This was my first time using this shop, and will continue to go back when my vehicle needs services in the future. Dropped my car off to have it checked regarding some concerns I had, and they were quick to sort out the issue, contact me for permission to carry out the repairs and then let me know when my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had the pleasure of dealing with Diane at the front desk, and though I didn t meet the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, I m very pleased with the work they performed. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of a mechanic.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I called Xpertech and spoke with Jamie. Received an appointment after a quick explanation of my car issues. Dropping my car off, Diane shuttled me home. Shortly I received a text with a detailed review of my car overall, the good, the caution and the need to be completed now in red. After review, I called and asked the red be completed, the cost and how long they would have my car. Shortly, I received a detailed invoice parts, labor on each issues, final costs.It was dropped off at 8:30a and the shuttle picked me up at 3:30. My car completed and I could use my AAA discount. No one wants car repairs and the cost, but when you can trust it done properly it is paramount! Thank you all at Xpertech for excellent service all around.

Xpertech Auto Repair was amazing. Kathleen and her woman associates Diane and Jean were the nicest and most accommodating people I ve ever dealt with at an auto repair shop. Great communication and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Xpertech for all of your auto and truck repairs.

I love going to Xpertech, everybody is friendly and always fair on their prices. I love the detailed evaluation of my car, what is good and what will need to be taken care of in the future so I can plan financially.

I recently had a mixed experience with Xpertech concerning our Chrysler minivan. The ease of scheduling and dropping off our vehicle was commendable, starting our interaction on a positive note. However, the service faltered significantly during the diagnostic phase.Upon reading the diagnostic code, it became apparent that the technician either was unwilling or decided against investigating the root cause of the issue. This refusal to delve deeper into the problem or attempt a solution was not only disappointing but also inconvenient. We were informed that they would not work on resolving the issue, forcing us to retrieve our vehicle and seek assistance elsewhere. This was particularly problematic, as I am out of town and the minivan serves as our only vehicle.Before bringing our van to Xpertech, I had bought a $69 code reader and successfully identified the code on my own, even managing to find potential fixes through online research. Contrastingly, the next service provider we turned to was able to comprehend the diagnostic codes fully, address the problem, and ultimately resolve it.This experience has underscored the importance of not just initial customer service, but also the willingness to thoroughly investigate and resolve issues. While the beginning of our interaction with Xpertech was smooth, their refusal to pursue a deeper diagnosis was a notable disappointment.

Reply to owner: No. I had one car and one car only seen by you. There was not and will not ever be another. Please, just own your shop s mistake.I was looking for a place I could trust & I ll try to be succinct in my review. Oil change in December. It s March & I m finally answering the review they asked me to leave. I was told I needed a new battery. I m sure most people just say hey great put a battery in , without even thinking about it especially women who are trusting women. But I had just bought my Interstate battery in the beginning of 23. When I realized that I called to tell them, & I was told it was probably faulty. (It s not, btw.) I ended up calling the battery company in Sarasota & had a lengthy conversation with the main guy who actually knew the woman telling me I get a battery & he was very surprised that my interstate battery would need replacing he had never had this particular battery returned. He did explain to me how a mechanic might get a false reading, however. Again, I m sure most people don t think twice they pay for the new battery & labor. I m not most people & I wish they had apologized instead of insisting my battery had issues. They made a mistake & had they owned it, I d have felt I could return. I can t feel good about them & I won t return.As a side note, I was also told they only had a 3 mile radius for the courtesy shuttle so I had to take time off of work (on Manasota) to get this oil change done. Since then, I ve seen their shuttle 4 times in my client s neighborhood.Just double check their recommendations. That s all I m saying.

I was able make an appointment rather quickly. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful through out the repairs. I was provided with updates via phone to allow for extra work to be performed along with pictures to show the issues at hand. The technicians were able to solve my vehicle issues and make repairs promptly.

Xpert Tech is our go to auto repair facility. They display genuine caring for their customers but more importantly always fix our cars properly and check with us a few days after to ensure everything is running smoothly! We are happy customers.

This was my first visit to Xpertech and I needed tires for our Suburu so that my wife could drive 4 hous to visit her cousin. Diane was able to fit us in within a couple of days.There tire prices are fair and competitive. I was very happy with the total experience and plan to make Xpertech my goto auto service provider.

