Great group of team players. Nick in sales from Colorado handled my used car purchase. He was honest/trustworthy and cared about what I wanted. A few months later it was time for my oil change. Everything went smooth with the extended 3 year warranty for oil change and tire rotation. Nice waiting room and on time technician s I was on my way. But, the real reason after giving major kudos to Nick was Craig in the service dept. He carried this team by finding the part I needed for my panoramic sunroof. What a beautiful difference it makes, as a single woman, car dealerships are daunting. Englewood is lucky to have this dealership serving the community with perfect customer service. I will be back for my next purchase. Thanks again

So with no help from Englewood Ford and since I refused to drop off my car for a whole day 3 cities away and pay for it myself I decided to bring it somewhere else. I would rather pay someone else then to give them another dime. So I brought it to Wide Open Customs and within 10 minutes they found and fixed the leak. 10 MIN!!!! It was such an easy fix they didn't even charge me. ITS A SHAME AS CUSTOMERS THAT WE CAN GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY DEALERSHIPS LIKE THIS!!!!!UPDATE!!!So I received there generic review response. Contact us so we can help resolve your issue. I end up getting a call from service and was told that they passed me along to there sister store and a name and number. When I called she had no idea what I was talking about and told me I could pay there outside contractor to find/fix the leak. Then about 2hrs later I get another call and was asked to adjust my review in there favor. So I asked if they were going to take care of my problem and was still told no. I understand that it's a used car but I still paid good money for this car as a retirement gift to myself and this is what I'm stuck paying for now. Obviously they are to big to care about thier local veterans and stand behind there product. Very discouragedPurchased a used 2016 mustang convertible. Well it leaks and they basically said sorry call a body shop. I even bought the extended warranty through Ford. Still nothing. Very disappointed with this dealership. So I can deal with a car that floods for the next 5yrs or pay someone else to fix it. Hmmmm sounds pretty messed up to me. But hey they got there money right. Will not be buying another car from them. Small enough to care big enough to matter huh? Not much caring going on.

Made appointment for service because my truck is making rattling noises, and having starting issues. Showed up on time, and was told my concerns were not concerns and to beat on truck if it s making noise. I have $5000 ford extended warranty for my truck. Was told they would have to charge me 200$ for each concern. Not only did I get told I don t care what google says I received a very arrogant attitude from 3 employees. Unprofessional and nasty people to deal with. I wouldn t recommend this dealership to anyone. Drive 30 mins in either direction to another ford. I can t even imagine how they must take advantage of less mechanically inclined people in the area. I m going to put formal complained into ford corporation. Beware of this service department whom act like they aren t working for ford.

Great selection of trims, upfront on pricing, fair trade-in value and a smooth process overall.Mark took care of multiple clients at once due to low sales staff and still made the experience seamless.Zach their finance manager took the pain out of the paperwork process.In the end, acquired the exact trim and features I was looking for on my new F150. Best of all, not having to drive an hour each way!

Bought a new Ford Maverick from them and out of dozens of purchases over the years from other dealerships, this was the very best. Our salesman, Doug was a straight shooter. I had contacted 4 other dealers in the area and was lied to and got prices 15 to 20 percent higher. Englewood Ford could have taken advantage as the Maverick is in short supply and in high demand but they were decent and honest with me. Thank you Doug and Englewood Ford. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from Mike Elkins beginning with an inquiry all the way to following up letting me know the car was still available on the day I was coming to test drive. I had been searching for a while and several times made appts for test drives at other dealer only to show up and they tell me it s sold. Not here , Mike kept me updated and even ran somePreliminary numbers for us. Gave us plenty of time to test drive solo and even stayed late to help us get the car sameDay.If you are tired of huge corporate dealers give this place a try. Laid back, casual, no pressure it was a pleasure !Definitely ask for Mike!

