5 stars all the way around at this place! All the way from shaking the owners hand, from the sales department and the technicians out back! All of then were willing to go the extra mile even though they didn't have to and make everything best as possible purchasing and servicing a new boat. Highly recommend and it's worth a long drive in my opinion!!!!

The crew at Big Boy Play Toys was awesome! Chris in sales was very knowledgeable about the boat we purchased and offered some great advice. Melissa, Jason and the rest of the crew were also great to work with. All of our questions were answered and the staff was very accommodating while waiting to get the boat rigged out. I would highly recommend Big Boys for anyone looking for a new or used both in NE Florida.

We recently had our boat troubleshot and repaired at Big Boys Play Toys. The staff was very professional, informative, and friendly. The team got everything done in a timely manner and the boat runs like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks guys !

I went into this office looking for a fuel filter. Justin assured that he would order my part and it would be available to me the next morning and that he would call me when it arrived at his shop. I never received a call back. I have called multiple times since then. I left a message and even though they say on thier massaging service that the day will not pass without a return call, I didn't get a call back. Not sure that this is good business. It's been 4 days now with no contact back from this place. Not impressed.

Without a doubt, the Best place to buy a boat , Re-power your boat or get your boat worked on. You re in good hands ; They will treat your boat as if it were their own. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable , honest ,helpful ; I just can t say enough about them to do my experience justice . When I brought my boat there, it was just a shell . I had just redid the transom and had painted. They re-powered it put all new electronics and accessories on it and put my boat together .Special Thanks to Rodney and all of his staff for all they did. They helped us with suggestions on what accessories to add to the boat and where best to place them. After they were finished, they cleaned the boat and gave it back to us, immaculately clean .We are so Happy with our boat. Thank you Rodney and all of your staff. Y all are all Awesome.

We purchased a Tidewater 320CC custom from Rodney. He was great. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. No games and professional. He even delivered the boat to us to save us a 3.5 hour drive. Thanks for the great boat and amazing customer service.

Liars, my boat has not set for years, we use it every weekend, weather permitted, just trying to make your worthless business look good .Charged $ 81 to adjust Carburetors, 2016 Mercury has fuel injectors.Liars, Crooks. What was suppose to cost less than $500, cost over $1700 and 3 trips back and forth.. Would not take my john boat back there. Customer service sucks.

I went to Big Boys Play Toys to buy my first Honda 4 stroke motor for my Key West 1520 and I ask for a motor closest to a 80hp like my boat was registered for and they informed me that a 75hp motor is to heavy for my boat and encouraged me to get a 60hp because of the weight difference between a 60 and a 75. The 75hp was more expensive of course so they chose to lose extra money to let me know it would be to heavy for my boat. I really appreciate theiir staff everyone was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience at Big Boys Play Toys with our salesman Chris, he was always very responsive and was knowledgeable whenever we had questions. Hunter also attended our sea trial and was able to show us all of the extra features of our new boat. Overall, we are very satisfied and excited to enjoy our new boat!

I recently purchased a 225 Honda Outboard motor from Big Boys Play Toys in Palatka, Florida and I can honestly say it was a delightful experience from the first call to leaving with the motor installed on the boat. Rodney, Melissa, and Jason were totally professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Covid presented issues that were beyond their control but they continued to keep us updated. I will do business with them and I will recommend others to them with marine issues. Thank you Big Boys.

The staff at Big Boys Play Toys were very helpful in the purchase of our new Viaggio pontoon. From Rodney and Jennipher the owners, Melissa the finance manager, Jason the technician that took us on our sea trial and Chris the sales manager, all were very welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Needed a few things for the new boat we were going to be pulling out of the water. They gave excellent recommendations and when they didn't have something they suggested multiple places to try to find exactly what we needed. Will definitely be returning.

We have a large twin engine boat with fairly new outboards. Getting any service currently is very difficult due to labor shortages. We pulled the boat almost two hours to Big Boys Play Toys and when we got there, we were greeted and guided where to drop the boat. A few minutes later we were inside and the service manager Kenny had filled out the paper work and we were on our way home. Just a few days later, I spoke with Kenny and he informed me that the parts were replaced under warranty and the boat was ready.In summary, fast, efficient, friendly service! Well worth the drive to see them. There are closer honda dealers ... but they are no where near close when it comes to running a professional business. Thank you to all that make it happen at Big Boys Play Toys!

I bought a 20 horsepower Honda from these people in 2015. We don't use it much and it probably only has about 50 hours on it. It started running rough recently and stalls at full throttle. I got tired of putting around slowly so I brought it in to be maintained and repaired. After a few weeks, they called me and said I needed to buy a new motor. They said a bug got into the cylinder and caused sand to score of the inside of the cylinder and reduce the compression. Seriously. They said it wasn't worth fixing. The motor runs, mind you. They would give me nothing for a trade in. $0. A new comparable motor, with tax, would be at least $4,000. When we picked up the motor to take it somewhere else, they charged me $60. I have no opinion of them, good or bad, as a retail entity, but I would not recommend using them as a repair facility except maybe for warranty work on a brand new motor and even then only if it was purchased at their store. Charging $60 to tell a customer that the motor you sold them has been rendered worthless by a bug is really lame. I wish they just told me that they didn't want to take the time to work on my motor. It would have been a lot more believable than telling me the cost of repairs would be equal to or greater than a $4,000 new motor.

I experienced excellent service at Big Boy s Play Toys! Jason was professional and courteous. He told me it would be a week turnover for my GPS installation and it only took two days! The estimate was within $13 of the final cost. Everything was done to my order and done well. I will be using them again soon when I upgrade my trolling motor. I would recommend their service department!

Excellent service on time with a full knowledge of their products along with taking the time to match your needs with the right product and then to fully explain how to get the most from them. Highly recommend as I have been a customer for many years. For proof I drive over 4 hours to take my boat to them as it is worth the difference.

I was delighted with their prompt and friendly service. I asked them to call me when they received shipment on a new Honda 2.3 motor, and they did. This is refreshing to be treated as a valued Customer, something you don't experience often these days.

Professional assistance. I have a Honda 150 hp outboard I am having problems with. I cannot afford to take it to them and have them fix it but I would if I could. I have called and spoke with several employees at different times and they have always been helpful and given great advice. Yesterday, I went to ask a mechanic some questions and happened to meet the owner. Even though he knew I was purchasing nothing and just trying to fix my motor myself instead of adding revenue to his business, he stopped what he was doing and explained(in writing) the entire system in question and the common failure points. This level of service has a guaranteed customer if I arrive at a repair I am unable to make myself and I will certainly purchase all of my parts from Big Boys form now on.Thank you

The service manager Ken Mancuso is a critical listener.He consistently gives you what you really want done to the boat not just what you think you want. In plain english He delivers above your expectation! He has a wisdom, his ego is not something he feeds. His desire is to meet your needs and exceed them. His prices the work where you got your money's worth.The mechanic Matthew Cone has a WORK ETHIC he does not short cut. He does it right!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable. Called about a part and the guy knew exactly what we were asking for right away. Made the drive from Jacksonville, and the guy(I wish we knew his name!) He even suggested a place for us to eat at! Very friendly and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Just bought my first boat. Mr. Rodney and his wife could not have been more helpful. Chase was great with the tutorial. I live 3 hrs away but would recommend them to my friends back home. It s worth the drive.
