Good price so worth a little frustration. F250 Diesel. It took an hour and a half after they pulled it into the stall. Sat with the hood up for at 30 minutes with no one working on it. I know the oil part was complete as I saw them fill it. Had oil change and air filter change.

The Quick in their name is laughable ive been sitting here for over 4 hours to get a new set of tires and even came as soon as they opened, never coming back again if this is the wait time absolutely ridiculous and it doesn t help the people in the lobby are incredibly obnoxious

Excellent prices & service. I pass at least 20 other oil change businesses to travel here.Mike Yurczak is knowledgeable and helpful. Jose Ramos and Gracia are great as well.Quick Lane also sells & installs tires, brakes, they change transmission oil, flush radiators, service the differential, etc. Worth the drive!!

Always great work and the service managers are very helpful. They can be busy at times, but great service brings the crowds. No upselling products or services, but they will tell you if you need things done extra and allow you to make the decision with no pressure like the other places around town.

I called Ford in the morning to ask if they were open because it was MLK Day and wasn t sure if they were closed since it was a holiday. The woman stated that they were open and I didn t need an appointment but to get there before 4:30 because they do not service vehicles after that time. She said this was to give the service techs enough time to finish and leave on time. I arrived at 1:30pm to get an oil change and was told that the wait would be about 2 1/2 hours and to come back at 4 because that s when they slow down. Since I live 45 minutes away, I went to a few shops to kill some time and returned to Ford around 3:45. A gentleman came to my vehicle and advised me that they would not be able to service my vehicle today. I explained to him that I was there earlier in the day and was told to come back at 4 and I live 45 minutes away. The gentleman told me to hold on a moment and went and consulted with someone and then returned to tell me to come back in the morning. Today was the only day I had available to get my oil changed and had someone available to watch my son. I came to this location because every time I try to make an appt, they can only schedule me a month out and at Quick Lane it s first come, first serve.I am extremely unhappy and will not be returning as this was a waste of my time and gas money. Very poor customer service!

My husband and I took our car to get the lift gate repaired. They didn't have the part and needed to order it. We were contacted when the part came in and called to confirm that they would be able to do the job if given a day and a half. We dropped off at lunch time on Monday and planned and confirmed that it would be ready by close Tuesday. On Tuesday we received a call that the wrong part had been ordered and they would have the correct part on Wednesday and would get it done as soon as it came in. We juggled our schedules and made it work to be without the car for another day. The car gets ready and everything seemed great. I understand making a mistake and while it was frustrating I believe everyone deserves a second chance.I picked up my husband's car and since I had rearranged my schedule I inquired with several of the workers about them changing the serpentine belt on my car if I could get it to them at lunch time that same day. I told them my make, model, year, and that it was a hybrid. I confirmed that they could and would be able to do it that afternoon if I brought it back. I was told yes that would be no problem. I returned around 1:00 with my car and was told it would take around an hour. I waited an hour and a half and inquired as to how much longer it would be as the waiting room had rotated the population several times and my car was still not even in the bay. The lobby receptionist called back and informed me that the bay had just opened up and my car was getting ready to go in. Twenty or so minutes later a the guy I had given all my info to that morning called me back up and informed me that apparently the belt had been packaged wrong and the one in the package didn't fit. He informed me they could have one in tomorrow. He worked real hard to try to get me back in the next day, but at this point I am clearly seeing a trend. I was informed that it would take 15-20 minutes to get my car back together and down. When I dropped my car off two hours earlier I had told them I wanted a car wash in addition to the belt service. When I finally got to my car it hadn't even been washed. I sat there about 2.5 hours and left with no belt and not even a car wash or an apology. They come across as nice and "helpful" but spare yourself the waste of time. So much time I wasted at this place.

I give 4 stars for speed and price for oil change and rotation on my Ford Ranger. The price is very reasonable and competitive for a dealership service center. Also, Haley is friendly and professional. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the technician's failure to tighten the oil pan plug during my initial visit on 8/13/20, which led to an oil leak on my driveway pavers and inside my garage (garage floor was easy to clean - but my pavers, after using Dawn dish soap to try bringing up the oil, well, I still have oil stains). My two other cars don't leak and they both have a protective plastic barriers under the engine. Anyway, the other reason for not giving 5 stars is the obvious, I had to bring my vehicle back to have the problem corrected. The oil pan plug was tightened and no more leaking oil. I was not compensated for my time, gas, mileage, or this review. If I return in the future, I will update this review or post another. I hope your experience doesn't require a return trip.

I was greeted by staff, they let me know the time frame it would take for the service, the waiting room was pleasent. Checkout was easy, my bill was explained to me and upcoming maintenance based on my mileage was recommended. Always great customer service and I trust my car is well taken care of.

