After calling around and trying to find someone to work on my 2024 Kawasaki Zx6r, I was running out of hope. I figured it wouldn't be hard at all to find someone to install a full exhaust system on these type of bikes. To my surprise, I was wrong. Luckily, another big company in the area referred me over to Cross Road Cycles. I don't know much about David, other than that he seems to be a great, hard-working guy with 20 years under his belt and knows his stuff. Him and his wife appear to be the quintessential definition of a dynamic duo, in return providing exceptional customer service and accomplishing the task at hand. I couldn't be happier with the result of my full exhaust system install, nor the communication. I highly recommend Cross Road Cycles to anyone who needs a wide variety of things done on their bikes!I would lastly like to add that David is beyond fair in his pricing and that he clearly has no interest in ripping people off or winning one over on someone. Another company I contacted, a large well-known company in the area that I won't mention here, gave me an astronomically, laughable quote. All I can say is bring your bike here if you want a great mechanic, fair pricing, and outstanding communication.

David did an amazing job with my dual sport tire and sprocket change. Got me in day after I called and had my bike ready by early afternoon the same day I dropped it. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommend to anyone.

I just wanted to share my experience with David at Cross Road Cycles. He is the best motorcycle mechanic I have ever met. He fixed my bike in no time and charged me a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional and honest. He explained everything he did and gave me some useful tips on how to maintain my bike. You will not find a most honest mechanic out there. Not only that David has fair prices, but he is also very skilled in his trade. Fast turnaround. David and Melissa are awesome hardworking folks. Highly recommended.

This shop was strongly suggested to me by folks at Panama City Beach Harley Davidson, and a neighbor for my Honda Shadow. I gave them a try and I was blown away by the level of expertise, quality, professionalism, attention to detail!My bike is running BETTER than the day I got it from the factory!Dave found items that needed attention and took care of them! While in this area, my wife's 2013 Sportster with a sidecar needed some work. Took in for full workup, as well as changing out the rear tire. There were some slight... issues that I hadn't mentioned (some I didn't even know about), that David found, corrected some and asked me about others. Bolts rubbing on tires (from something dumb I had done), loose pipe shields, etc. David took care of all of this and more, at a lower cost than Harley would've charged me, for sure. And the bike had received a thorough wash, too! I was so happy with his work left my own bike with him for brake issues. He promptly pointed out that my fork oil was leaking, too, which I hadn't even noticed! Not your average mechanic, true to his word, extremely honest and fair, turned out my bike that didn t have any problems had more than I thought and Dave helped me find them, fix them, and he taught me a lot about my bike, he even picked up my bike for me because I wasn t able to get it to the shop. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Hands down the most honest mechanic I have met and he definitely knows what he is doing. Will go out of his way to make sure his customers get their bike there even if they cant. Extremely quick turn around time and amazing prices. If you want it done right and not have to return then bring your bikes to him. David goes beyond and out of his way to make the work is property done. But he's upfront about the time it make take due to tracking parts for import bike ect. I will be writing a full Review when Southern Softy is under me... BTW Melissa @ Cross Roads named her. And it fits '...' can't wait to show her off . David and Melissa are awesome people I was on my way to Cross Roads on 2/18/2024 for an oil change when she started running on 1 cylinder and David came to my rescue she had quite a few issues.
