ATTENTION TO ALL FEMALES!The manager PATRICK is creepy, he followed my 2 girls to the store next door which is autozone harassing them because they didn't like his stores prices. They come home freaked out!

Had a few minutes to stop by & get new wipers on my way to an appt. It was early. Patrick made a fair suggestion for my wiper purchase & installed them in no time at all. I came here because I knew they would install the blades. I can barely reach them. Patrick was professional, fast, friendly, & I was in & out of there in less than 5 min! My preferred way to shop, because I don t like to. Thank you Patrick! (I bought Onyx replacements with a yr warranty. I can see again!)

Kori and Casey were amazing! I went to 2 different Autozones without much help and just being bounced from location to location before coming here. Casey helped me right away and got me what I needed. When Casey needed some support, Kori jumped right in and took care of me. I am so thankful for these two. Their kindness and wonderful customer service really eased all my anxiety and I left as a very happy customer. I will 100% return again. They were phenomenal!

I'm one who always double checks diagnostic equipment. Went to 2 other auto parts stores and was told twice that I needed a new battery even though mine was only a year old. Not once did they show me the readout on the equipment to prove what they said was true. I had also requested checking on my alternator to see if it was the problem. both of the other places said they couldn't tell me that for one reason or another. So my third stop was this Advance Auto Parts place. A lady by the name of Kori said she could run that diagnostic for me. Both tests no problem. Kori explained to me how it works and because I needed to start the engine for the alternator test I was glad for the lesson. Kori did the diagnostic tests and everything was done according to the book I found out later. Lucky for me there was nothing wrong with either the battery or the alternator so no reason to replace either. So happy to have had Kori doing the diagnostics for me. She was super friendly and nice and made the whole experience and my day better from having dealt with this lovely lady. Thank you

I had to get a tail light bulb replaced. I bought the bulb for it but realized I didn't know how or have the tools to install it. A gentleman by the name of Patrick helped me by taking apart my tail light and installing the bulb for me. I am so grateful knowing I won't get pulled over (again lol). He was beyond helpful when I really needed it. Thank you Patrick!!!

"Everything needed", a review from a year ago.But just two weeks ago the fuel pump on my Bluebird shortie went out, she's legally registered as a GM express 3500, but has the extended 35 gal. tank. Now most people know what they need when they enter an auto parts store, but I'm talking about a vehicle 20+ years old that was created by Girardin. Finally after trying two of the best brand, Delphi, that were supposed to be OEM, but never pressurized adequately, it was suggested I try their own brand, Carquest, which was actually cheaper and a perfect fit. I can't thank Pat and his dream team for their understanding, stubborn stick-to-it, compassion, and knowledge of parts to help me finally resolve this issue. I'd give them 10 stars.Lol, U really don't want pics of a 75 year old man replacing a fuel pump...... But if you see a white shortie with exterior wood window trim, give me a honk.... Willie

This is the best Advanced Auto!!! they have the most helpful and knowledgeable people!!!! I took my neighbor there today because he was having issues with his oil change and Kori was a ROCK STAR!!!! She should be on a poster board for the best customer care on the planet. She did everything to get his problem fixed, refunded the wrong product, researches the issue, got him the right one and got his car back on the road. She was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Just went to this location this morning Kori was working she was very friendly and helpful and went and put the windshield wipers on for me as well and very informative give me a lot of information that I didn t know about I definitely would recommend this place they have very friendly staff if Kori is working he even recommended a good detailing place around.

I just went in this location to get something to fix my daughter's cracked windshield. The price was reasonable. The sales associate also helped us find a replacement antenna that was broken a few days ago. I'd definitely recommend this store. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

I ordered a battery online and picked it up at the store. Charles greeted me when I entered the store was pro-active with the core exchange then installed the new battery. In and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Well done Charles.

It's a decent chain auto parts store. I'll always go to the local small businesses first but in a pinch, on a Sunday this store usually has what I need. It's not always easy to find the part in their system, their not the most knowledgeable. But if you search the part # on line first, they can find it that way. Their always very nice & the store is organized & clean.

Last three parts I called for your people said you can't even get the part everyone else in town had it so either your parts selection is absolutely terrible or your employees don't know how to look up parts.

I was promised a part at noon it wasn't there I waited an hour and 15 minutes outside in 88 degree weather running my car because my dog was with me still nothing apparently I called them I waited 16 almost 17 minutes on the phone before they answered and they said it wasn't dropped so they're looking into it I'm a little peeved off with the service from Advance Auto Parts I'll see what AutoZone has looks like you're going to lose my business

Brad is amazing!!!! he went out of his way to order the correct part after the earlier crew had ordered the wrong part and we waited all day for it to come in just for it to be wrong part.Thank you Brad for great friendly service and going out of your way to help us!!!

Called for shocks told me 101.20 a shock asked about better deals was told that's what they have . Went on there website found them for 45.00 a pair in there LEESBURG store. Amy had no knowledge of what she was doing I will go next door to auto zone from now on

Never fails with this company, either sells me the wrong parts or can't help when needing warranty of an item bought in another location unless you have the original receipt. Why even ask for our info if you can't cross reference from another location or worse your employees lie and say they can't.

Good location gave them 1 star. Told them the part i needed and they told me they couldnt find it in there system. Another employee came to assist and found it in seconds but told me that i needed a second part. I left went to autozone next door told them the part I was looking for they kindly got it for me. I installed it and everything is working correctly now.

HORRIBLE!!! I went in for a check engine light. They had me waiting over 20 minutes. While taking costumers that came in after me. I will never again go to this location. They did not once apologized for the wait. HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Instead I went to AutoZone next door and was treated with respect and great costumer service.

Customer service was good & they had what I needed in stock. Wouldn't recommend going into the store to browse. None of the other customers wore a mask.

It's an alright store but if you're looking for more stuff to "detail/scheme" your car with stuff, I'd totally check out other places!

Good luck dealing with an auto parts store where nobody knows anything about cars or trucks. No part number? Good luck!!Oh your vehicle isn't completely stock? Never gonna find what you need.