If could give them more starts I would Derrick was my sales man he went above and beyond. if your looking to buy definitely ask for him it was the best experience I've every had great personality fun to work with great guy all-around.good luck to you and wife on your new family And big shoutout big red our Finance guy he stayed open way past closing time so we finish our finances very Pleasant to work with.I cant think you all Enough So if your looking for a new vehicle Englewood ford is your place

I really wanted to rate this dealership higher but I honestly can t. The buying process with our sales person was good, he was honest and easy to deal with. This all changed when it came time for the financing the finance manager John was looking to sell an extended warranty, oil change service contract and securing a high interest rate loan. John was what I would consider unethical by doing what ever was necessary to convince and confuse us to the point that when we got home and we re reviewing the documents we realized that we were completely swindled. It was even necessary for us to come back the next day to redo our financial paperwork to remove all of the warranty and maintenance service contracts that we never wanted in the first place! He also told us that he thought it was cute that we felt a well built truck should last a long time with or without a warranty. I wonder if John would have said this to a man? There were other misogynistic comments as well! The whole process with John (the finance manager), left me feeling angry, frustrated and taken advantage of! Needless to say we would have a difficult time recommending Englewood Ford, but we do love our Ford truck.

Sudden car emergency--needed new battery. With only one vehicle and out of state family just arriving a car was definitely needed just to get around. Also, my basketball refereeing season was beginning in 3 days and wanted to make sure did not come out of gym only to find my car wouldn't start. A call to Englewood Ford at 11:00 a.m. I received a 2:00 p.m. appointment -- by 3:00 p.m. I was back "on the road" with no issues. Not sure what I would have done without the quick turnaround-- maybe a lot of $$$$ for a rental.

Super Impressed with this Ford Dealership. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured in any way when shopping for my Ford truck, the process was expedient and friendly. Mr. Duane Boggs was delightful to work with, friendly and accommodating, oh, and my guy Brad in Sales knows how to take care of customers! A plus for amazing level of follow up even after sale, where most might forget you after the sale, Brad was top notch on making sure I got my Service scheduled that week! He definitely has your back! John Howard in Finance was a pleasure to work with as well, very accommodating and professional.I would not only recommend this dealership, I would totally purchase another truck there!! Maybe when the Lightning s come in? *Smile*5 Stars Deserving here in my home town of Englewood, Florida!!

Wemt here to buy a new ford pickup truck a few fays ago. Found a nice truck. It was advwrtised with discount for 38K. I said okay give me 20K on my trade and i wwill pay cash on the balance. Doug comes back offers me 13K on a 60K mile GMC cut away with a big block plus tow package as well as 17 foot box. Very well maintained. Tjey insisted for me to prove to them i got this offer. The disrespect shown to me and my wife. We will never go back. We left found a vwry nice truck somewhere else. Got 20K for our trade and paid the rest in full. Then tje manager follows up. I explained to him we purchased somewhere else and why. He followed it with they offered me that much. So twice they called me a lier and tried to bully me to their version of the truth. Truly disgusting. Avoid this place at all cost. Completelu disgusting. I wasn't going to write tje review. Until the wonderful manager called me a lier again. Maki g up his false vwrsion of reality. As if i was a senile old man that doesnt have my brains about me. So now you can where this review. Your a horrible human being. Congratulations........!

Small dealership. Nice service area but will not service EVs purchased at other Ford dealerships. Avoid this dealer if you are an EV driver. Otherwise fine if dated

I bought a new mustang this week from Nick at Englewood Ford & it was the nicest dealership I ve been to in years. Friendly staff. Free food. & good deals. I ll tell ya, this place doesn t have a stuffy attitude like some other car dealerships, so if you re in the Sarasota/Nokomis/Englewood area you re going to have a much more pleasant experience in Englewood!

I just bought my first new Ford and I love it!!with that being said it was refreshing for this Hoosier to stumble upon this little hidden gem. I just needed an oil change and tire rotation but could not find any Ford dealer in the area to do it but Englewood Ford. My truck is my work vehicle and when the truck stops so does the money. I will definitely be back and if you want small town service with the best attitude I've seen at any dealership then head on over to Englewood Ford!!!!One local dealer would not even take my name to set an appointment and said it would be at least three or four hours.(P.S.) I did not buy my 2021 F150 here but there's a good chance I will buy the next new Ford here)FIVE STARS TO THE SERVICE WRITER!!
