They didn't change the "plastic " plug when I got my oil change. They made good on it after I discovered that I lost a quarter and a half of oil. Could've been a disaster had I not noticed.

Had my oil changed today, I specifically told the kid ( he looked young) I needed washer fluid, he said it's included he also said I need my radiator topped off and they could do it for $5 I said sure.Long story short, I watched 3 employees stand around for an hour, literally, I even took a video. They didn't fill my washer fluid, or my radiator overflow and they didn't vacuum ( they missed that last time I came here too) or clean my windows. I'll just go to the 5 minute oil change next time and save me an hour of my time.

They didn't fast but when I asked when I first got there how much brining some oil would save, was told I'd save upwards to 60 bucks. Ended up saving 7 total, felt bait and switched.(Edit) I understand that you have your own oil that you normally use but I asked an employee before so I could do my own numbers and the amount they told me I would save with 10 times the amount I actually saved and if I was told the correct amount the first time it would have gone differently. That is the reason I felt bait and switched. I will change it up to 3 from 2 for the quick reply and the pretty good job. But the misinformation may make me think twice about my next visit. If you don't know the number it is okay to say "idk I'll go find out" and not give a wrong answer.

I went to jiffy lube in Edgewater Florida last week we took about an hour and a half when they were all done I asked him if they filled up the window cleaner solution the man said sure did had to pay extra because he said it needed a half a quart of oil then they usually give it I got home went out the next day went to clean my windows with the windows solution they did not put it in went back the very next time was told there were two cars in front of me will not be going back there

During my recent visit at Jiffy Lub, It was a torrential rainstorm, typical day in FL. this time of year. The bay doors remained wide-open. When I asked the technician why he said corporate wanted that way. They want people to know that we are open. I just can't believe that corporate wants these guys to work in the pouring rain. There was at least 4 inches of water in the basement when they went to drain the oil. I'm sorry, but this was a little over the top. A simple drain in the basement. What does that cost to corporation? ALL 3 employees were soaking wet and yet they still work tirelessly on my car. That really disappointed me that the corporation doesn't really care about it's employees. This team of guys are dedicated, easy to get along with and got the job done. They even went to an auto parts store 2 doors away to get the right filters that they didn't have in stock. Closing the door so that the workers stay dry during the torrential downpour for a half hour is not going to make a difference to your bottom line. You know that and I know that. But will you really read THIS and if do DO YOU REALLY give a damn about your employees, Here's my phone number. Let me know if you give a dam.TEXT ME!!

My dad went for an oil change the other day and they didn t vacuum his car or wash the exterior windows (like advertised) . He didn t know that was supposed to be included until after he got home. Air filter says checked and given an OK . When he got home, the filter was beyond dirty - so he isn t sure about how they cleared it. They could improve their communication skills as a team by having the mechanic directly talk to the customer. This was not done on my dads visit.

Took my car in for oil change and asked why my brake light was on. They told me I need a new front and back brakes to the tune of about $1000. I took it to another shop and they told me my brakes are fine it was a sensor on my emergency brake! The employees there either wanted to take advantage of me because I was an older woman or they re just plain stupid! Either way, I will not return!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Well the first Jiffy Lube that I went to on Ridgewood Avenue in Daytona said they could do my front end work but then had to send me about a half hour away to another store that could do it very nervous long drive little pricey but the work got done

Their AC guy really knows what is he doing, and didn't try to rip me off. Flat rate to vacuum and recharge which was all I wanted because someone else had screwed it up by adding a can themselves.

Never again, charged me for what I didn't want. Then told me how worn down my brakes were and how they could do the brakes for just $399-. When I did my brakes myself there was plenty of material on those pads.

