Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle sat complete for 20min while they finalized the transaction and completed paperwork . Wow! A very poor experience for very simple service.

Scheduling for my appointment was nearly 2 weeks out. Set appointment for 0930 on the available date. Requested check out a rattling noise (warranty), a fit and finish issue (warranty) and rotate tires. Dropped truck off the night before. I started calling around 4pm and never could get a service advisor on the phone. Drove to dealership at 540pm and was informed the truck never got looked at.Left it overnight again and at noon it still hasn't been touched. I was offered a free rental but I need a truck to tow with for my business.I've received good service on other vehicles in the past. Hopefully the staffing issues will get ironed out and the quality of service will recover quickly.***Edited to reflect the current UAW strike which I had forgotten about. ***

BEWARE of their service department! I purchased a '15 Tahoe from this dealer & brought it there for service and scheduled maintenance. GM's maintenance schedule states the transmission fluid should be changed at least every 45k miles, however when we had it in for service at 44,152 miles & 62,428 miles they didn't change it or even suggest it. I now need a new transmission at approx. 72k miles. Per the location's new manager David Miles, he said they bought the dealership in 3/2023 as an "asset purchase" & they have no liability from anything before that date, even though the dealership name has stayed the same. As a concession, they reduced the cost from $7,800 to $6,000 which is the same cost I could get it done at a transmission shop, but it's still a $6,000 expense because they failed to do their job correctly.

I was torn with what star review to leave. I have used this dealership for my previous Chevy with no issues, but I lost it in the hurricane. This was my first time in for my new Chevy Equinox for an oil change and recall for a part. I was told it was ready and I called twice to ask if they had done the recall portion as well, but no answer and voicemail full. So I drive to the service center and they are busy, I get it. But I stand there for like 20 mins without even being acknowledged. The woman at the desk (who apparently is my advisor) didn t look up and acknowledge me once, just scrolled on her cell while on the phone with someone else. There were two other men working inside who also did not even give me a Hello, we will be with you soon. I stepped outside hoping to find someone, with no luck. Stepped inside again and still met with no acknowledgment, not even eye contact or a smile. So I stepped outside a second time and I am met with a smile from Cardinal (I believe that s what I was told his name is). I told him what was going on and he was so apologetic and dropped everything to help me. He listened and even parked my car away from the chaos per my request. Because of him only, I will return as a customer. So he gets the 5 stars and hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service.Service: Oil change

The communication is not good unless the service advisor and the customer. My car has been in the shop there for 5 days and I've had to call several times daily for an update. I feel like they should be keeping in touch and letting you know what's going on. I've bought two vehicles there in the last 3 years and I've always been pleased with everything but this experience has not been good.

I had an issue with the storage of the removable top for my C7 Corvette. Ben had me back and going in a matter of minutes. Great service Ben

We weren't planning on buying but the price I was able to get on an upgraded model compared to competitors. Please ask for Richard S. He made the process easy no BS process. He found me the car in a limited availability scenario. Nothing to say but good things. Thank you Richard for playing it straight and getting me that car.

When was the last time you actually had a great time buying a car? Peter Perez and Chris Campion from Ester Bay Chevrolet are amazing. We purchased a 2019 Corvette and what an amazing experience. The time, care, attention to detail was a pleasant surprise and they couldn t do enough for us. It was well worth the 2 1/2 drive and we will make the drive to service our car. Do yourself a favor and call them for the car of your dreams- you will be so happy you did!!! Thank you again Pete, Chris, and your entire team.

After being through several local Chevy dealerships I am happy to have finally found the best. Estero Bay was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and just an overall pleasant experience. I ll happily use them again and send more business their way.

Not clean, furniture worn out, apparently no PA system, my car had been done for an hour and I was in waiting room, pricing also 20% high on parts compared with Fort Meyers. And Naples Buick dealer. Finally figured they could have reconstructed the car so went looking. Job appears to have been done correctly.

We had our work truck for service at EsteroBay Chevrolet, they took for ever to fixed so we pick it up on 06/23/2022 and when my partner was coming back to his house the truck broke again same issue ( brakes) , but this time that issue caused more repairs at this date we haven t have the truck fixed they are giving us explanations ( excuses) that for this reason or for another reason the truck still unfixed. I m very frustrated with them nobody cares about our truck we made a big mistake buying a Chevy work truck at this point I don t know what I m supposed to do because i don t want to still paying for a truck that is always in the service department.Service: Brakes

I had my 2017 camaro in for a warranty repair on the convertible top. I brought it in, they "fixed" it. But unfortunately it wasnt fixed. Either due to the service techs being rushed and overbooked, or a defective part replacement? . I dont know which?. I brought it back Again only to be told they would have to keep my car at least until Monday. I was not a happy camper, to say the least, as each trip down to Estero is almost an hour drive each way. I understand that things Do Happen. They gave me a very nice loaner to use while my car was being repaired. When it was repaired correctly, they offered to come up to deliver it to me. Jose in the service dept was on top of the situation And i have my car back in great condition. I must say that even when there is a Hitch in the Giddy up. This dealership has shown Me that they Truly Do Care! I've had plenty of Not So Nice Experiences in the past with other dealerships, believe Me! I will continue to do All My business Here. Thank You. It was a rough ride, so to speak, But you made it right. And I know you will continue to do so. I normally Give 5 Stars, This time Will cost you one Star however. Even though you did me right, i do believe that this could've been avoided had your techs not been so over booked. Slow down just a bit, you can not be everything to everyone All the time. We Will wait for great service if you ask us to! Thanks Again.

Waited 45 days to get an appointment. No loaner cars. Can t even begin to show my frustration. Service guy was about as apathetic as they come.

This isn't a promotion or solicitation for another Chevrolet. Simply stating that the service here is great however a bit overpriced. Call another Chevrolet for the exact same job and you'll see the disparity in prices. I drive a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and I was quoted $110 for an oil change in this location and I couldn't drive any faster to the Victory Layne Chevrolet location to do the the same oil change for $65. Don't believe me? Go ahead and make the call.

We had a check engine light on our Chevrolet Equinox, so we called up for an appointment. They asked us some questions to determine if it was an emergency and once it was decided it was not we had an appointment a couple days later. Drop off was easy. An hour later they called to say they had diagnosed the problem, a bad cam sensor, and would have it fixed in an hour. 45 minutes later they called and said it was fixed. I can't complain and they took our word we had been getting the maintenance handled. We were happy with the service department.

The service was very good. They had to order a part. When the part came in, they called and scheduled it to be installed. I'm going in today. I'll let you know the final outcome.

I recently bought a Silverado at Estero Bay. I was recommended by a friend to speak with Rick Sluder. Rick was great to work with, looked through their inventory to make sure I found one with the features that I want, and then took the time to explain all of the features in the Silverado. I worked out a great deal for the truck and traded in my Charger Hellcat. There was a problem with the tire pressure monitor not reading correctly but I brought it back on Saturday and Rick met me in service. I worked with Ben who fixed it right away. I would recommend him too since he knew exactly what the problem was right away. Rick then took me back to parts and introduced me to Evelyn who explained the different tonneau covers. I settled on one and she placed the order. All in all, I would recommend Estero Bay Chevrolet and Rick Sluder as they take the time to make sure you are happy and get the vehicle with the features that you want.

Very happy with service department had my vehicle at several other places we're on able to repair it correctly one visit and Estero Bay Chevrolet the technician fix my car is working better than ever that's the only place my Silverado is going for repairs now.
