The staff here is SO HELPFUL!! I needed to upgrade my unit size, and without hesitation, the Manager helped with exemplary customer service! A few days later I had another issue where I had made another mistake, and was met my a super friendly, and helpful associate who again, solved my issue with not a single hoop to jump through. The way I was treated my the team members at this facility deserves no less than 5 stars. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone looking for the incredibly easy, friendly, convenience of and storage unit!

This place was awesome. I showed up to rent a unit. The lady at the front seat was extremely helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I venever rented a unit as fast as I did here. They even gave me a free lock for my unit. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone that needs one.

Place is very pleasant madaleine bosler was very helpful and it went very quickly. Glad to have my stuff in a safe spot and weight off my shoulders with my stuff stored til I m able to have it where it belongs.

I have used Compass for renting a Uhaul and now a storage space. The prices are good, the units are clean and the staff is always helpful and efficient!

The customer service was excellent, the young lady who helped me and my wife showed us a couple of different units and had answered all of our questions. We decided on a size that we needed and are pleased with the unit we rented. Place was clean, well maintained and had good lighting, we definitely recommend if you need storage.

Madaleine is so sweet and nice, she was very helpful. My husband and I came in looking for a storage unit and she helped us out real fast. Later on we had to come back and get a bigger unit and she was very nice with helping us switch over. I would recommend this place to anybody. Very helpful and excellent customer service. Five stars ALLLLLLLL DAYYYYYY.

JUST RENTED A SPACE FROM COMPASS. MADALEINE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK TO HANDLE THE PAPERWORK. FRIENDLY, CLEAN OFFICE.

We have been renting from Compass in Eustis back when it was Lake Warehouse and before that at the Tavares location for over 22 years. My rent 18 months ago was $350 and every six months they increase and not small increases. My rent now is a little over $500 a month. When it was Lake Warehouse it was affordable but most of all CLEAN. This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere and the bathroom is disgusting. The bathroom is not cleaned at all, not stocked with soap or toilet paper. When I spoke with someone in the office about the bathrooms and constant increase a simple I'll just lock the bathrooms and management doesn't care how long you have been a customer because they don't want long term tenants.

Had been trying to find a unit for our parents things from out of town. Made a ton of calls and had a bunch of questions. Dan and Maddy were super helpful and never lost their patience. Grateful to have such understanding and care while dealing with this hectic move.

My unit was broke into, the owner said they didn t see any thing on the cameras, which they re outdated and don t show a good majority of the units. The lock was taken off the unit, and new lock was put on and everything in my unit had been gone through. Luckily the police were able to get my belongings back after first being told there was nothing the company could do about it. There s a guy practically living out of his 2 units with an entire unit sitting out side of the two he pays for, pretty sure he sleeps there and the doors are never closed.10/10 wouldn t recommend.