We have been taking our vehicles of several makes and models to this particular location for many years. This past week, I took our vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, an employee (who was later identified as the manager) walked up to my vehicle and asked if we had this particular vehicle serviced there before. I told him we have been customers many years but this was the first visit for this particular SUV. He walked away saying that he would have to get someone else to help me.When the other employee came to my window, I explained the same to him. Previous customers but a new vehicle. He took the name and phone number and I told him what services I was requesting. My car was second in line for service.I went into the waiting room where they had hand sanitizer stations but not one employee was wearing any type of face covering. After waiting for about an hour, I looked out to see that my vehicle was now third in line. I was informed that vehicles were on a first come - first served basis, obviously, not the case.I was getting quite impatient but did not say anything. Finally after over two hours, my keys were brought in. When my name was called I went to the counter and asked what took so long. She said she didn t know but would get the manager. When I questioned him - he said that they had to get an oil filter for my vehicle.NOT one individual had the common courtesy to tell me that they did not have the filter in stock and that my wait might be longer than usual.Needless to say - we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I was traveling through the area and had an issue with the turbocharger hose on my F350. I located The nearest Ford dealer, and it happened to be Coconut Point Ford.Late in the afternoon, I met with Desiree who connected me up with Mike Long. He replaced the hose which had blown off, and sent me on my way... Upon reaching the highway, the hose blew off again, so I returned.Mike replaced the hose, and clamped everything back down. Once again, I was on my way. This time, the new hose held, and I have had no more problems! My sincere appreciation goes to Desiree and Mike! They were professional, and assisted me in having a good outcome. Without them, I would have been stuck for the night.

Seriously what a joke!!!Just another slap in the face by Ford service! Never had these issues at Roger Dean with my Chevy

Everyone here is so nice. Mike always makes sure that my car is serviced right. My car is always clean upon return. I have had a few minor issues with tire pressure and have shown up right before close and they have taken the time with a positive attitude to check it out and correct anything so I'm driving safely. I don't take my service anywhere else!

Oil change and royal car wash in and out in an hour after I walked in no appointment. Like most places of course they try to sell other parts and services but the staff here is impressively friendly and knowledgeable. That being said, the price is 30 for oil change and $80 for full synthetic, wish they would have told me that.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Nick was very helpful getting my car repaired. From the very beginning to the end Nick was informative in what needed to be done. He got my car running in top shape and back to me in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Quick Lane for all you auto service needs!

3 hours for an oil change. Said the lug nuts were stripped so could not rotate tires. Lug nuts were not stripped. Took it to another place and they did it right away, no problem. Plus Quick Lane did not tell me about a potentially dangerous 4 inch gash in a rear tire. Definitely will not go back.

If you need new tires in SWFL, this is your spot. Dylan McDonnell delivered exceptional customer service, walks you through the process of purchasing tires with each tire sets pros and cons, and does not pressure you. Not only am I satisfied with my new tires but I also had my brakes/rotors done. An all around great job. Thanks again Dylan.Service: Tires

Last May (2018) I went to Quicklane on Tamiami Trail in Estero to have the oil changed in my 1999 Honda CRV. I then parked the car under my car port and returned to my home up north for the summer. Upon my return to Florida in December, I started driving my Honda again and noticed that it was dripping oil from somewhere around the oil pan. I continued to drive the car for about 8 weeks and the leak persisted. I finally crawled underneath the car and thoroughly wiped all the oil from the oil pan. I waited 24 hours, then crawled back under the car and found that the oil was leaking from my drain plug.My wife took the car back to Quicklane yesterday (2/4) and told them about the drain plug leak. They inspected the car and claimed that we had oil leaking from the pan gasket, steering rack, AND drain plug. They did not replace the damaged drain plug! Our car never leaked a drop of oil until we had them change our oil, and I know from my own inspection that no oil was dripping down from above when I crawled back under the car after wiping it down. The fact is that they either stripped or cross threaded my oil drain plug when they changed our oil, and they should have done the right thing and replaced our drain plug when my wife took the car back to them. I will now go elsewhere to have the damaged drain plug replaced and will avoid this Quick Lane location in the future.Update 2/13/2019:I took my CRV to another auto repair shop and they verified that the oil drain plug was damaged. They replaced the drain plug and the oil leak has stopped completely. Quicklane could have avoided this bad review by doing the right thing when we took the car back to them, but they chose to deny their error instead. I will never go back there.

Came for oil change and air in my tires. They did the oil change but didn't fill my tires. Mechanic put several greasy hand prints on the side of my truck! (It took an extra 30 mins for them to air up my truck.)
