested to come back in a month for reinspection and finish buffing, and re-installation of ceramic coating. They even suggested that I leave Enterprise rental car with them for added convenience to me -- they arranged the return to Enterprise.I am profoundly pleased (if not ecstatic!) about the thoroughness and quality of repair and extraordinary customer service.

Unfortunately my wife and I were both in wrecks within a couple of months of each other, but both times Caliber collision did an amazing job on fixing both our vehicles. I was worried about my wife's Mercedes being worked on, but they nailed the repairs and in a very timely manner. I dealt with Mr. Eddie for both vehicles and he did very well at keeping me updated on every step of the process for both vehicles and was able to complete both repairs ahead of schedule.Service: Body & Trim

Had a new bumper put on by the shop they bought, First Coast Paint and Body. The repair was done very poorly. First Coast wouldn t redo the work. Caliber Collision soon bought that shop and wouldn t work with me to redo the bad work. Some of the same employees are still there and know about this. I d expect that they d at least give me a quote with a decent price as an option.

I can t give this review any less than five stars. Nobody wants to go to a collision place. Specially, in a bad car accident they made it as easy as it could have been. Thanks to everyone at Caliber Collision.

Had work done on my truck. Joe did an awesome job, making the whole process seamless. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Truck was completed faster then expected, and detailed. Definitely recommend.

This place is great! I've never had a car repair experience where I never had to call for info because it was provided before I even asked! And they did a great job! My car was fixed on time and returned to me sparkling clean. Very professional and friendly. The lady at the front desk even te texted the rental car people when they didn't show up on time. Awesome job!
