An older, long time customer of ours that was serviced at your McCall Road location in Englewood, Florida came in to our Tire/Mechanic business in Goshen, Indiana today. She was complaining of a banging noise underneath her Ford Escape. She'd just driven home from Florida and visited your location in February. Our mechanics noticed immediately that your techs hadn't replaced all bolts in her underbelly cover after an oil change. She had unnecessary worry for many miles and has now incurred some additional labor expense over an avoidable issue. Your techs should be trained better.

The crew is on top of their game!! Last wk I went. Had no problems since. Misel or Misil (however you spell his name) was knowledgeable. Answered all questions and was so nice. Crew fast. This shop knows how to do things. Quickest Valvoline for sure

Excellent experience in Englewood Florida today. Lost my sticker but had a low tire. Stopped by and asked for an oil change, said it wasn t quite time but checked the oil and said it s fine. Topped off the fluids and filled the tires no charge. This is why I go there for my oil changes. Thank You

Ricky was extremely rude and unprofessional. Threatening at best.. he wouldn t let me inspect my own vehicle after purchasing an oil change. He told me not to get out of my car and stared at me threatening. Ricky is a menace and needs to be reprimanded.

Here from Maine and need an oil change before returning. Stopped by a couple days ago and sat for over 30 minutes and no cars had been processed. 5 ahead of me so I left. Went again today and was there at the advertised opening time of 7:30. I was first in line! I sat waiting for the doors to open until 7:40 and then left. I won t be back.

They are always good but this last time i asked them to change my wiper blades because the had a 1yr warranty and they never did. He said he had to talk to the manger and he didn't and the one guy got upset when i told him he didn't meed to check my tires sir because i just had them checked right before i got there i guess he took as i was being rude i was trying to save him time

They have very professional and courteous workers. When we ran into a small problem, they stood behind their work, and took care of everything. The manager Ryan and Ricky went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. I'll plan to go back for my next oil change and tire rotation.

Had to wait a few minutes, but technicians we're very attentive & gave us updates often. Once we were in the bay, things went very quickly & they addressed all the issues with our car letting us know about discounts we could use then or in the future for other services we may want to have done.

The Employees were very nice. I was hoping this would be a good place to have our vehicles serviced. The Price was $69 for oil that they said was only good for 4000 miles! This price was for a 4 cylinder engine even the dealer is more affordable. I have never got an oil change that was only supposed to last 4000 miles!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pretty disappointed this last time. Not only did a $75 oil change get bumped up to over $100. Whom ever it was that put my oil filter on, put it on way too tight and has now caused a bigger problem than necessary.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Updated Jan 2022.Ricky,Daniel and Zach were super friendly and helpful,and cheerful despite having been quite busy for a Sunday. Only one lane was open,but I was happy to wait,as of course it was my day off. Others? Not so much! Each rep asked me how I was when I pulled up and made sure my oil change was taken care of. Even replaced the oil plug for me,as I guess this one was slightly damaged. I have used this location for every car I ve had and will go here as long as I live in Florida.

*Staff was friendly and didn't try to sell a bunch of things.*Two car bay (two being worked on) with two cars in front of us. Waited in line for about an hour. Perhaps there was extra stuff being done on those other vehicles...*Total for just an oil change was $109 (2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid)

Has Valvoline Instant Oil changed what the techs perform when changing oil for full service? My air filter is due to be changed (not looked at just N/A on bill) my wipers are old and need replacement, they didn t do a light check which I do have a turn signal out. I ve gone to Valvoline places for many years but this location in Englewood FL will never see me again and now that I think of it I may look for a new place to go altogether. What a shame

Both bays were full but Justin greeted me as I pulled up & let me know my wait time was about 10 minutes. It was less than that & Justin helped me decide what product was best for my older vehicle. The crew were fast, efficient, & friendly. Justin & his team make this location one of the best. See ya in 3,000 miles.

Came in today with my husband to get an oil change for his Jeep. Exceptional service, extremely quick. Justin was our representative who called over the manager Carl to assist us further. They were both wonderful. Highly reccomend. We will only choose this location from here on out. Thanks for a great job, guys!!

5/2016 - Another Great experience again this weekend. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Oil change and a tire rotation!2 /2016 Awesome team, always provides quick friendly service! Actually the under body technician fixed a loose engine splash shield during the oil change without even mentioning it.. saved me a trip to the dealer. Highly recommend this shop!

Normally I'd give 5 stars but, I've visited same location every 3-4 months for years now and yesterday's visit was not so great! I felt rushed to leave and had to ask to check my tires for air. I get that it was Florida cold but come on, don't wear shorts then!

Always been a Jiffy Lube guy. Decided to specifically check out Englewood location. Called to make sure they accept Groupon. Waited for an hour in line. Was told they don't accept Groupon and to have a nice day. I told the mechanics I called, no one cared and no one did anything to make it right either. I then went to Venice location and I'd come back to Venice even with out Groupon. Service is sooo much better then at Englewood.
