A+ Knowledgeable Service w/ Smiles and Great Personalities!The team at this Auto Zone was cheerful and welcoming from the moment I walked in the store.Specifically though, I'd like to thank one of the managers who was very patient, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered my questions and explained things in a way that made it easy to understand.Hey Kurt! Thank you so much for helping me with the battery troubles I was experiencing. I really appreciate you; if it were up to me...I'd reward you with an extra paid day off! Wait, what am I saying...that would mean you might not be there to help someone else like you helped me. Scratch that idea and make him work an extra day (with double the pay). :-)

Had a very good experience. Got a middle of the road battery at a decent price and had it installed and I was on my way in 15 minutes. What's not to like. The installer, think his name was Ken, was very pleasant and explained what he was doing in testing and installing the new battery. Kudos! Oh yeah, and it was a nice fresh battery made in July of this year. The other Auto Place tried to sell me a 17-month-old battery for my other car last month and told me that they could sell them up to 18 months after manufacture! Not at AutoZone!!

AutoZone employees at this location are always very helpful and knowledgeable and fair. Even though I usually only have to go in there when I m having issues with my vehicle they are so kind. They always put a smile on my face.

Great place when the normal people are working. One guy there has given my family and I nasty attitude and been rude every time we go there. Because of him I went elsewhere a few times.

I was stranded in my driveway with a dead battery. When I called my Roadside Service, they told me my policy had expired three weeks ago that I ve had since I ve owned the car. So I was stranded with no one to call. I called Auto Zone. Oscar came out and jumped my car so I could get to the store to replace my battery. I was so amazed by this personalized service, the entire staff were so kind and helpful. I will use them exclusively from now on

Scott was absolutely AMAZING and helped me by replacing both of my headlights for me in minutes!! Highly recommend this auto zone and their employees and very very happy with my visit!

I came in and needed to know why some error codes were going off on my dashboard. I went inside and was kindly greeted by Ben, i explained the situation, he came right out with me and plugged up my car and showed me the error codes popping up right away. He was fast, professional and helped me confirm what I already thought the issue was. In the end it helped me out a lot and saved me time and money, I definitely appreciate that level of customer service. This location is lucky to have him. Thanks again Ben!

I work at CVS and my battery died. Oscar was very knowledgeable and had me change my battery on my key fob first to make sure that works. When I did not work, he gave me a jumpstart pack to run it over to CVS to get my car starting and then told me to drive my car back and he would put a battery in for me. What a blessing I can t make him enough They have a great staff and wonderful customer service. I would recommend this place always

Went by today with some battery troubles. Instead of taking advantage and selling anything possible to a young girl who knows nothing about cars, I had a great experience and got all the help I needed and more. I didn t get his name, but big thank you to the tall, tan, dark / gray haired gentleman who helped me so much today. Will definitely be back next time!

I was looking for some performance parts for my BMW and Oscar was the person to help me. He was thoroughly assessing what I needed for upgrading my turbos. He wasn't able to get me the part through AutoZone. Found parts online and ordered for me delivered to my house. After getting this type of service , there is no doubt that autozone is my first stop every time. Friendly peopleI have been very weary of shopping here in the past And now i'm confident that the people here are for me.

I went in today and spoke with Scott and Gary. I blow my house on my motorcycle and they went in the back found me the exact piece I needed. Super helpful and I am very grateful. I'm now a huge fan and permanented customer here because of how they helped me

Hats off to Oscar at AutoZone! I stopped by to see if Auto Zone had a compressor for use to fill my tires. They do not, but Oscar (new manager) overheard my conversation w/the customer service rep and quickly came to me and said "I have a compressor in my car, I'll help you". He filled both my front tires that were really low on air. He was professional, courteous and went above and beyond! Thank you Oscar, for being so customer focused! Next time we need anything auto-parts related, we will definitely be back to AutoZone Edgewater!

