Dan was very helpful! He came out after dark just before closing time and tested my battery and alternator instead of saying "no, I can't help you" like some other parts stores in the area did. Thanks again Dan for all your help!

Advance auto is usually my go to when I'm looking for an oil change kit or when I need parts. Dan is the main reason I come here over other auto part stores. He's very friendly helpful and doesn't hesitate to joke around whenever he gets the chance to

Thank you to Advanced Auto!!! Got a hit and run in Walmart parking lot last night. Went to Advanced Auto Parts for supplies to rub out marks, they checked to see if scratched or just bumper marks. They rubbed with some cleaner and marks came off my bumper! Always helpful when I come in for assistance! Vicki

Tonight I made a Trip to advance. My headlight was out and I needed a new bulb. I've never changed a car headlight before. Thank goodness for Dan. He was patient as I took out the high beam instead of the low. He also has. He also helped me get the keys I dropped down in the engine. He showed me how to do it properly. Thank you Dan for making sure i would make it home safely.

Needed a torque wrench for 10 minute project and i needed torque in inches and they showed me how to convert to pounds. Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff. No charge for the loan of the tool either.

The manager will talk on the phone looking for a part while you wait to check out. When you ask him how much longer before he checks you out he will reply "about 5 minutes" ... so I left him with some items to put back on the shelf after he finished his call and left the store and will never return. Casey was the guys name. Great customer service Casey!

If you have any car care needs, this is the spot. The manager and staff are 5 star, service and a smile. I was on vacation and had a car issue, they were able to help me and exceeded all expectations. There are literary 3 part stores on the same block, glad I made my first stop at Adavanced auto.

Brought a battery here that I thought was dead. Couldn't jump it even with another car. Instead of selling me a $200 battery, they asked if I had time to leave it on their charger overnight to see if it would take a charge.Next morning, I picked up a freshly charged battery that worked just as good as new. I will def be back to Advance for anything I need.

drove 20 minutes there because the website says englewood location open till 9pm , get there and a big sign on the door saying we close at 7pm ..... not happy , you can see on my screenshot its around 8:30 now on my computer and says open ... thanks guys.I edited my review , and raised up the star level to 4 after I thought about it , things happen , still better than autoz . One thing I will say is that all of your cleaning/wax type items are way overpriced , 7.50 for armor all ? Really ? Guess ill just keep getting that stuff from amazon where its reasonable .

They checked my battery's health/condition, which turned-out fine. But they did not have the right color touch-up paint for my particular car a Silver Buick Cascada.� This was the first time that they did not have an item that I was looking for.

Have to give them credit for working through these hard times. I went in for new hoses for my Truck, found I could get them for Half the Cost by having them order them online and shipped to them in 3-4 days. In my case, I Could Wait, so I Saved about $40

NICE SERVICE, BUT WAY OVERPRICED!!!I needed new WINDSHIELD WIPERS for my little 20 year old Toyota Echo, and since I was passing by this place (I usually deal with AUTO-ZONE) I figured I might as well have them done here.The gal that waited on me was efficient and friendly, BUT the first set she came up with was over $70.00!!!! WHAAAAAT?????? FOR A PAIR OF WINDSHIELD WIPERS???? I almost had a heart attack.She said she had some lower priced ones that were still very good, but I still ended up paying almost $56.00.HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Casey and Dave were awful. No attempt to help, no attempt to follow thru when ordered parts were late, no customer service whatsoever. I will never return. Owner: Train your people in customer service skills or you will go out of business. I will be spreading the word.

Yikes very dirty but they had what I needed just to get the opportunity to talk to you and let you know and somebody actually cared means a lot I certainly will be back but in the times when you have to be very careful where you go what you do and not to get sick the front door in an hour or some disinfection by the front desk would be very nice

bought lifetime autolite sparkplug wires they failed after less than 2 years (could see sparks jumping around under hood) they refused to warranty me a new set. deceptive advertising will not do what they say they will do. would not recommend this store to anyone

Got in and out with my parts really quick counterman very knowledgeable very helpful it was a great experience
