i usually don t write reviews unless i feel the team needs to be let know they have done a good job - and this team did exactly that!! i can t remember who exactly all worked on my car, but it seemed like almost all the guys in the place which was nice because it made me feel like they had people checking out every aspect of my car. they really were too! they noticed i had a brake light out and needed my air filter replaced. i was able to get both replaced + an oil change and be out within 20 minutes. the staff was super friendly and detail oriented. shoutout to the team working 2/15 around 5:30pm, you guys really know your stuff.

I usually love this place but came in last week and watched them put in just under 4 quarts of oil which was pumped out rite infront of me next to my vehicle with the amount of oil marked in the clear container. Couldn t get the oil to show on the dipstick so after trying to re dip it 6 times, the guy in charge told the newer guy just leave it and they chose to send me on my way. They didn t show me the dipstick like they always do because of course my oil wasn t full. Sad because we were very loyal to this place and since I m a woman they chose to treat me like I was stupid. I payed over 139.00 because I got a cabin air filter and a full synthetic oil change. (Coupon) not to mention they no longer check fluids anymore.

I've used this Valvoline a few times. Generally they don't try to upsell you on anything. When you have to wait in line it's reasonably fast. If one of the guys is having some minor issue, they're not afraid to ask someone else to help which is nice as it gets you out faster. On one occasion the power went out to the whole building except one station (not the one I was at). The workers were able to take my card over there for payment as opposed to waiting 20-30 minutes for their computers to reboot. Great, convenient service overall.

Good staff, However, they have a new method in changing your oil. It is now extracted from the top of your engine, not from your oil pan. Then they change the filter. I didn't see how it could possibly remove all the oil out of this engine. Well, my engine takes 3.7 quarts. If in the event all the oil was completely extracted it should be right on the full line after the service. They showed me the dip stick after the service but I failed to look closer. At any rate I checked the oil this morning and it is way over filled which means they did not get all the old oil out and it looked dirty as well. Now I have to change it myself today. $51.00 for that oil change. Now I will have to spend another $26.00 today. As the old saying goes, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Remember, there is a reason why there is a plug on your oil pan.

The person who checked me out was very helpful and explained things clearly to me. They tried to help me with my license plate light bulb and went out of their way despite not having the part available. I come to this valvoline every time so I know the work is done properly. With a coupon and the peace of mind it's totally worth it!

Excellent service. I've been going to the Valvoline on Colonial until I moved much closer to this location.I decided to give this location a try and they got me in and out quickly. I left my house at 2:03 pm and got back into my driveway at 2:48 pm with an oil change, new windshield wipers, a new cabin filter.Staff was very nice, quick, and efficient. I will be coming back.

Dominic, Maurice and Justin were INCREDIBLE. I had a pin that needed to be entered in order to use my radio and I could not for the life of me figure it out. They found the code in the manual and saved me a trip to the dealer! So professional and friendly. Will always come here!

A little expensive at $80 for an oil change for a synthetic blend, but the service was outstanding 15 minutes I was done they checked and topped off all the fluids and just a great bunch of guys that work there in particular one fella name Eduardo what a great employee he s a real person, and I would go back just for his attitude alone. Thanks, Eduardo.

Very nice experience today for my oil change, I usually loathe going to these places. All employees looked to be very helpful, Eddie and his bay #3 team were extremely nice, respectful, honest. They didn't mind to answer a question I had, they didn't rush me but also got me in and out in, what felt like, minutes. I wont mind driving out of my way to return to this location again next time. Thanks a ton!!!!!!

Went there for an oil change with my 08 Audi. They told me they no longer service my type of vehicle and the guy checking my oil broke my dipstick.. they told me the manager would call me to get it replaced. Never happened. Would give no stars if possible.

Had a great experience there today. They are probably the most efficient shop I've ever been to. As soon as I pulled in they had greeted me and explained my options for the service I requested. The best experience I have EVER had servicing my vehicle!! If I could give these guys 10 Stars I would!! I was greeted so nicely and they were so polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the service they were giving, and were extremely quick in changing my oil and checking my car! They checked my tires, my windshield washer fluid, my battery, my windshield wipers, my lights, and changed the oil in my car while I was sitting in my vehicle... I never even had to get out!!I was able to view the diagnostics that they checked and was given a full emailed receipt describing my service!!Will definitely go there from now on to have my oil changed!! Great job guys!!

Visited this location and this was by far the best experience I ve ever had getting an oil change. First off, a guy came out and greeted each car. How pleasant I was in Bay 1 and they educated me on things I didn t know about my car. The young lady and everyone else were great.

Love this place! Service is great BUT they are having supply issues. Took my Audi in to get oil changed and they said they have been out of the filters for a month. Despite that they still topped off my fluids and added 1 extra quart that I had brought o. my own( some Audi s burn thru oil that you have to add a quart now and then) so hopefully my filter willBe in amd I don t have to go somewhere else. My whole family does for there. Staff is great. Was going to give 4 starts due toThe supply issue, but the staff was SO nice so 5 stars!!

I realize everyone is different in opinions however this was mine on Saturday. I drove in the bay with coupon in hand and shut off my car-not sure what happened but it would not restart. I was going to walk the short 3 miles to get another set of keys and one of the men said "No we will take you home-where do you live?". That was amazing service and I am so grateful to this service station. I have been there twice for an oil change and will continue to only go here. FIVE stars all the way.Service: Oil change

These guys are professional, quick service; in and out in less than 15 minutes. Best time for me has been 6:30PM 1/2 before closing. Always clean and thorough, checking all fluid levels.

Absolutely terrible...very lucky my engine didn't blow up...I went for oil change and I'm driving out of plaza..my oil light comes on and I smell oil..then see smoke.I immediately turned back to Valvoline.I show the guy and his first response is" it's definitely nothing we did"..I'm like..wow..I was just here minutes ago and now I got oil all over the place..total mess..I demand they look at it.They tell me it was a faulty gasket on oil filter.They change it..again..he offered me $12 off next oil change.No thanks..I'm still cleaning up my driveway.The fact that they didn't immediately admit their mistake is why I will Never return...can't deal with that mentality..sorry guys...back to cleaning the driveway...I'm sooo angry...

This place is awesome! Everyone was incredibly nice, knowledgable, efficient, and just so quick. I waited less than 5 minutes and my whole service was less than 15 minutes. Great service for a basic oil change! Quick and efficient, we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Checked all fluid levels and tire pressure, didn't try to upsell, listened to what I needed and did only what I asked. Very polite and friendly staff.
