I got jammed up with a random, kid-induced seatbelt issue and needed a quick fix. Everyone was awesome from the first phone call to the final fix. Raquel and Patrick found us a same-day time to come in and then Matt from the Service shop quickly performed the work. Saved me a lot of headache and they made the process very easy. Highly recommend.

Have bought multiple cars from Coconut Ford. Decided to have windshield wiper issue looked at by dealership s service dept. Have called twice; first time I was told by Patrick that he d call me back (no return call). I call a few days later and Sky tells me phones have been down and she can t help any further. I go to the online chat feature to make an appointment and was told I d hear from someone (never did). I have also sent an email. They find every excuse not to help you. We re pretty disappointed and reconsidering our plans for future Fords at this site.

The sales team were helpful, going over and above what we expected. Found the right truck my hubby had been looking for. Very happy with this purchase. Would highly recommend this dealership.

We own Ford F150 and I never experienced this bad customer service ever . They never pick up the phone , they are mean and rude, and lazy people . Go to the different service location , if u don t want to get treated like a s ! Absolutely not recommend this business for anyone !

We purchased two F350 heavy duty trucks with extended warranties at this dealership. Yet, they don't honor if something goes wrong. After fuel line filter exchange in the Service department at Coconut Point Ford - that filter was leaking and ultimately the fuel line came completely off. That truck broke down in Tampa and was towed and serviced by Gator Ford in Tampa. Their technician stated Warranty does not take care because the last person working on the fuel filter did not install it correctly . So, we had to pay over $600 for fixing the problem and next we presented the Invoice to Coconut Point Ford. Their answer as full copy: I talked to the service dept at gator ford, they are not claiming coconut at fault. They are just saying the fuel line came loose.if that line was left loose from us you would not have made it 3,000 miles/2mnth down the road all the way to tampa, the line is pressurized and would have come off the moment we started the truck.If the filter was defective, gator ford would have replaced the filter under service part warranty. The only logical conclusion is some external force could have caused the line to come loose. . This could be anything for debri in the road or rodents. we will never know. Sorry for your inconvenience. Conclusion: Would we buy more trucks at Coconut Point Ford for our business fleet? Sorry, No.Service: Auto maintenance

The service was fine and they actually got my car finished before the time promised. Now, with the said you might ask why did I give them only 4 stars, the reason is their waiting area, the chairs there look and feel like they've been there since it opened. You sit in the chair and you sink so far down out hard to get up. Now if there'd like 5 stars, it's simple get some new chairs!
