I live in Daytona and made the drive to Edgewater just to do business with these guys that s how good they are. Professional service and parts folks up front and although I did the installation myself the shop technician guys were superb while loading my parts on my truck for me and helping me with all the miscellaneous parts I would need for the install. They ordered a Continental axle AXT6022V (for my Beavertail Skiff Blue rock extreme trailer it was a drop in replacement) and it was ready for pick up a day or so later can t beat that!!! Better prices than anywhere too this place is the right place if you are looking to refurb a trailer like me or just need spare parts they have everything! Call em up and take to Mike or Eric they will get you setup with the exact parts you need. A++ all the way around. Thanks again fellas!

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful in suggesting ideas for safety with work that will be done on my car. They will Install a tow hitch.Competitive prices such a caring and honest business.Have a lot of products for boat trailers .

So thankful to the entire Wheel Away team! When we started our 6 year old s quarter midget racing journey a couple years ago (first pic), we came to Matt and his team to find something that would fit our needs given our son was starting an endeavor in racing that was new to our family. Now fast forward to today (remaining pics), we were in need of a bigger trailer and the Wheel Away team once again provided great service and we love his new custom trailer! Thank you for everything and God bless! We highly recommend! Fair prices and great work! They go above and beyond and truly like family to us!

A great place to do business with, both sales and service! First purchase from Wheel-A-Way was about a year ago! We had to downsize due to selling one truck and now owning a smaller truck! We painted and tiled the inside!

Had an issue with a trailer I purchased 2yrs ago from them. The owner worked with the trailer manufacturer to get it sorted out. This is one of the benefits of supporting small local businesses. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend them for trailer repairs. My lights weren't working and needed them fixed ASAP. I called Wheel-A-Way and talked to Mike, he said to swing by. Fixed me up right on the spot and all lights are working perfectly now. Thank you

I was super pleased with this company when they repaired issues with my boat trailer. Answered all my questions truthfully, even informing me that some items were OK for a couple of more years. Then they repaired only needed work for much less than I thought it would cost. Blew my mind when I saw my trailer had been painted for which there was no charge. The guy told me he thought it should look better. This was 6-8 mos. ago. I thought about this review because I now need a new tire. Guess where I am going?

Eric, Mike, and Jim went beyond the normal level of customer service to make my experience at Wheel-A-Way very positive. I wanted to buy a spare tire holder for my boat trailer so Eric walked the part out to my trailer, made sure it fit, then asked Mike and Jim if they could put it on for me while I waited. You don't see customer service like that much anymore!

Today I bought a trailer down the road from wheel away and i came in serious need of a new adapter for the lights on the trailer and some info of towing it in general. Matt was so helpful and saved me time and money! The women at the desk was so kind and helpful as well. I will be coming to them for all my trailer needs!

I am not one to write many reviews but I feel compelled to leave this one because the service I received today was above and beyond my expectations. I had been shopping around for a new pwc trailer. I called dozens of places and they were either sold out or asking hundreds over MSRP. I found this business on a Google search and decided to give them a call. They were attentive and answered all of my questions including pricing and to my surprise no price gouging. They offered me an unit for a decent price. I placed a deposit and in a few weeks my unit arrived. I went in and was greeted and treated as if I had been buying there for years. They made feel absolutely comfortable, showed me the unit to make sure I was happy. But here comes the good part, they ensured my pwc fit exactly the way I wanted, and that my new trailer was safe to drive. They made all the adjustments and even transferred my guide posts for me, which I was ready to remove myself because I thought it was my choice to have those. I would have to write 5 paragraphs just to describe how amazing the staff was. I loved the staff, their service and how welcoming they were. I am happy with my purchase and will continue to do business with them. I recommend 100%. Thank you again!!!

Just bought my second trailer and had one modified. All my experience with them has been wonderful from the owner to the technicians who do the work. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Give them a try you will mot be disappointed

My husband and I purchased a trailer from here yesterday. Every single employee there had a smile on their face and treated us so well. They read books to my oldest daughter while we were filling out our paperwork=] We will definitely be coming back here for anything we may need. I have been to this location several times as I outfitted my trailer and these guys are just great. The customer service is superb. The level of knowledge is outstanding. If they do not have it they will find it and get it to you quickly. Highly recommended

Came in on a Saturday morning with a good idea of what we were looking for in a trailer. Everyone we dealt with was extremely polite and helpful. They also didn't try to oversell on features we weren't looking for. Ended up purchasing a trailer and will pick it up later in the week after a fresh service. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Very pleasant experience.

I called regarding a hitch install for my vehicle.They had a hitch in the next day and assured me it was NO DRILLING needed and a very simple process.After I received the hitch and looked up instructions/video on how to install, it was far from simple. You need to lower the muffler and DRILL!I then called explaining the high install cost and the inability to do it myself and requested to return the item. They said I would have to pay a $60 restocking fee. Now, I don't know what degenerate business ethics are practiced at this place, but I know that any self respecting honest business would never deceive a customer, or not make up for their mistake. Given that is the situation I am now in, I was forced to place a complaint/charge back on my account.Now, I know when I buy a product that is said to be NO DRILL, I expect not to have to...DRILL! While explaining this to the man, I think is the owner, he informed me that it was common knowledge that you always have to drill a tow hitch!!! But his, I think wife, who sold it to me, who explained it was a "no drill" and told me how her and her 9 year old nephew installed one with no problem......? Hm. Not sure how someone who works in the store does not even know you have to drill, but according to the, owner?, it is common knowledge that even a common person like myself should know. Then he said he would install it for $50. Given the level of ignorance and incompetence demonstrated, I would not let them pay me to hang an air freshener in my car.I suggest you find elsewhere. And their prices, are HIGH. Same hitch from uhaul is only $170 vs $222. Spend your money and your energy elsewhere.

We needed a couple of things done to my wife's utility trailer/mobile boutique. We brought it here for the first time and this place is excellent. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. We brought it there in the morning and they had it ready for pickup not even 6 hours later. Not only did they do a superb job in the things that I brought it in there for, but they did some extra things as well. I am completely satisfied and they will be our "go-to" place for any trailer needs.

Very helpful and friendly service! We were referred here by another mechanic when our trailer tire was having problems. We are heading back to Georgia so we needed to get this fixed and back on the road. After stopping somewhere else first and being told that it was going to be a costly fix that would take all day and then calling 3 other businesses in the area, we were starting to get worried. These guys fit us in right away and we are back on the road an hour after we first called them. They obviously know what they are doing and they were great about passing that knowledge on and showing us how to prevent this kind of thing in the future. They also have a great selection of trailers and trailer parts.

My dad bought a pretty large trailer and had some work done on his truck to enable the whole setup; + my husband bought some sort of tool from them.The entire experience from end to end was fantastic. The team here was very informative and professional from the beginning; helping my dad end up with the perfect everything he needed. They worked with him and communicated with him thru the whole process honestly and patiently; then even talked him thru some things to check out when he was on the road on a trip up north and wasn t sure if there was something acting up. (first long distance trip so was a little unsure!)Thank you for everything!!

Our utility trailer broke down in the i 95. Thanks to them we were back on the road in a couple of hours. They worked fast and the mechanic was very diligent and knowledge. We definitely recommend them if you are in trouble with your trailer in that area. Thanks Wheel-A-Way!

I went to these guys yesterday to get a trailer for my kayak. They gave great advice, were super friendly, and did everything I needed to get me on the road safely. Wayne is who I worked with but any of the kind folks at this shop can help you.
