I came into your store on 02/20/24 at 15:42 to exchange a Duralast Gold Battery. I young woman who was extremely helpful and friendly. Didn't get her name, but she had blond hair and wore gold rimmed glasses, she also wore a necklace with a miniature hourglass. She went to what I consider the extra mile to help by replacing the battery and the positive connector which to my surprise took considerable time. Needless to say, I hadn't expected this kind of service. Kud s to her, and management for hiring this employee.

What can I say but Thank You! The staff is Amazing and so willing to give their expert opinion on any questions. If they don't have the part you need, they are always willing to contact another store and have it sent in. Not knowing a whole heck of allot about cars, they put my nerves at ease.Parking is great, especially if you need a shaded spot.

I like all of the AutoZone stores I've been to, but the one in Englewood, FL. is the best in my experience. I would especially like to mention Robert L. and Jesse who went out of their way to help me with a dead car battery recently. Robert drove me to my car which was parked in a shopping center parking lot nearby and personally assisted me in getting my car started. If you're ever in Englewood, and need any kind of help with your vehicle, this is the place to go. Thanks again Robert and Jesse.Dennis S.

I came in and needed a oil filler cap as my rental company or previous renter evidently didn't put it on after the last oil fill up. Prior to my stopping, I looked online to ensure they had a cap that fit and they did. I went in and asked a worker to please look up a part. He looked up the car, which was a 2023 vehicle. According to their system, they didn't have the part and told me that I would need to go to a dealership.I walked out to my vehicle. Looked up the part and confirmed they had it. I walked back in and asked the worked to please grab the part for me. He couldn't apologize for not finding it, thank me or even look me in the eyes. They get two stars for having the part, but not for the service.

They ran computer codes, checked all fluids, said they would exchange parts Free of charge if they were not functioning properly. Made me feel confident with their knowledge and expertise. Sadly, my car is still nut working after I got back to my destination, but I'm open to any input to help me become mobile again.

Hope I get the names right. I m sorry if I messed it up, I ll fix it! Jesse, Reyna, and Lynette are very tentative To your needs, they will make sure you get what you need! I used to use the store to the right of them but the $5 Rewards were getting absolutely ridiculous after spending literally thousands a year there. Going to AutoZone a couple months now and I ve already received two $20 gift cards. How can you beat that? Love this place. Day or night shift crew you will find very knowledgeable any given time!

Great location. I had to replace an ignition coil while broken down, with no tools, 20 hours from home. They let me dig through their "store tools" to find what I needed to replace the part in their parking lot. Staff was amazing

Good store!! When I came in no line quickly told the manager what I needed for my brakes. He got my pads and rotors in was in and out with the right parts in 5 min even looked up my history for any warranties I may have had. And I saved 20 dollars and am 2 points away from my next 20. Friendly helpful staff. Good website for online ordering of custom .parts.Offers curbside pickup and home delivery for the customer. Website also allows you to pull up prior purchases keep track of your points and keep a log of mantainance and repairs you've done.

Went to have them check my battery and possibly purchase a new one. The young blonde haired fella would not charge my battery nor sell me one. I literally had to call a tow truck to get my car to a mechanics shop! If i could give them negative stars i would! And, why arent they on YELP?

I'm at the AutoZone on South McCall Road Englewood Florida directly across the street from the Englewood Collision Center & next door to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Very nice store I think they have a bigger selection then O'Reilly Auto Parts. I prefer the AutoZone over O'Reilly Auto Parts again this is the only AutoZone in Englewood Florida

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I placed an order in the morning and it arrived in the afternoon. They had a little trouble finding it because my first name, last name and phone number were all entered wrong! But they still found it and I got my car repaired.

This location has the nicest people! They are always willing to help with installing wipers and minor misc. things I need. One employee even came out and installed a rear brake light on my Honda Pilot which wasn't an easy thing to do!

Mike Was unbelievably kind and helpful not only was he able to Find the correct rear wiper blade he helped me put it on. He was extremely kind has great customer service skillsI will definitely be a return customer because of him!

I purchased some wiper blades from the Auto Zone website and they arrived Saturday. After working a long day, I could not figure out the adapter for the blade application so we went to Auto Zone in Englewood. Mike and Bodie saved the day! Mike had them both on in no time. Thank you so much for your help! Auto Zone has never let me down; I appreciate the excellent service.

I was very impressed with the staff, the young man that installed my battery was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Quick efficient service when my battery needed replacement, would recommend. Did not charge extra to replace battery, just the purchase, in and out in less than 15 minutes. Good choice for basic automotive needs.

Couldn't help me, but they were nice enough!Reply 9-6-19Thanks for replying, that says a lot.The fact is that the store couldn't help me with a part I needed right away.The service from the staff was nothing but fantastic. They gave me the advice I needed but about all, we were all having a good laugh. Even though ya'll didn't have the part, I left feeling a lot better than when I walked in.The CSR's deserve 5 stars!
