Super friendly and super helpful. Checked my battery for me and then sold me one and installed it. I think the workers name was Brian he had a tattoo on his arm he was super nice. I definitely recommend going here. The prices were pretty good as well and there was four different batteries that I can choose from that would all fit my car. I hardly had to wait at all like it was almost instant. I definitely give five stars, and will definitely be returning.

Driving through town I remembered the previous week I got caught in a snow storm up in SC and my wipers were trashed. Almost went off the road due to white out conditions. Driving back up the next week there was another snow storm coming that I might run into. To be safe I stopped in to the fimilar Advance Auto Parts store on Bay Street as I was driving through Eustis and I'm glad I did. I didn't get his name but he's in one of the pic's I posted the guy hooked me up with TricoOynx wiper blades and some winterized type of windshield fluid. As I got to the top of SC sure enough it started to snow. This guy gave me excellent customer service. He even came out and installed them for me at no extra cost. I bet he was the manager. If not he should be. Btw I had to use their restroom too. Glad I asked. It was 100% cleaner than any 7-11 type store I've been in. Keep up the good work y'all.

Normally shop Advance exclusively but I didn t feel comfortable around the Vampire working here, so I took my business elsewhere.

This store is awesome because of the employees. So friendly and helpful. Love the free battery check..and free replacement. They always seem so thankful for the gratuity as well.

Excellent location, I just left Autozone behind, now is Advance Auto part from now on, after seeing engine light on at dashboard, I panicked thinking a mayor problem, but Dean ( worker of this location department) made an excellent research and found the problem at a simple fixture, thanks Dean, employees like this can really make a business run properly, thanks again

They just refused to replace bad battery for my wife van, cause they didn't have the right size wrench to take the cover off. AT An AUTO PARTS STORE? that's next level laziness. ide like a call from management.

David who works at this Discount Auto is awesome! He helped me out big time twice this week. I was having issues with my 2008 Chevy Aveo and it wasn t cranking I took it there and he tested the battery said it was bad he told me I needed a new one and how to do it. I went and got the new battery and was still having issues I went back David helped me understand that my battery terminals were loose and that was the issue he came out jump started my car and helped me get it into a spot and came out tightened the cables and terminals for me and then made some recommendations for tools I should always have in my car. He was super helpful and very pleasant. I will continue to shop here and make sure to recommend others do too. He went above and beyond! Thank you again David..

I came into the store looking for windshield whipers for my vehicle. Told the customer service what i needed . he looked it up quick and pointed out which ones was the right one for the vehicle. Also checked to see if it had the same adaptors for the installation. Recommend it

Purchased at Advanced Auto. They sold me an outdated firmware version (2019) code reader (5210 v1) that advertised reading ABS codes. I called Innova and they said it won't read ABS codes and to return it. I tried to return it but Jacob (Mgr) said NO!I don't know what Advance Auto is up to but in my opinion, "buyer be ware"...

The store manager, David, worked with myself and their sister location in Leesburg to ensure I was able to purchase an alternator at a competitive price when the one in my van broke down on the 4th of July. He went further to test my electrical system to ensure the part being replaced was the correct fix for my vehicle. This staff member helped me out at a time when I was in a rough spot with my daily driver and I feel they went above and beyond in their service.

Helpful staff. My only complaint is that the same exact items are twice as expensive here as at Walmart, though here is more likely to have it in stock.

I really like the new guy that has taken over, Charles. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. I never feel like "a bother" when I go in there now, which hasn't always been the case in the past. Thank you!

As a whole not this store in particular, I've used advance auto for years to get my auto parts and they've been good. But recently for me they have become unreliable, selling me the wrong part or id get a part that was used must have been someone elses return. Gave the one last shot not To long ago and they failed me again.. No more, I'll be using someone different from now on.

Michael was very helpful looking up the parts I wanted. I then ordered them online and got a 25% discount. Only hiccup was that when I went to pick the parts up they didn't have all of them and I had to go to another store to get them.

I buy parts from this location regularly (20 yo Suburban will do that). They are always willing to help & are very knowledgeable. David just saved me almost $200 dollars for a new battery when I probably don't need one.

The manager Charles at this store is absolutely terrible. Extremely poor customer service skills and is only carried by the other employees. I witnessed him loudly verbally reprimanded an employee in front of customers in a VERY unprofessional manner.

They usually have the correct parts in stock and know exactly which one is needed for my vehicle. I have had bad experiences at other part stores giving me the wrong parts on more than one occasion. Prices are also reasonable.

I have been buying from Advance Auto Parts for years every time I go to make a purchase I always Google for a coupon and have never gotten the lesson 20% off of my online order and then I pick up in store so it only takes a few minutes to go online and place the order. Then you can pick up and store in about a half an hour

I used the online parts finder to buy my battery and it was incorrect. Staff would not correct it in store, only cancelled the sale. I had to go back home to rebuy, to retain a discount i used. I wasted 3 hours in the process.

The Eustis AAP on Bay Street got my order wrong. Thankfully I checked it before I left the parking lot. I ordered spark plugs online and they got the order wrong. The plugs listed on the receipt we're different than the ones they gave me. Stuff happens
