Jeff F. was extremely helpful to me and my friend! We had a car issue driving home and he went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of in the safest way possible. He showed great kindness to us and we appreciate him so much!!! He deserves the world!!! Best Auto zone I have ever been to!!!

This review is very basic, but I wanted to compliment the professionalism and quick service provided when I stopped into the store for windshield wipers.Michael took the time to explain the different types of wiper blades and made sure to check the exact part for my vehicle. There were other customers and it appeared to me that he addressed each of us in order and was efficient and friendly. After making sure all other customers were set, he did go outside and put new wiper blades on.

My friend and I were stranded on our way home and Jeff from auto zone saved us! I couldn t be more grateful! He was so polite and helped us out, we would be clueless without him. God bless Jeff!

My recent visit to AutoZone turned into a spectacle of disrespect and disregard for basic customer courtesy, all thanks to the abysmal behavior of Michael S., the so-called parts assistant sales manager.As I patiently waited my turn in line, Michael seemed more interested in playing favorites with customers who hadn't even bothered to enter the store yet. It was baffling to witness him in the parking lot, entertaining customers like a used car salesman, while those of us who had dutifully queued up inside were left to stew in frustration.This flagrant display of favoritism and disregard for basic queue etiquette left me seething with anger and disbelief. It's bad enough to encounter incompetence and apathy in customer service, but to witness such blatant disrespect for those who patiently abide by the rules is beyond reprehensible. Michael S.'s actions, or lack thereof, speak volumes about his complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. And the fact that this behavior seems to be condoned by the likes of General Manager Abimael Vega only serves to underscore the toxic culture that permeates this AutoZone location.If you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen and having your time wasted by incompetent staff, then by all means, pay a visit to the AutoZone at 10250 Acros Ave in Estero. But if you have an ounce of self-respect and value your sanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this den of incompetence and favoritism.Update 13-Feb-2024: Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, because of the way we were treated, my wife and I will never set foot in an AutoZone again. Despite patiently waiting in line, the "manager" chose to prioritize customers who arrived later from the parking lot and ultimately refused us service. This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. It raises serious questions about the competency of individuals in supervisor positions at AutoZone and the standard of service AutoZone expects from their staff.

Mike was awesome. Very informative and went extra mile with battery cables and cleaning up connection. Very impressed with his knowledge on options and he didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Great experience.

Auto Zone to the rescue on a Sunday evening at 5 PM! Battery was dead at the campus parking lot. Was able to jump but needed a new battery. The guys were extremely helpful over the phone and luckily had the battery we needed. Mike was fantastic, he changed the battery and tested the car and was out of there in no time. Highly recommend!

Mike was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me in the store! I came in for new headlights and he was so patient and helped me get the correct lights for my car. He also checked on us and made sure we installed them the right way.

Wanted to leave 10 stars if possible to David that went above and beyond to help me with my last minute purchase during the hurricane Idalia.I was in Estero and needed to drive back to Tampa this Tuesday 8/29. It was windy, stormy and raining so hard...but David knowing that I would be driving to Tampa that evening didn't hesitate in coming out in the rain to swap the Windshield wipers for me. He got soaked...I felt really bad, but so grateful for his gesture. He saved my life and my daughters. We drove back to Tampa with no problems. No way I would've been able to drive in the storm with the wipers the way it was. So thank you so much David! I hope this company appreciates you and your services everyday, like your we do. This place had great service! I was helped right away, and Mike (who checked my headlight purchase out) was so kind to actually change the bulbs out so that my car was ready to go leaving Autozone! I appreciated the quick, enthusiastic, and efficient service out of the Autozone employees! Especially Mike! Definitely recommend.

Jeff Fahey was incredible! He told me what was wrong from their code machine, sold me the parts I needed, and cautioned me on how to keep the spark plug wires and coil in the correct locations. Only took me about 20 minutes to fix my daughter s SUV. Amazing as we live in Plant City, FL but my Daughter is at FGCU where I did the repairs. He even checked on me as he was leaving work as I was doing the repair in the Autozone parking lot! That s INCREDIBLE Service!!!!! I now know exactly where to go to get parts for my daughter s SUV in the future! Thank you Jeff for saving the day for me and my Daughter! My car battery died today and I went to autozone for a new battery. Drew was very kind behind the counter. Helped us out a lot. We then went back with the car after it was charged and immediately drew and Mike came out to help us. Mike then replaced the battery in about 20 minutes and was kind the whole way through. He did not accept the tip. Very nice man especially on a Sunday at 5 pm. Highly recommend if you need any help with your car and i am definitely going to be back if I need anything.

Mike is a very knowledgeable and personable parts manager. I needed a light bulb headlight replacement for a 2007 Lexus. He not only located the correct part but he voluntarily installed it for me in the parking lot. A great experience for me and I gladly recommend Mike and the Estero store for any of your auto parts questions and needs.

I went to AutoZone today to purchase coolant and new windshield wipers. Mike and Yesenia were very kind with helping me find what I need! Mike also helped me with installing my new wipers! Overall it was a very quick, painless, and helpful experience! Definitely coming back to this location for future needs!

Dead battery on a Friday night. Called Estero AutoZone to confirm they had replacement battery. Jump started vehicle and headed to AutoZone where I met Mike.Mike was aware I was coming. He double checked year, make, model, engine size. Then visual confirmation of size and placement of existing battery. During payment he updated my new phone number in system so warranty would be tried to my profile.Mike could not have been more courteous or client focused as he quickly changed out the battery and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes.Thank you again Mike.

We had a battery that did not work and after getting it started we went to Auto Zone to get a new battery. They were so helpful. Mike came out to our car with the battery and installed it while answering questions. We had no wait and were on our way in a short time. Thank you

I too was curious how an Auto Parts store could have a perfect 5 star rating suffice to say these guys are excellent. Stopped in and Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
