I had my CR-V serviced at the Coconut Point Honda Service and Parts Center on Friday, November 17, 2023. It has been a very pleasant and refreshing experience: all employees were very friendly and helpful, especially, Annaliese and our technician Jeff.

One of the few automotive dealers with integrity. Bought a brand new vehicle from them and ended up having mechanical issues where lemon law came in. The team at Coconut Point Honda really turned a very negative experience with the vehicle into a positive solution with customer service. The new management team and the General Manager, Sean made sure we left the dealership satisfied. Mike Soles, an excellent sales manager really stood behind the vehicle they sold and dealt with the issue at the dealership level rather than pushing it over to the manufacturer. Dee also did a great job at preparing the paperwork into a painless and quick experience. I would recommend Coconut Point Honda!

Went in for replacement key fob battery. Great customer service, attendant replaced battery and took the time to explain procedure. In and out... Easy enough, but honestly, had no idea!

Robby from the parts department was amazing. If you have any questions about Hondas new or old ask for him. 6stars from me but it only goes to 5.go see that boy or call him for anything!

I talked to one of the employees about a car and he said that the car is still available. After a long conversation about the price and after he wasted quiet a bit of my time, he told me that the is car had been sold! Worst customer service! employees don t have enough information.

Mark your tires first if you get tire rotation. They charge and do not rotate.
