There was a clerical error with my order, which was handled immediately. Alan was very apologetic, and it was fixed immediately. However, when I picked up my part, I asked for an opportunity to speak with a service tech (there were a few standing around talking) about scanning my car with a Tech2 (or similar) . Instead, a manager came out with a little OBD2 scanner (after I informed them it wouldn't work for a bcm code). scanned it and told me my vehicle was too modified for their system to work. I just left. It wasn't worth the hassle.

Just bought a new Silverado here couple weeks ago. Sale went very smooth with Rick Sluder at the wheel. Great experience and will be back. My last purchase at Roger Dean Chevrolet was a nightmare.
