I gotta say, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a shop. They were exceptionally fast in getting me in, and wasted no time fixing my issue. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Very Honest and Friendly staff! I'll be coming back again. This company deserves 10 stars! Thank you Florida Shores Truck Center!

Got a flat making a delivery in the area. Searched for truck repair, they were 10 minutes away. Took care of my flat immediately with no charge. Awesome place and people, my tech was Chad, thank you very much !!

Looked like they had good reviews so came in here to do a DPF filters cleaning. They said it will be done in couple of days and estimated 1500 for everything. It took them more then a week to do that. They wanted to charge me 16 hour job for it and it is way way over the estimate.They did a terrible job. They broke the fairing in 6 places where the bolts are when taking it apart. They said they will glue it and fix it but they never did.They didn t replace the leaking seal that they said they replaced it, lied about it. Missing bolts on dpf assembly. Left the connectors and wires just hanging there touching the dpf system, which melted the 2 connectors and wires causing bunch of issues, left me stranded on the side of the road. Terrible service.

Great staff, get the job done. Will work on anything with a motor. Big trucks , motorhomes, work trucks. Huge parts department most parts in stock. Reasonably priced service . Storage as well. See Al # 1

This place is a five star All-Star experience.From the amazing professional customer service to the excellent equipment they sell. Jason was knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to the end, he took his time to explain everything in detail if you're a first time buyer financer I definitely recommend this place. Will buy more equipment from this place.

Truly appreciate these guys , had a blowout on the trailer on 95 they came out right away replaced my tire and got me on the road again . Would recommend to anyone in the edgewater are

Awesome people. Wish this shop was close to my house because I would let them fix my truck exclusively. Fixing issues that KW never told me about or wouldn't address. I recommend this shop for any owner operator. Chris, the shop forman, awesome guy. Been very friendly and helpful.

I've been using this shop for all my bigger repairs for over 11 years... last week, I was about 25 miles away and my alternator seized up, putting me on the shoulder of I-4. They didn't have anyone available for a road service call, but they handed a new alternator over to my brother-in-law who ran it out to me for a quick roadside fix. Not a lot of places would do that. These guys have ALWAYS treated us like family.

Ordered online on a weekend, Brad sent me confirmation first thing Monday morning as well as answered all my follow up questions, my purchase got here super fast, it was everything I expected it be.It s refreshing nowadays to experience great customer service, I will be a returning customer. These guys are the best. Had a rear air bag fail on my Diesel pusher they let me stay the night there and had 2 new airbags in the morning. The mechanic who worked on it was super accommodating made sure we were fine and had everything we needed.

very fast efficient professional service. better communication needed between store staff and office staff. we paid for our bill with office staff, as instructed and received paid receipt back - yet the next day the store called my company to say the bill was not paid : /

Brandon found and fixed my problem quickly. The price was fair and I highly recommend them if you're travelling through this area of Florida and need any type of repair for your truck, trailer, or RV.

I was in the market for a used dry van trailer and had a difficult time trying to get the salesman to get back with me, when he did text me or return my voicemail he could never actually help me. Units I asked about online would be sold and I would be instructed that more are to arrive and I never get a call then when I call back they're all sold again. I was just trying to write a check for a trailer and this company seemed allergic to it. So then I was suggested a different modelAt a different price point and asked to have an invoice put together and had to wait all day go get it. The price mysteriously jumped up 695$ even when I sent him a screenshot of him telling me the original price which was significantly cheaper.. blown away these people are still in business. Definitely not from sales.

They tried to tell us that our transmission was bad, and it needed a new one, estimate was 15.000$. Driver picked up the truck, everything was working fine, transmission shifted in every gear. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they will scam you. Liars

We came in here on Monday with a tire ready to fall off our class A. We were able to stay here in our rv all week while they worked on it. We had 6 new tires put on, new brakes, calipers etc. New batteries. They constantly worked on our rv with excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend this place. Been dealing with them for over 14 years now still going for the service and even better people. If they don't have it they are willing to get it there for you. I rolled in a little late on work day and still took care of my issues to get my company back on the road. Ty

We are a local painting company took our box truck to be fixed at this company by recommendation. LET ME JUST SAY I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. The owner is downright unprofessional and his team, although polite has no idea what they are doing. His company installed the wrong drums for a roll up door and drilled holes into them to rig the door rather than fix it correctly. After 3 trips back to the place, and $562.00 later in the span of 2 weeks the door was never fixed properly. While on another job (still with the broken door) a customer was having their garage door fixed by Knights Garage Doors. The gentleman (Steve) was able to fix the door with no issues for ONLY $225.00! PLEASE TELL ME HOW ONE COMPANY COULD DO THE JOB CORRECTLY FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE????? Upon removing the WRONG parts installed by Florida Shores Truck center they were so mangled from the way they'd been "installed" they had to be thrown away. I tried to speak with Ed about the issues and he is completely unreasonable, he blames us for his lack of follow through and teams lack of knowledge and refuses to refund the money paid for something that was NEVER fixed. Instead he insulted the company who was able to fix the door correctly! The owner of Florida Shores Truck Center Ed is a an inept crook and a money hungry jerk. He should not own a company, and wouldn't even be suitable working in a morgue. He is awful and refuses to admit when his company makes a mistake. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! HIRE KNIGHTS INSTEAD! We will be contacting the bank to retrieve all funds paid!

Stopped here to see about getting our trailer tire fixed. We're on our way back to Georgia from Florida so it was a pretty immediate need. The guy we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. Told us that he didn't know what was wrong but that it would take all day to fix it and there was no way he could do it today. When we thanked him and told him we'd try somewhere else, he tried to dissuade us from doing that, saying that no one else would be able to fix it this late in the day and we could just leave the trailer and he'd see about doing it tomorrow. Luckily he was wrong about no one else helping us AND wrong about how big of a fix it was. Maybe we caught him on an off day but it certainly wasn't helpful or friendly service.

This truck center is absolutely amazing!!! Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and polite. I couldn t think of another place to take any of my vehicles to have any work done! Highly recommend this place for any of you trucks needs! Thank you Florida shores truck center!!!

I just bought an RV that had been sitting for a while and the brakes locked up I call Florida shores the guy told me to bring it in they gave me a ride to my hotel and not only that they stopped on the way pick up my scooter that had a flat tire and dropped it at the repair shop for me I'm sure they'll start on my vehicle today but as far as I can tell right now this is a great place

I have a prevost bus. No problem series 60 engine got checked out fixed and out in no time. And I wasn't overcharge. Very fair. I'll be coming back

Good quality service for RV' and trucks. I work for the Volusia County Schools, and they did the alignment and work in the front end suspension. I can't complain, great service.
