If you re in the market for a new boat, I highly recommend you visit Sunrise Marine. They have a great staff- Kristen, Steve and Richard. Kristen is really knowledgeable about their boating lines and products and provided real-time experience and assistance in helping us determine the boat for our needs. Kristen and Steve were awesome in helping set up my trade-in and our new boat delivery. All at a competitive price. I was also afforded time with Richard their hands technician covering all aspects of initial break-in and maintenance scheduling. All in, the Sunrise Marine team made it fun again to go out and buy the boat we wanted. The entire experience was seamless and the best I ve experienced in 40+ years of boating.

Good people to handle your repower. The boat was rigged right. Strictly turn key and have fun. No problems. Richard does a good job of showing new motor and explaining operation and maintenance. So nice. Should have gone 4 stroke years ago.

I have not only owned boats for 35 years, I also ran boats everyday for a living for a number of years. Sunrise has been servicing my boat for at least 6 years now. They are honest, trustworthy and reputable. I have always had a good experience with their service department and will always be a customer..UPDATE..I had my boat in for an electrical issue. Steve and crew found the problem and fixed it..ALWAYS happy with their service and professional workLarry Dixon

I ordered a new Yamaha 25 high thrust from Sunrise to repower our sailboat(Gemini cat).I chose to order from Sunrise due to their proximity to the boat. What a great decision that was. The experience was fantastic start to finish. Exceptional customer service and a great team of experts at this family run business. Richard, Ron, Cindy, Steve and Kristen were wonderful to work with. I recommend them highly. And I never write reviews so consider this the ultimate recommendation. Thanks, Sunrise! We're motoring toward Jacksonville now and the new Yamaha is purring along, pushing the boat well and sipping fuel.

Very nice folks at Sunrise! I boat my then new Hurricane SD 220 in 2015. Involved a trade in. The entire transaction was smooth, fair and fully explained. These folks are great when it comes to any warranty claims or parts needs. They always seem to be able to make time to make you feel like an important customer years after the sale. Most places seem to forget who you are and could care less what you need after the sale. A very nice bunch of knowledgeable folks with a business that makes you feel like part of their family.

I highly recommend going here for any of your marine needs. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences each time I've went. Wether it's to have my motor serviced or buy parts. Recently went in for some minor info I needed on my boat motor. The shop just up the road wanted $65 to send me the info. I came here and less then 5 minutes I had the information and wasn't charged at all. This is why they'll always have my business and recommendation.

I bought a used Sea Hunt boat from Sunrise Marine. I live over a hundred miles from East Palatka, but I saw this particular boat on line and became very interested. They did a great job describing the condition of the boat and working with me over the phone. They serviced the engine and went over the boat to make sure everything else was in working condition. Even after I purchased the boat, they continued providing a level of service that is rare these days. I see why they have been in business as long as they have. Good customer service brings people back.

I ordered a 90 hp Yamaha outboard to re-power my family s pontoon boat. Kristin answered the phone in 2 rings and treated me like family. She set me up with Richard who put the boat together the way he would as a 30 year sailor and powerboat veteran. What more could I ask for? In the midst of Covid they took care of me like family all in the spirit of enjoying the water. Thank you Sunrise Marine you have a customer for life.

I purchased a Great Boat from Ronnie. He and his wife took very good care of my Wife and I while we were going through the transaction. Richard did a thorough check out with us explaining everything we needed to know about the new Yamaha and Boat. They even did some extras for us that we didn't expect. We got it on the water Saturday and Sunday and are half way through the break in. I am glad I found this dealership. Love the new boat & motor.

The folks at Sunrise will make you feel like family. I purchased our families first boat and The Family of Sunrise made it Easy. Service department team knows what they are doing and what they are talking about when educating customers about there equipment. I recently purchase a new boat unfortunate not from Sunrise and they are servicing it for us. It s worth the ride to me to be surrounded and taken care of by Family . Thanks you Sunrise for being Awesome!!!

We took our boat to them 3 and a half months ago for seat repairs and a small gel coat repair. After 3 weeks of it being there, we heard nothing. We called, 2 or 3 times, nothing. Finally got a hold of them, they never started anything. The owner , Steve said they forgot about our boat and nothing was in the computer system about it. We gave them another chance, the owner said they are starting it next week ( After 4 weeks of being there) He promised the following week, the repairs will be started. He said it will take a few weeks. 8 weeks later, the owner called and said we have a problem, we are having a hard time getting the seats fixed but they are working on the gel coat right now. Week 10, we said we are getting it Friday, done or not. Friday morning, he called and asked can you come the following Week, they got all the stuff and the seat will be done this weekend. Long story, picked it up today, 3 and a half months later, nothing was done, full of mold. I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anybody.

I purchased my 2nd Boat - Motor from Ronnie. Everyone there has been excellent to work with. Ronnie and Cindy make it easy to purchase and are always there if I have a question. Steve and Richard in Service know their stuff and take care of me like family. I would not buy a boat anywhere else. Thank you to all of you!

I stopped by the dealer to grab some parts and met Steve. I let him know about the issue I was having my cracks in the hull of my boat. He asked that I bring it by so he can take a look. I took the boat and he thought it was definitely a warranty claim with Nautic Star. He got involved with the manufacturer, took pics and sent them to be reviewed. I had tried this with the dealer I purchased the boat with and they basically said they couldn t help. Steve went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this place.

Best buying experience I have ever had. Traded in our last boat and the experienced staff educated us on best practices caring for a boat. The sale took a week or so and all the interactions were friendly, pleasant and professional. I will drive the hour and a half for service and buy from them again

Tried to get a part all over NE Florida for my boat, was told twice it was on the way.. months . One call to Sunrise Marine and in 5/6 days had them in hand, sent to my home! It s hard to find professionalism and great customer service Sunrise Marine has it!! Thanks again Mrs Cindy

Ordered a Hurricane SD187 with a Yamaha 150 OB. The sales and service are great. The staff begin to treat you like a family member so all experiences at the store are very positive. I travel from High Springs to Palatka to have any maintenance or work done on the boat done by this shop.

I reached out to this dealership as they were listed on Hurricane's wesbite as my local dealer to go to for parts needed. I contacted Steve and sent over a very descriptive e-mail with photos and HULL id on August 15th. It is now October and I've never heard one word back about the parts! Do not go to this dealership if you need parts for your hurricane!

I was disappointed with their work, and mainly their follow through. Much of the work requested was not done till we arrived, which was irritating since they have had the boat for over 5 months, waiting on some boat accessories, and we drove 50 miles there. They need to improve their work on the details. Workers were friendly, but only said they either forgot or didn't know what happened. Thanks for asking.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I like how the owners get involved with customers as well. They even remember my name. What I have bought previously and know exactly what I need when I have a question. Very rare these days in any business!

I bought a new outboard motor there. The owner work hard to fi d me one. Even though no one had any due to covid he went all the way and found me one. Great place for service and purchase of any marine products. I a customer for life...

I bought my Hurricane at another closer dealer and quickly learned that I should have made the trip to Palatka. These folks treat me like I did buy my boat here. Excellent, very friendly service. My next boat comes from here.