It s a good place to go , however this place has one older overweight Stupid guy with the long braided hair down his back- who is arrogant and defensive which is a bad combination for someone working customer service and I find his attitude and rudeness appalling. Plus the old lady is always hiding at the far end of the counter trying not to be noticed. In fact, you could stand there for quite some time trying to get her attention and she will not bother to assist you.

This review is for John (the manager).I want to thank you for your patience and kindness. I went to Edgewater AutoZone to see why my check engine light was on, I had two children with me and John came over to assist me. After he helped me with the engine light I asked about cleaning spray for my windows because I had some sticky residue I could not get off and I had just paid $60 for someone to detail my car and they didn t even attempt to get the residue off! John took the time to get the residue off himself in the blasting heat. He was very helpful and I appreciated his kindness. I told my husband about John helping and my husband also said he s a very sweet man! We need more people like John in this world

I have literally spent thousands in this store and they are very fast at getting needed parts,I don t even bother checking other auto stores anymore,but the person the was the most helpful to me and my hard to find parts was the manager John.I can t believe he s gone, He was also extremely helpful in training new employees .when he left you lost a gem ,good luck finding such a talanted manager like that.I have had two bad experiences in there already,think I will try somewhere else

I had excellent experience at this AutoZone in Edgewater florida. they hooked my car up to that code reader that tells you why a light is on in your car and they help me get a light bulb for my headlight.

Very helpful with my weird questions about spray paints. Then didn't even buy any paint but they were very helpful and they didn't look at me like I was nuts when I said" I guess I'll just use zip ties insted" lol

John was so helpful and knowledgeable! He did a great job of explaining the different battery options we had. He was so helpful when we called with questions about installing the battery (offered to help install it as well) and when we brought the core back he even took the time to test our alternator and starter! Even though we showed up right at closing time, we received the best customer service we've ever had. You've won a customer for life!

John is great! He spent time explaining different products after explaining and installing my windshield wipers. Even made sure I was pleased with them before I left. Crazy good service and it was slow. I know this can't always be done based on amount of customers in store; however, what a pleasant surprise. Kudos... Keep it up staff!

Great people and great service. Both vehicles needed new batteries. All the service agents were knowledgeable, respectful, and more than willing to get the right batteries and install them for us. We are new to the area and because of them and the kindness with which we were treated this is the Auto parts store for us. They build trust with their customers and you can't get better than that. A special thanks to Peter and another Service agent for all of the assistance.

I have never had a problem with this location, actually it's one of the best AutoZone I've been helped. Everyone is very nice, there's one employee named Jon that has went above and beyond to help me with not only finding what I need but making sure I understand what I'm buying and how to use it. For example, the multi meter I purchased, Jon made sure I knew how to use it. Jon has helped me find confidence within myself to continue working on my own vehicle, probably without even knowing it too. The store is always clean, organized and friendly every time I'm there, unlike other location's I've been to in the states. I fully recommend this location without a concern!!! If they don't have it in-stock they have always been able to get it same day (if your in early enough) or next day. I'm not always giving out 5 stars due to my traveling I've seen there is a huge difference between 4 star and 5 star, but this location definitely deserves to get recognized for they presents of the store and staff!!! Jon deserves to get recognized for his amazing work ethics too! You won't be sorry if you decide to visit this location!!!

What an amazing group of people here, we broke down and they helped us not only fix the problem to get us home but also worried about and helped us cool down our fur babies, offering them cold water and ac. John went the extra mile to fix our problem was very sweet, professional and had a big smile the whole time. He was a pleasure to be around and helped us tremendously. Thank you to John and all the staff here and keep up the great work.

Helpful staff. RESPECT the customer!!!Oscar at the Edgewater AutoZone is the man I stopped in the NSB AutoZone last night and they sold me a plug for my trailer lights they said just plug it in. No it's a whole new assembly Oscar came out there today and installed it for me. THANK YOU VERY MUCH EDGEWATER AUTOZONE FOR HAVING THE RIGHT ASSOCIATES!!!

Went to buy a Titan lug nut socket 17mm. It was $27.99 in the store and on their own website it was $14.99. What gives Autozone. I ended up buying it on Amazon for $9.25.
