I needed a headlight replaced on my 2015 Ford Explorer, toyed with doing it myself but I got a little nervous, read online that Oreillys does simple headlamp installation when you buy the part with them. I walked in and Steven was so helpful, came right out to make sure it was easy enough for them to do, explained the process and helped me pick out the right light and popped it right in. I wish they had the ability to tip on card for simple services like that because I really appreciated it. Thanks again Steven!

States on their website they close at 9. Drive 20 minutes for a certain item that they only carry and they closed at 5:30. Don t go to this place they are a waste of your time.

Ordered from the website, said item would be ready for pick up by a certain time ... Get to the store and they just give excuses...saying what the website said was inaccurate and just unbelievable excuses that ultimately will be why I won't consider them for my future part needs

I use this store on a regular basis for business. I am here on average once a day, sometimes more. The staff here is excellent. Matt, Peter, Michelle, Chuck, Paul, and Kevin are great. Since I am here so frequently, I get to see their interactions with customers regularly, and they always impress. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I'd also like to mention James, John, and Ricky, who have relocated to the new Tavares store and deserve the same praise as the team members previously listed. I do business with all the main auto parts stores, and this store has won my business. I go out of my way to do business with this location even over other O'Reilly locations because this location sets a new standard for auto parts stores. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone. I look forward to continuing to do business with you.

I went in for four batteries for my motor home. My batteries were dead and in this heat globe, I had to replace those batteries for AC power to work, hence the A/C unit. So I went with O Reilly. The guy promised me he d have them there by 5:30PM. He didn t just say that they would be there, he promised. I wait all day, out of the RV because no A/C in 100 temperatures. I go back in at 5:30PM and nope, no batteries. Of course. If I promise something, I deliver. I would have hopped in my own vehicle or their company truck and got them myself. But just excuse after excuse. He knew that I needed it for power for the place I live. Way to make a promise. Oh, and no offer of a discount. So hotel tonight I suppose. Think they will pay for it? I think not.

Terrible asked about the price on a battery. Salesman says expensive didn't even ask what price range or offer to help in any way. Ended up going to autozone at least they were helpful.

Peter at the o reilly parts store in Eustis is AMAZING. i walked in with no idea about anything. He treated me with the utmost respect and he took the time out of his day(his work day at that) to help me with what i needed. i definitely recommend you come to peter with whatever you need .

Joe your the man !!! A few weekends ago. My girlfriend & I had stopped into O'Reilly. We needed a part for her car. Joe was nice enough. To walk out to his jeep to let us borrow a couple of tools. He was even waiting on us. After changing out the part. We took the car for a test drive. Just to make sure everything was working properly. When we drove back. Joe was standing inside right by the door waiting on use. Joe came right out side to ask how the car was running. He made sure that all are questions were answered. Joe you were more helpful. Than we could of asked for. Thank you very much for your help. I recommend O'Reilly in Eustis. Ask for Joe He's Awesome Thanks again Joe.

I needed a battery replacement. All of the employees were extremely helpful, and I was able to get the battery I needed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this O Reilly s, and I will definitely use their store again.

This is my first time in O Reillys automobile parts shop, in Lake County Eustis Bay Street, but I never imagine that a sales person like Peter, would be so knowledgeable about automobiles fixtures, he used the electronics system to configure the correct procedure and with expertise knowledge, and to recommend about the proper parts to buy in selection, with different options and prices to your convenience, this is how every employee should react toward customers, Peter was an automobile technician and a real customer service person, thank you Peter, keep up this great work for the Lake County community

I just left Eustis O Reilly s and, I must say it was one of the best experiences I ve had buying auto parts. Peter was extremely helpful. It is obvious from his demeanor that he thoroughly enjoys his job. He was polite, engaging, and efficient. I m glad I made the switch to O Reilly s. Their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest.

On Labor Day we stopped at O Reilly Auto Parts, Bay Street, Eustis because the check engine light was on. Staff member Peter did a check engine analysis and replaced the gas cap. He went above and beyond what an employee should do and he was very pleasant. It is a clean, well stocked store and all employees were very pleasant and professional. Problem solved! Thank you!

