Couldn't be happier with work on my Gladiator. Paint perfect match work done to perfection.From reception to my assigned sales rep Jonh he was straight up honest & forward about work. Handled car rental at Reception and am finally back in my Jeep..very happy customer.Cleanest body shop I've ever seenMy go to for any body work for years now...love them all would highly recommend this business.

I have never experienced dealing with a claim before, not in a home, or a vehicle. But if I were to encounter this issue again, I would drive up to Gerber Collision and Glass in Estero without hesitation. I didn t have to think of a thing. Everything was robotic and everyone kept me up-to-date along the way,.I did business with Brenna Franco, who was extraordinary! If I had a business of my own, I would sweep her off her feet. Crazy, classy place. I have never seen a collision place as nice as this. Beautiful waiting area. Free coffee. They are a certified repair location for many makes and insurance companies. They have multiple locations. Very professional staff.

Made an appointment through my USSA insurance company. It was a minor mishap regarding a rear bumper collision. Oliver de Tullio is the Gerber Estimator for USAA policy holders. Oliver was great and took the truck in and rub out the transfer paint and most of the scratches on the bumper did this without charge. I would highly recommend this place.

Tim and Aj did an amazing job on painting and matching our fender flares on our Chevy! They look amazing, and they had it done and back in a day. Appreciate the office scheduling so quickly and the turn around with these guys. Great follow through, Thanks!!

Second experience with this facility (hopefully the last) lol. Extremely clean, professional and again for the second time, finished quicker than expected!! Even gave me an interior & exterior detail for my modest lil vehicle!!

20121 Tesla model YThis place is a JokeI was an insurance adjuster several years ago for a widely known insurance company. I have extensive knowledge and background as it relates to property damage claims, body shop protocol as well as casualty handling practices.This is the only body shop who is authorized by Tesla to fix Tesla s. Which by itself is a huge problem.It took forever to move the car through the body shop.-The car to this day is not complete.- Communication from the body shop is nearly non existent.- Over spray all over the car specifically the hood was poorly corrected.- I m still missing a headlight assembly that was on back order they have never called for install it was supposed to be in July. I am currently driving the car with a broken one.I have stopped by the body shop twice.I agreed to take the car with the promise that the new one would be installed upon arrival.The anchor points that secure the headlight assembly to the chassis of the vehicle are snapped off as the result of the collision and therefore temporary zip ties have been installed on the existing headlight assembly until the new one arrives.I do not recommend nor will I ever use this body shop againSean

Cara and the team over at Gerber are nothing short of amazing! I dropped my car off with multiple different damage points with it needing multiple different parts and they were able to have it put back together brand new within 2 weeks. I was always informed on the status of my vehicle and they even finished days before the projected finish date. I recommend them to the fullest for any car repairs you need, you won t be disappointed.

Cara did an excellent job informing me of every detail of the process. Frank also stepped in when Cara was unavailable. Thanks to Cara my vehicle was ready ahead of scheduled and looked awesome. They did an excellent job of repairing the car. I cannot tell at all. I also appreciate them finding damage that the insurance adjustor had missed. Thank you very much for everything. Just picked up my Jeep from being repaired at Gerber in Estero. So impressed with everything from start to finish. They very efficiently processed the estimate for insurance and repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion. They kept in regular communication with me so at no point was I left wondering what was happening with my vehicle. My car now looks and smells brand new! Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

I had my 2017 Escalade repaired at Gerber Collision in Estero. I was originally told the paint was a hard color to match but it came out perfectly. I m very happy with the customer service and repairs on my SUV I received from the general manager and the staff there. I was always kept informed on the progress of my vehicle and it was repaired quickly. Thank you!

Had an appointment for an estimate just for a scratch I wasn't sure could be buffed out, they took it right in the back and took care of it plus some other scratches on my door free of charge! Very nice and friendly people who are down to earth, would recommend to anyone!

From the estimate to the completion of work, I had an excellent experience. Dustin my estimator was professional and thorough in explaining the work necessary. I received daily updates on the progress of repairs. Chip the GM was also excellent. He was easy to work with and very thorough, professional and friendly. The quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Gerber of Estero.

Fantastic! Awesome! Perfect! From Start to finish Gerber has shown they are a cut above the rest. This is the second time I have used Gerber in the last 6 months and throughout both occasions the service, follow up and repairs were superb! I will continue to recommend Gerber Collision to everyone! Shout out to Chip Silcox who ensures their customers are taken care of every step of the way.

Extremely SLOW, poor communication. I would not recommend. Go someplace else. I brought my Lexus SUV here before Christmas. A few days later (after I call for the update) I was told the vehicle was taken apart and all parts were in. They are working on it. Then a week goes by. I received an update a week later with the same information vehicle taken apart. They are working on it. I was told it would be done 1/14. Jan 14 comes, not ready. Now I m told it could be another few weeks . They provide no actual information about delivery date. You get a weekly call if you re lucky and there s never any new information. It is a month now and I still do not have my vehicle or any new information about progress. They are working on it. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. They are too slow here, communication is not great, and there is no sense of urgency. One month later....still waiting. I used the Gerber Collision in Naples in the past and it was a totally different experience. Daily updates and texts and I received my car when promised. Shop around.

5 Star Quality & Service.I had my vehicle repaired at Gerber Collision in Estero following tornado damage, as a former body man myself I was very impressed with the quality of the work and paint finish, which was exceptional.Matt Corbett the Manager was very understanding and helpful through the whole process.I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone else and will always go back there for body repairs in the future

I am beyond disgusted with the customer service at this location, I personally will never bring another car here. I was told a completion date of December 12, then December 14, then again on December 17, and again on December 18, and oh yeah again on December 19. Now I am given a date of December 24. I had to reach out to finally talk to a manager and he offered to give me a rental but due to my age I cannot get a rental. As a company they have not reached out to me once, I have had to call to get all of the information about my car. The manager told me that my car was getting repaired and talking about it will not make it happen faster. As someone from a business family background this is not the way a concerned customer should be talked to about his own personal property. I understand safety is a number 1 priority and my case is taking time but this "game" they are playing with me is ridiculous and they will no longer get my business.

Took my vehicle to this Estero location on the recommendation of my insurance. We are now going on 7 weeks of hell. I was told my the new manager and even corporate "they dropped the ball. This isn't the Gerber Way". I must have been naive for actually believing yet another line of bs from this company since I just came across to 2 reviews posted in 9 mths just like what I am dealing with at this location. I actually thought after hearing from me as a frustrated comsumer, Mr Link from Corporate would do me justice and make this nightmare better. He did sound sincere and apologetic but so far, it continues and I have not heard from Mr Walt Link again. I would love to speak to the 2 others that had to deal with this location. I will update when... or if I ever get my car back!

Very large office, they are admittedly uncompetitive in paint jobs and can only remove dents. They don't remove rust and don't generally paint large amounts of the car. I got a more competitive quite somewhere else but the office was very pretty.

Horrible customer service the guy in charge is never available to talk on the phone. He calls around 4:30pm before the place closes. They take forever to repair. They dont keep you updated unless you yourself text them and ask whats happening with the car. Will not go back to them whenever my car needs repair. Will go someplace else.

Am beyond happy with my experience Kaleef Henderson was so helpful to me they are such a great team , it's very refreshing to have great service after having your car hit , they did everything in such a timely manner definitely recommend this shop and the manager Jim was lovely as well , thanks guys !!!!
