I can t stress enough how much I love the team at My Mechanic! I own a hauling and junk removal company and when my truck went out they were my first call. Anthony, who towed my truck, was communicative and very friendly. Mike keep me updated and I was back and going in no time at a surprising reasonable price!

I just had a great experience there. A significant car issue arose far from my home state and I did not know what to do. My Mechanic fit me in and handled the repair quickly. I had gone to a dealer for an estimate and after realizing my situation was being exploited by them, I found My Mechanic. They handled the repair for less than half of the dealer's price. Another shop may have also tried to take advantage of my ordeal but My Mechanic was the utmost of professional, friendly and honest. I can't say enough about my experience.

My Mechanic is the best. I recently had a repair done and a month later the car was giving the same message. My Mechanic took it in and discovered that the first fix had a faulty part and repaired it again no charge. If you believe any mechanic would do that you are living under a rock. I trust them and have been using them for 15 years. They stand behind their service.Have fair pricing. Great service Good Trustworthy People!!Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Had scheduled appointment for next week, when all of a sudden my dash lights flashed and car stalled. Got it started dropped it off and was told they would try to take a look at my car when they had a chance. They were able to fix my issue same day m!! Can t say enough good things about them!! Would recommend any time

Had My Mechanic do a brake job today. Brake jobs usually are not that special, however on my vehicle it is. I have a Promaster high top van and finding shops that will work on it is hard. All was great, the service, great communication, fantastic price, and on time.

This is a top notch automotive repair shop. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the key drop box, so you can drop your car off the night before your scheduled service. Whenever I call, someone always answers the phone. Everyone I can in contact with was very personable. Their fees are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this facility.

I got to work and my tire pressure came on showing I had a flat. I put in a roadside request with Ford and they dispatched help. I got a call within 10 minutes from My Mechanic I have heard great things about this garage and I am now positive they are true! The guy they dispatched to me was so nice and courteous! Quick response, quick tire change! He was really concerned about keeping me away from work! I will definitely make an appointment with them the next time I need maintenance on my cars!

My husband has used them in the past and raves about them so I scheduled my oil change and asked them to check my brakes while I was there. They could have sold me brakes that I didn't need. They told me my brakes were good for another 30-35k miles. I absolutely appreciate the honesty and quick and friendly service!Would absolutely recommend!

Great! I called my insurance for a tow. The tow guy was great about reaching out and keeping me posted on ETA etc. He ended up helping me get my suv up and running. Really nice, professional & courteous. Much appreciated and recommend

Absolutely the BEST in town. What ever you need to keep your vehicle humming, or perhaps you need a tow, My Mechanic is the place, the ONLY place to go. Honest, Friendly, very Knowledgeable just all around good people. Wouldn't take my Nissan anywhere else and neither will you once you experience the professionalism at MY MECHANIC..!!

This company saved me!! I had to call my Nissan roadside they got the call to tow and they were so helpful! I m a female and I was alone in a pretty wooded area and I was nervous they made me comfortable and were there within a couple hours due to being very busy! I know that sounds like a long time to wait but I m telling you they put me at ease and I and my car were fine they took my car to Nissan in Cape Coral and it was ready first thing in the morning. I would recommend this company to anyone! I run a bingo hall in Cape Coral and I understand customer service and clearly they do too!!!Services: Exhaust, Car towing

Had front end issue with vibrating steering wheel at higher speeds. They checked alignment and balanced tires, but weather would not let them test drive the car. They later tested the car and found one tire was bad. I elected to take car back to where I got tires to see if they would replace. My Mechanic didn t charge me for their work. Wow! Who does that. I left them a big tip just the same. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, the work on my car was done in an efficient and timely manner and the price was affordable. I am going back for additional problems that need addressing and I am confident they will be handled. I will recommend My Mechanic to my friends.ps- I went back for work on the hesitation and stalling problem I ha tolerated for a long time following an unnamed repair chain told me to get a new car. My Mechanic fixed it easily and reasonably and my little car runs great!! It s like a good friend was bought back to health when on the brink of death!!I was that happy! These are hard working guys who know their stuff! Thanks guys!!

I noticed an oil leak in my old Sonoma, so I made an appointment with My Mechanic, Dropped it off before work and let them do their thing. I had an idea of where the leak was coming from so I had the part sitting on my front seat. After they found the leak and confirmed they went ahead and fixed it. Was ready for me when I was done with work and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

For a job that supposedly required four hours labor and a couple hundred in parts my bill was only $284. Take advantage of them before they figure out their prices are too low! They are good people to work with. They have my business for life.

I had a one o clock appointment to get my oil changed. They got me in at one changed the oil, rotated the tires did the other checks, charged me a reasonable price and had me back on the road in one hour. Very SATISFIED.

For as busy as the place was they got my job done SAME DAY. They went above and beyond and even quoted me the prices before doing the work. The next best guy would have charged me a few hundred more and the last guy messed up my oil plug. Best mechanic in this part of Florida. Thanks again.

My mechanic was excellent they kept me updated upon their arrival. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them. I hope I don t never have to use them again, but in that case I do, I would absolutely.I was stranded they made me feel very safe.

Only one small complaint and that is it took them awhile to get my truck in there because they were so busy with other customers vehicles. Understandable though because they are a good business and fixed my truck fairly quickly when it underwent service there. Very good pricing and I will be taking my truck back to them if my have any more mechanical issues

I have an old 2004 Mercedes and they took very good care of her! I went in for an oil change and they checked all the fluid levels and brakes for me.Best of all they didn t break the bank and they know what they re doing. Very reasonably priced. I m definitely coming back.

Honestly, my experience with My Mechanic was so positive, I m not sure what to comment on first. Their work was exceptional. Mike is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Work was done earlier than expected, and at a very fair price. Thank you so, so much for getting my RAV4 back on the road!
