The clerk was great. The store actually had all 3 wipers I needed and installed them for me. He even took the packaging, old wipers and trash with him when he finished.

I was unable to find a windsheild wiper arm from 2 other parts stores and was told to research it online in hopes of finding one. Joe and Kevin at O'Reilly went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND and was able to fix a blade to fit. They were outstanding in their customer service and the lengths they went to to help me out. I am forever grateful!

Joe was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my awful day so much less stressful!! We bought a new pulley and put it on in the parking lot. We had trouble putting the belt back on and the manager finally came out and try to assist, he lost his temper and yelled at us... After a couple hours we realized they sold us the wrong pulley!!!???

I pulled into the Edgewater store this morning,rain pouring down like a monsoon. I had borrowed my disabled father's truck and noticed that the transmission was slipping. Joe Jones came out and filled the fluids up that I needed,with a smile on his face,getting soaken wet!! Absolutely excellent service from an exceptional young man!! Joe,my 5 stars are for you!! Definitely recommend this store and Joe!!

Joe is the absolute man when it comes to this place, this man has spent countless hours helping me with anything and everything! Every time I walk in and see him there's one of two ways it usually goes, either theres an easy fix with availability in parts or we spend a SpongeBob meme amount of time crossing numbers til we find it and if all else fails then there honestly isn t a number or code in there system for it. And for the people that haven t been there that late there s only a certain amount of time before the computers shut themselves off followed by the lights. From opening to close Mr.Joe is always focused on customer service 110% of the time, never has a problem finding the part in the store in a timely manner or just helping his fellow Co-Worker out. Countless times Ive walked in there and he s working a double that he opened by himself and was also closing by himself. The man never takes a day off. Seriously I don t understand how after Ben left that this man isn t the store manger, if its a corporate thing then there doing a big disservice to there customers and there store because he needs to be ASAP. I can t count the amount of people that walk into the store when I'm at the counter and either ask for Joe or wait in line just to see him. Ive been going to the this store since it first opened and he is one of the best people If the not the best person Ive dealt with and have the pleasure to know. Honestly above and beyond, thank you for making life easier!! And shout out to Zayden and Jarod also great people to deal with

I would like to say, I was helped by a younger gentleman, he came right out to check my battery. Another gentleman named Joseph came to help to get information from my truck. This man got the information and helped me get a new battery for my truck. As the younger gentleman tested and my battery was bad. Joseph came out to my truck and installed the new battery for me. He was pleasant, the lady that works there also I one point came out, I have worked with her in the past. I continue to come to this store because of these workers! They deserve the most respect, and one hell of a bonus! Thank you Joseph for all your help, being pleasant and the small talk! I look forward to seeing you all again! Thank you Lisa Carpenella

I just thought I would write this review as I really would like to shout out Joe D. Jones who works here at the O'Riley's because if it wasn't for him I would of ended up paying so much money to get my car towed and then fixed. He went above and beyond helping me with my car and giving up his time to assist me with what happened. I cant thank him enough, and I just want him to be noticed due to the fact he was so patient with me and what was going on with my car, he was so sweet, and just was so determined to make sure I was safe and able to drive home before the storm that was coming. I hope he either gets a raise or bonus, something that really benefits him as he just honestly took such good care of me even when he didn't have to.

The customer service attendee named Joe helped me greatly today! Without him I would have had to spend prob at least $40 on my lug nut locks getting them broken off. Not to mention he took his own time to take each one off for me individually. I would recommend this store but especially Joe to help you. He's the man! Thanks Joe and O'Reilley's

I have been a regular customer to this location for over a decade. As I operate my mechanic shop I would always order parts for my Customers at this location and the short lady with a black polo shirt glasses and a bad attitude was nothing more then rude and distasteful.I am sad to say I will no longer be taking my business to this location.I really hope this company can be more attentive to whom they hire.

Joe was awesome and offered the best help with replacing my battery. Also help us get ac recharge. After being told they don t replace the battery he stepped in and helped. Also get that guy a chili cheese dog! He stepped out of his way to get us the best experience!

Stopped in this morning to buy something as simple as a pair of tag lights for my 4Runner..was welcomed by an employee immediately asking what he can help me with..he then guided me to the aisle and handed me exactly what I was looking for..he then asked if he could help me with anything else..I thanked him for the amazing friendly service while all the other employees were smiling..I was thinking to myself "they must think I'm the undercover boss" or something..the gentleman's name was Joe Jones..thank you folks, you like where you work and it shows..

this is for corporate..when I went in a young man in his 30s was saying how he was quitting..the phones were ringing off the hook and there was only 2 employees. I don't blame the employees I blame management..nobody should be that frustrated that they are swearing out loud at work. I did get what I needed and the guy i can tell had good product knowledge..im retired but have been turning wrenches for over 35 yearsit's hard to find employees who know east their doing so when management has experienced employees you have to pay them well and have them train others.I go here because of WIX filters and because the employees are always "car guys" vs autozone etc which seems lately to have just button pushers and not anyone who has turned a wrench.please pay these guys well and have them train others.it was very uncomfortable to see someone so young come unglued at work over being understaffed.

I was helped by Joe Jones and he was so amazingly patient with me and all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about the different products and so kind. He is a great asset to your company. The only thing that upset me is another coworker yelled at him right in front of me and other customers which was so uncalled for and unprofessional. His name tag read Charlie or Charles i couldn't see the name tag quite well. This really upset me after Joe had been so nice and accommodating to me and my children. That Charlie or Charles needs some training! However again Joe was simply amazing and went above and beyond!

We have ALWAYS had amazing customer service here. Zayden was amazing. However, we had 2 kids with us being annoying so we apologized for their behavior. When we did this Becca (not sure if that's how you spell it) was extremely rude. We spent over $100 there tn. She yelled and said "they" were trying to Restock however Becca was sitting behind the counter playing on her phone the whole time. I would really recommend Zayden get a raise for his customer service tonight and for having to deal with her attitude plus do all of the restocking himself. My family owns a junkyard so we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at O'Reillys and we will no longer be shopping here all because of Becca.

JOE is hands down the best! I was on my way home from a target trip with a car full of groceries and a hungry toddler and must have hit a nail or something. My tire went flat so I went in to get a patch kit. Not only did he look for the leak, but when we weren t able to find it he changed my tire to my spare and even rotated the spare to the front so it was safer for me to drive home. It goes above and beyond customer service when you encounter a genuine, nice human being who is willing to help you out! I recommend Joe 10000% if you ever find yourself needing genuine honest help with your vehicle!

So I would like to commend Joe from O"Reilly on S Ridgewood Avenue in Edgewater Florida who went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle started even after he closedd the store. I was totally blown away. I felt the warmth and compassion. Thanks Joe you're awesome!!
