I love Englewood Ford! We have bought all our cars there for as long as I can remember, because we love to support our local businesses and they give us the best service! You don't need to drive any farther, they can't be beat. The service manager is so caring and have never made me feel stupid for stopping in with even a little problem or just a question, or to set my clock! This time it was a recall for door handles on my Fiesta. They make it convenient, drive me home when I drop off the car and pick me up when it's fixed!They are five star and care about #1, you, the customer!

Actually bought a truck from another dealer that had exactly what I wanted but the sales folks at Englewood was the greatest and looked everywhere in their inventory. Have bought parts through the Parts Dept. those guys are down to earth, make you feel like family. Service is super and plan on letting them do all the oil changes and warranty work too.

Got the 39 dollar deal including oil change tire rotation was a great deal I was very pleased to deal with Adrian Hager as she was polite and also answered all of our questions of our warranty. We felt confident in the dealership once again . I will be back to ask her to service our car again . Thanks

I drove 6 hours from Tallahassee Florida to trade in my vehicle and purchase a 2016 Town and Country from Englewood Ford's pre-owned car lot. The car was clean and exactly as they described it. They were very competitive on price beating everyone for a 500 mile radius and we had the deal worked out in advance. Michael Sechler was extremely professional, friendly and had all the work in order when I arrived. When I got to finance the numbers were no different than we agreed and they did not try to add any additional surprise fees. I was very happy with the overall buying experience. Thank you again for great customer service and honesty which goes a long way.

Complete experience was positive. I arrived early, no problem. The gal at the check in desk was efficient and courteous and said to make myself comfortable and enjoy a cup of coffee; which I did. I was treated with respect and look forward to my next oil change.

Took in my Ford expedition after replacing the intake manifold and something was just not right. After a diagnosis I was told that all eight coil packs would have to be replaced to fix the issue. I was quoted a price of about $1000 and decided to take it to another local shop where honest mechanics found the issue in less than an hour. The wires on cylinders number seven and eight were criss crossed (Something I simply overlooked) My Mechanic of Englewood fixed the issue for an hour worth of labor (The minimum) and I gave the tech a $50 tip for his honesty. I would AVOID this place at all costs... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. DISHONEST STAFF.

Mike got me in within 24hrs to get my side sliding door fixed along with an oil change and brake, fluid, etc check. He is "very"great to work with. Never received service like this up north in Mass.

I needed an oil change on Monday, 4/1.From their own website, from the oil change and essential maintenance page, "Three Choices: No Appointment Needed." The sign declaring walk-ins welcome, service while you wait, as you drive up to the building through the check in lane.And then you enter the service area requesting an oil change. That's when the man looks at you askance, and says he could not possibly take you today, but he could SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT for Wednesday, two days from now.Why would you say something on your website, and have a sign on your building when both things are untrue?Either you honor your No Appointment Needed pledge, or take it off your website.

Quick Lane service exactly as advertised. They checked the car thouroughly and made aware of the condition of the car. They showed me the cabin air filter, we changed it. I was wondering what that smell was!Thanks Mike, Darian and all the techs.

BUYER BEWARE!!!I recently turned my Ford Edge into the Englewood Ford dealership and purchased a CPO vehicle off their lot the same day. I was over on miles for my lease + 4 months lease payments. Englewood Ford kindly wrapped my lease payments owed + mileage payments into the purchase price of my new vehicle. HOWEVER, 2 months later I receive a notice in the mail that I owe Ford $619. I immediately called Englewood Ford and was told due to taxes (understandable) and "wear and tear" of my vehicle, this is what I would owe on my old lease. Turns out.... That was a lie!I proceeded to call Ford Credit to find out more information. I DID owe $147 in taxes (again, fine... in contract).... however, the remaining payments of the $619 were due to the fact that A) Englewood Ford STOLE my SD card out of my leased vehicle and now the car is 'sold' and no way to prove this ($98) and B) there was no 'wear and tear' on my vehicle. The truth was Englewood Ford did not calculate out my payments correctly on mileage at 0.15 per mile, and not the 0.20 you actually owe! Math geniuses they are.So not only do I owe $98 for a stolen product out of my old car, I'm also left with $365 on extra lease charges that I could have taken care of at the time of purchase for my new vehicle. So when you purchase a car from this dealership.... make sure you have your calculator handy! You'll owe money folks!

Just a quick note regarding my experience @ Englewood ford and my 2014 Focus. This is my 2nd Focus and it has been serviced here since we moved here in 2014. Both this car and my previous Focus developed transmission problems and it was only thru the skill and thoughtfulness of the entire service department along w/Ford Mtrs CSR that the problem was rectified. Mike in service along w/Mike in tires and The Fast Lane are exceptional employees. Thanks to them along with the talented techs that repaired the car. Ive owned 27 Ford vehicles in both my business and personal life, and its people like these guys that keep me coming back. Thanks,R.W. SvarczkopfNorth Port

What a joke this place is. Requested an internet inquiry on a new vehicle and received an email form a sales rep that has not worked there for 3 weeks. Then a follow up phone call only to be told the quote received on the internet was 10,000 dollars low and they would not honor the price. Was promised a return phone call, never happened. All i can say is wow!!

oil change, 2006 ford mustang gt 8 quarts they said the car used, no way than they gave us a price on a pi�on seal $100 more than matthews curry ford, CAN'T TRUST ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

Needed oil change, wasnt that busy yet stood there for 15-20 minutes waiting to be helped yet once I watched guy get off chair and stood in doorway laughing and BSing with co worker I took my business elsewhere