I visited this Jiffy Lube yesterday oil change and rotation. I run Royal Purple oil in my truck. First off I asked if they carry that oil and the guy had never heard of it (red flag one). I asked if I could provide my own and was told yes. I went next door and purchased it. Brought it back and was told rotation could not happen today but oil change yes. The guy brings out my dipstick and tells me I need some oil system cleaning. I informed him the oil is purple and looks A-Okay as it was. All said and done I was charged $52 for an oil change that I purchased the oil for. I asked why so much and was told "idunno maybe the filter bumped it up". I told him if that price included conventional oil I would like to take the oil home. He said it did not and that is just the price. The receipt does not tell you what your charged for. Friendly, easy to use; in & out, great service. UPDATE: I'm , have a modified van & there's no way I can put air in my own tires anymore. I just went & asked if I could pay them to fill my tires. They did it for free, right then & there, with a smile.They're always extremely friendly & professional. Thanks again guys!

A+ service! Just stopped in for an oil change, was told I should rotate my tires and showed me why! I appreciate that they showed me rather than blindly trying to upsell me something. During the rotation, Dave the mechanic, did a free brake inspection and noticed my front brakes were very bad. Although I didn't have the money to replace them at that time, I will be back to have them done. I'm very impressed with Justin and Dave! No pressure at all, just "Hey, you need to be informed of your vehicles condition". I really appreciate that. No one showed up to open the business until 8:45. A nice man explained a scheduling problem. I waited... It said they filled the ties to 35. they were 33 and 32 as I left. It said they washed all of the windows but none were washed. It said they filled the windshield washer, but it was not filled. I will not return. I did have 100% oil. The man I dealt with was courteous. I was the only customer there. The other waiting person left.Service: Oil change

Had a great experience with the crew and District Manager Mike. After talking with him about some minor issues in the past, Mike informed me that they have completely revamped their staff with all new management and crew. I must say the new staff was amazing. They completely took care of the minor issues and worked hard and fast to make everything right immediately. If this is an indicator of where they are heading as a company, I applaud them and recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change or minor work on their vehicle. Thank you guys for all the hard work and allowing my day to get quickly back on track. 5 star treatment all the way around.

Rudy and the team are always helpful. I just needed air in my tires today. I was in and out in 2 minutes, and they didn't even charge me. I would give 5 stars, but staff are not wearing masks at this time (during the delta variant surge). Otherwise, I'm a regular and get my oil changes here as needed.

It's unusual to be greated by happy guys that obviously love their job. They were fast they were considerate they were knowledgeable. What more could I ask for what a great team we have at Jiffy Lube in Edgewater. Ill be back. Ive been coming here for years. Always exceptional service.

Went to get a nail out of my tire and get it patched, they said it was fixed and they didn't even take the nail out. Just refilled the tire and charged 40 bucks. Went back to have them fix it because the tire went flat the next day and they said it wasn't there when they fixed it and would have to pay another 40. Absolutely a scamService: TiresService: Tires

I would give them a negative star if I could. In fact you have to give one to post. This place is a complete racket. I called to get estimate for oil change. When they charged $12. More they said I asked for synthetic blend and I had not because I had never heard of that. Then I had a 20 dollar coupon for synthetic oil change which they said they would honor. While changing my oil they came to me and said I needed engine air filter. It did not really look that bad . I asked price he said 30$ but on sale this month for half price.So I reluctantly said go ahead. When it gets to invoice time it was way over what I expected . That is when they told me I got wrong quote for oil change over phone .I then asked what they charged for the engine air filter and they said $29.95 and I said no the guy told me half price. They keep adjusting my invoice all around and tell me the engine air filter full price because I have coupon for oil change. Asked where the man was that told me the price of filter, and what I can only guess was the manager or someone from corporate because I had been informed that someone from corporate was there so they had to make sure they pointed everything out to me. Told me the service guy was gone. Then he said he was on break upstairs and he would not disturb him. I held my ground and the man had the nerve to ask me If I had nothing better to do? What a MORON. . Really I just wanted to punch the jerk !! They messed with my invoice like a used car dealer. 4 different redos and none ever really satisfied me. So I ended up paying $104. for a synthetic oil change and an engine air filter. The first invoice $140. Their bait and switch is unbelievable. So if you go there just go ahead and back up and bend over and smile. I left with my day completely ruined. And please don t suggest I call corporate because I will and the BBB and the Hometown News.Service: Oil change

This is quite simply the best place to have your vehicle serviced in the entire region. Somehow, Jiffy Lube has captured magic in a bottle with Tony and the crew there.
