After waiting in their auto line for an hour for a simple tire plug, the outside guy quoted a price of $18. The inside guy says it should have been $28 and wanted to argue about it. All the while, yet another guy in the shop says the tire couldn t be plugged because it was too close to the edge, and of course wanted to sell me a new tire, just like they did last year when I fell for it and had to buy a new tire! I took the car elsewhere and had the tire plugged for less than their initial $18 quote. What a bunch of idiots! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I got a flat tire. I ordered 1 online. Its cheaper. When you go into Walmart to buy a tire, they never have the one you want. They sell you a more expensive one. I got a message that tire was delivered. I tried all afternoon to reach tire center. I had to drive there to make an appointment. They said tire wasn't there. I left. Called later that night. Man said tire is here and was been all day. I went for my appointment next day and they were so backed up that they didn't get to me until 30 minutes passed my appointment. I don't blame the employees but I do Walmart. This muti million dollar company needs to put more workers in that department! It isn't like they don't make any money! Shame on Walmart. Money hungry!!!!

Terrible service. Online service purchased, showed proof of purchase, employee attempted to charge me again, he was uncooperative, threatened me and would not even try to verify if purchase was made online. I immediately asked for manager, there was arguing, words were exchanged, the environment quickly became very hostile, multiple people tried to get involved, it was so bad I don t know if someone called the police. The manager arrived, he never apologized nor did he want to hear anything. After determining I did pay online I was free to go and my keys were returned to me so I could leave. It was the worst experience & service I ever experienced in any business I ever went in. The manager failed at customer service because he never investigated details thoroughly or held employee accountable for his actions, instead he sided with employee and made event result in negative experience. This was very poor customer service from auto cashier and store manager. It appears the automotive cashier had difficulty confirming order and payment online and chose to argue & threaten me instead of looking into details or checking with someone to do the right thing

I have had my oil changed a couple of times and recently had my tires replaced as well. Ordered tires on the Walmart app, everything worked out perfectly. The shop has done a great job and in a timely manner. The manager Matt has been on the ball and seems to run a good show.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Ordered a tire online. It took them an hour to find it after arguing with me about my purchase. Couldn t install that day so I brought it back the next day, told that their tire machine didn t work. Told me they didn t schedule appointments so Id have to come back first thing in the morning. Come back and they tell me they cant so it until one because I didn t book an appointment. I would ve went elsewhere. But every place was booked. Lady at service desk gets off on being rude, condescending and argumentative. They are under staffed and the staff they have are incompetent.Service: Tires

Said tire leak was not pluggable- it was. Said there were two nails- there was one.

Very helpful. I like the text system they have to update you in the status of your service. The staff is pleasant and helpful and make good suggestions when needed. We will return here for future oil changes and tire needs.

This morning I was at Walmart Auto Center at 7:00. Chris came out right away.He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly.I had to have a tire replaced. It took only 1/2 he. and very reasonable priced.I have always had my oil changed there and also purchased a battery there.I highly recommend their service.Thank you , Sandra Meeker

They changed oil and filter as requested but when it came to my tires they didn't do anything stating that since they were over 10 years and "had some dry rot " they couldn't work on them. They were perfectly fine with selling me 4 new tires. Biggest line of horsehocky I've ever heard. I will never take any of my vehicles there ever again. I do not recommend them.

Bought a set of tires for $70 a tire on 11/3 4x$70Walmart has a 7 day policy where if the price changes they will refund you the difference on items (have used it in the past at other stores with zero fuss)11/5 they went on sale for $50 a tire 4x $50Go in 11/5 talk to store associate asking about the price match.Associate says he doesn't think they have anything like that.. but will get a manager to double check.Gets manager.Manager tells me that she's never heard of anything like that before but can get the store manager involved.The next manager asks me what's going on so I explained the situation and his response was that it was not a lot of money and he didn't care.I got the refund but it took 3 employees and all 3 employees where rude about the situation as they made it to be that I was greatly inconveniencing them. I also don't understand how a manager can tell a customer $85 isn't a lot of money when there employee standing right next of them takes a majority of a day to earn that amount...Service: Tires

If anyone gets a flat tire. Really really go to Walmart it's amazing what and how they do it. You might pay $5 or $8 more but wow is it worth it

We were 70 miles from home with a screw in our tire. Both #TiresPlus and #TireKingdom told us they were too busy to help. We went to Wal-Mart who was also busy and squeezed us in. Great service! Very professional and friendly.thank you Wal-Mart Auto Center.

Bought 2 tires.. One had a slow leak.. Took it back to see why.. There was a razor blade inside the tire..said that it had run over.. Figure that.. Not ! But sold us another tire ! Thankyou !

Store is supose to stay open until 7:00 i called and got time it closed, i came at 5:30 and pulled in and a car was in front of me, he took her and then proceded go tell me they were not takings anymore cars and that was at 5:30 do bad bad business i won't go back( not that they care) Walmart does what they want Auto service stinks!!!!

Horrible customer service, not enough people working. I was one of the first people here in the morning and they told me it was a two-hour wait for two tires to be installed

Too many things with automotives that they will not do. They wouldn't even look at the fluids in my car to tell me if they were low. I went to a real mechanic and they looked at them and replenished them for free.

I Had a problem with my tire that I purchased there, Had the protection plan on it and they said the tire was not available any more and said they wouldn't even plug the tire, I Will NEVER BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN EVER !!!! Walmart SUCKS !!!!!
