Took a shot bringing my 1978 MGB here because my former mechanic retired, and this shop is close to my house. The car was running very rough after sitting for a couple of months. I explained everything that had happened to Tom. He immediately formed a plan to correct the issue(s) and went over it with me. Communication and follow-through were great. The car was repaired according to the plan (they even found an additional issue that was fixed as well), the price was fair, and my little toy was back on the road in no time. Couldn't be more pleased to have found this shop.

My name is Anne. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Tom @ Affordable Car Care Center since before he ever opened his business @ 1015 S. Grove St. We followed him there! I think we hit the jackpot being able to have found an honest, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable Onwer/Mechanic (yes he still works on vehicles) alongside his son. We recommend them very highly! After moving to Eustis a few years ago my mechanic I used on the regular randomly shut down.I was so upset because the process of trying to find a new shop was a nightmare.Fast forward - two weeks ago I drive down Grove Street for the first time & notice an auto shop.Something told me to stop, so I turned around and popped my head in where I was kindly greeted by Tom (Owner).I explained to him the issues I was having with my car & Tom asked if I would like for them to take a look and do a diagnostic (without even making an appt).The mechanic stepped out and he actually could already tell what the issue was just by hearing me pull up! LolWhile they confirmed the issue, I also laid another concern on them & again, they instantly already knew what the issue was.Tom quoted for the services I needed and suggested what would be priority & what could wait (to help me save money).He ordered the parts, had my car in the shop & all was done and ready within two days!My car is driving like brand new These guys are polite, kind, honest, not looking to pull one over on anyone & have SUPER FAIR pricing.Their auto shop will now be our go to place for all our car needs.

Tom the owner is very pleasant and friendly, it's so nice to have an honest mechanic who keeps you up to date as he finds things. So glad we took our vehicles to him. Praying the building own doesn't sell it's great having a mechanic so close to home you can trust.

Tom and his team did a great job for us! We pulled in around 1:30 with a locked up brake caliper making a terrible noise. They were able to diagnose our problem within minutes of us arriving. He showed me where it had damaged the brake pad. They repaired our problem and had us ready to go in a few hours. We highly recommend Affordable Car Care Center. Kevin & LisaService: Brakes

Tom is great! He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and not 10 other things that I did not go there for. He got me nearly half the cost of what I was quoted at another business. He s a great guy with the best intentions for his customers. My vehicle has been running great ever since my visit but I look forward to making the drive over to Eustis if I need anything else just for the great service!Services: Transmission, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Friendly, honest and fast work at a very fair price. Good experience overall with a competent garage that focuses on taking care of your car without trying to empty your wallet. Quality work. Good people. I found my car repair/ maintenance shop.

Affordable Car Care came through in a pinch! I had never used them before and throughout the repair process, Tom would send photos/videos showing exactly what was wrong. Not many people would do that. It really gives peace of mind. I'll definitely be going there whenever I need a knowledgeable mechanic. Thanks!

Brought my truck over to Affordable Car Care after a road trip to Florida from Wisconsin and realizing 2/3 of the way down our A/C wasn t working. They quickly did an initial diagnosis, found the issue and offered two options for repair. The option we agreed on solved the problem, was done quickly and at a good price. Great team to work with, highly recommended!

These guys know what they are doing. They helped me out with a car that I had to get towed there. They stayed late that day and finished working on the car to have it ready. Prices were reasonable and team is extremely professional. This place is AMAZING! I called them to have my brakes replaced more work needed to be done. Knowing that it was my only vehicle Chris and the guys worked on my car til 9PM to make sure I got my car back to be able to get to work the next morning. This time it was a simple oil change, speedy and clean. I provided the oil and filter so it was just labor. He also filled up my winshield wiper fluid for the service.I've brought my rav4 with him for large repairs and price has been always lower than most mechanic shops around needless to say way under Toyota dealership prices.Parts I could not supply he checked for availibility delivery and price and discussed it all with me prior to the ordering and sevice.Upon dropping off the vehicle he has always called me with his findings and offered me to wait until I could come to inspect personally to then give him the go ahead.This guy and his staff are honest.I'm sure he has made mistakes here and there but Im also a business person, It is how he makes his mistakes wright and his customer sevice that makes me his loyal customer.

This is the place to go! Tom went above and beyond when it came to servicing my car. Misdiagnosed my car, replacing a part in the front wheel not needed. And charged me $330.00. Said the job would be a couple hours and didnt give me the car back till closing where i couldnt come back right away.So i sent my wife back to him next day, and told her "he wasnt sure what the sound was", but it needed rear brakes now.Sent her off and never properly closed the hoodAnd the brakes are some how worse then ever never tried to make it right just not very honest go to the car doctor in eustis you will do yourself a favor.Service: Brakes