You will not find any place, anywhere, that treats their customers with such genuine hospitality and service. I am a new customer and I was absolutely impressed not only with the people I met but the prices were very reasonable. They even have a shuttle that brings you home while they are servicing your vehicle and then comes back and picks you up! Have you ever heard of this!Thanks, Xpertech, for making my experience with dealing with maintenance on my car. Since my husband passed I m left with unknown things I must handle.

Went to Xpertech last week for what I thought was a problem with my brakes. They checked it out and there was no problem and no charge. Living on a pension this was music to my ears! They are a great company and made a customer for life I wish I could give them ten stars. John

Xpertech Auto Repair is a righteous Auto shop. The work they did on my 2005 Toyota has given me a sense of wellbeing and trust in my car repair. My car drives like new. They did quality work!My experience with other Auto repair shops in the area had left me anxious and disappointed.Now the thought of any car repair I may need, will be a reminder of the smiles and kind service.Thank you

Xpertech did a great job getting my car in for repair with a quick turnaround. They were very transparent with my options with no pressure sales. Provided options for some future repairs which I appreciated. My cat and I must say that EVERYONE at Xpertec treats you like a welcomed friend whether they already know you by name or are looking at your face for the first time. I had some Christmas car trouble but it hardly felt like trouble with the kindness coming from this place. They took care of my aging car and had to give me a difficult prognosis. And went above and beyond overtime to figure it out. I would and will recommend them for anyone needing a mechanic or tires.

I m new to Florida and I asked for advice on the Facebook page of our trailer home park. XPertech was the one suggested by many so I decided to finally fix my front brakes. I was used to different kind of mechanics in CT greasy, smoky-cursing-loud-rough guys. I was pleasantly surprised to see nice smiling pink ladies welcoming me. The inspection of my old van was even too thorough all well documented with pictures and unfortunately revealed more problems than I expected. Also the price was double than I expected but I m a computer guy and I m not familiar with mechanical stuff lol.

This business is absolutely on point with customer service from walking through the front door to finished repair. Amazing amazing service!And they take pictures of the area that needs repair so that you can see what needs to be done.Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

Xpertech really do deserve the full five stars. They have been servicing our cars for quite a number of years. They are most reliable, very good at what they do, but most importantly they have responded appropriately when I most needed them - they really do go the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend Xpertech.

Hello, I NEVER right reviews but felt I needed to so I can maybe help one person from getting ripped off. I went in to get my right front wheel bearing removed and replaced. The total bill was 948.59 after a AAA discount. They charged me 619.29 for labor that took an hour at the most and 304.18 for the replacement. Total rip off. It took them over a month for me to speak with the owner and she hung up one me. I recently replace my driver side Wheel bearing and took my neighbor and I about an hour. Long story short they keep your vehicle in longer then needed to try and find other things wrong with it so they can rip you off again. I hope this helps someone when they are making a choice to fix there vehicle. My mechanic off of San Casa has always been fair and treated me with respect.

Best place to get your vehicle serviced. Always very professional, friendly & honest. Always bend over backwards to help. I love the girls, almost like family. I m sure the service guys are great too but never see them. Always busy working. Lol. Thanks for all you do!!!!

In all my years of dealing with mechanics have I ever had a more positive experience from beginning to end than with Xpertech.The communication, courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, cleanliness of the shop, timeliness of the service all through the price of the work was totally superior than I've ever been afforded with.My highest recommendation for Xpertech to anyone with any mechanical problems.

The night before I was going to leave Florida and drive home to Pennsylvania by vehicle wouldn't start. I had my truck towed to Xpertech Auto Repair as people who live in the area said that they were a honest and fair garage and were great to deal with. The next morning I went to to Xpertech Auto Repair and spoke to a mechanic. I told him of the issue with my truck and that I was to leave to go home that morning. The mechanic said that he would look at my vehicle right away. The garage called me a short time later and stated they were able to fix the problem and so I would be able to leave for home. Xpertech Auto Repair has a friendly staff that take great care of their customers. It was great experience using their garage. I would recommend their garage to everyone in the Englewood area and anyone from out of town that having any vehicle issues.Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

Xpertech and the staff there are great. Jeanie was quick to get me an appointment. She was cheery and pleasant, operating the front reception area efficiently. The work was completed fast. It s always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Xpertech. I trust their advice and work.