I came here a little bit ago, after my car wouldn't start. It ended up needing a new battery. I called around and the prices were about the same everywhere, but what got me to choose O'Reillys was the amazing customer service I received over the phone. The guy I spoke to was named Matthew (I think, that's what was on the receipt as well) and he is so sweet and helpful. When I came into the store, he rang me up for the new battery, gave me information about their rewards program, and also replaced the battery for me. The other guys working asked me if I wanted a chair to sit down in while I waited, which I thought was very nice as well. The whole process was very simple, and the guys at O'Reillys made a potentially stressful situation (for me), a lot better and easy to handle. I really appreciate how outstanding the customer service is here, and I highly recommend this store!

I went in to get my battery checked and to see if it was under warranty, battery and sticker said it was.. had issues with the computer not being able to find it, but Peter was relentless in wanting to make things right and asked for help from a past manager who is now over a different department with the company and coke to find out it was under my mother in laws number not my father in law, I was at the store for well over an hr once Peter installed the battery, but truly the customer service and wanting to go over and beyond to help me was amazing to see, because this just doesn t happen too much in retail anymore.. I am so thankful to Peter and I believe the other gentleman was Matt, probably short for Matthew but these two gentlemen were in my path today for a reason I will just say that.. God bless them and this store I will continue to buy all my parts from o reillys and you can thank Peter from Texas for that lol.. God bless all..

Friendly and prompt service.Bought something and after a year it stopped working. Came in, they've asked me for my phone number, confirmed my purchase and replaced on the spot. No questions asked. Very pleased.

Dreaded check engine light was on Toyota Tundra, Peter diagnosed and pointed me in the right direction, he was super helpful and knowledgeable, really appreciate the time he took helping solving the problem .

This place is consistently courteous,clean,and helpful. They helped me find needed items and gave me many helpful suggestions . Great customer service.Parking was plentiful and easily accessible . Love this place. I would recommend to a friend.

Everyone I've met there is very friendly and professional. Matthew was detailed in explaining how my brake system works and gave me tips to help minimize the wear and tear on them. Highly recommend O'Reilly's of Eustis for all of my vehicle parts.

Wow what an awesome experience. I hate going to these places usually but the staff here has really changed my outlook. Chamberland is the guy who helped me with my battery. The process was simple and he even installed it for me. All the staff were very helpful and always have a smile on. Thank you so much team I will definitely be back!

Clean store, well lite. The staff made me feel uncomfortable. The gentleman was condescending and unhelpful. Even though the pricing was reasonable, I do not forsee myself returning to this establishment.

I enjoyed spending my money with this company. I walked in was greeted promptly. Assisted with my questions. The gentleman helped locate my items and carry them to my car. I forgot something came back and received the same ammout of time and care again. Thank you for enjoying what yoy do. Nice clean organized and ran professionally.

I'm sure they are a great parts provider but I went in needing a key made and discovered that O'Reilly don't make keys , as far as I'm concerned a key is one of the top 10 most needed parts a auto parts store should carry its the first thing you need when you walk out to your car or any car really!!

Very helpful and informative on products/sales going on so you can save money in case the product your looking for has a special going on. If I have an issue with getting my rearview mirror back on, they'll physically come out, and put it back on for you themselves! I've also found that they seem to have cheaper prices for the same things they do at AutoZone or Discount Auto Parts.

Went to pick up a part, door was locked during normal business hours.Man walks up to the door, smacks the glass at the hours and walks off. Why would you lock the doors before normal hours and not let people pick up parts they already paid for?? Ridiculous!!! I'll go elsewhere from now on, at least they'll be open during their stated hours!

Actually has people that are knowledgeable about motors and vehicle operations. They can help you find what you need without a part number. I work on an Airboat, and there is no make and model. Everything is customer.These guys are awesome to deal with. Always helpful and always friendly.
