The room was fine with two queens desk easy chair etc. The service however was disappointing because this happened: I was given a room on the second floor with only stairs available. I have a medical condition which makes it very hard for me particularly with luggage to go up two flights of stairs. I asked the front desk to change my room to the ground floor. There were plenty of rooms available. However they said they could not change my room since it was processed and paid for. This is poor customer service.

Well we're to start.... breakfast was nothing to write anything good about. Would be nice to have fresh foods. No working ice machines. Vending machine out dated. I saved worst for last. Thank God I work nights because I watch the cleaning lady take my do not disturb sign and put it on her cart and walk in the room. anytime I see something like this there can only have bad intentions. There was someone else in the room because we sleep days but if there was not I have no doubt that she was coming in to steal from us. Would not recommend to anyone I care about.

Was beyond impressed. An all around excellent hotel. Super clean inside and outside.Very comfortable pillowtop bed and the pillows were like new. The room had a very cozy and clean feeling I will definitely return next time I'm in the area

The room looked clean but smelled very musty. Ended up going out to buy a can of Lysol and Air Freshener. When we do the return trip, we still have the stuff. Won't stay there again.Rooms: Looked clean but smelled musty.

This hotel looks recently remodeled, we were a bit disappointed with coffee and breakfast options, since it was the weekend we expected more not a microwable egg burrito that really didn't look appetizing coffee was average for a Best Western.The cleaning staff were not too helpful. I would no stay there again.

We paid cash for a room with two beds because they said no singles were available. There was maybe ten cars in the parking lot total. We didn't get our cash deposit back for the room and it's the only reason we stayed here. Nothing was damaged or taken from the room but they never checked it. Although it's very nice and clean, some common courtesy for the hard working tax prayers here in Florida can go a long way for future reference. I'll never stay here again. We (my husband and I ) lost a $50.00 deposit.

The room I was checked in was not clean. You could see trash on the night stand and spiders and webs all on the wall. Alarm clock is packed with dirt and all other stuff. Look like it hasn't been cleaned for years. I was changed to a different room, which had someone else's socks still in there under the table and a used wash rag in the shower. The front desk agent was also in the room to see this. So basically the rooms are half cleaned. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Maybe the short staff could be a problem. But for the price the rooms needs to be cleaned better. The front desk staff was nice though. Just the rooms are not properly cleaned

Stayed overnight on a work trip. Upon seeing a roomy area for a hot breakfast, I was anticipating a good meal to start the day: Alas, BW does not make the most of their opportunity to serve guests an enjoyable meal. There are the basics: Cereal, pastries, grits, oranges, apples, waffles, and Jimmy Dean sandwiches were the offered fare. Bright points: The orange and apple juice is free of added sugar, and there is a delightful coffee machine!Room gets 4 stars due to LOUD AC and road noise. There was also a hideous, extremely bright blue light emanating from the microwave that I woke up to several times during the night.Rooms: Room was loud, but clean.Nearby activities: The nearby bridge is a great place to catch the sunset and an evening walk.

I didn't stay here just dropped someone off there. So I really can't rate them but from the look of it I wouldn't stay there.

Booked three rooms for family business meeting. We were the first to arrive and the desk clerk would not give us a key to get in our room. Called desk about pool hours. Closed. The next morning our hot breakfast turned out to be a microwavable egg and meat sandwich. Very few other things. No waffle irons. No orange juice. Dark room. Very disappointing.

My family and I evacuated to this hotel during hurricane Irma. Luckily they had a room available and we were not disappointed. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, got a great nights sleep. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Mike and his wife were very nice and professional. We didn't loose power until very late into Sunday evening Monday morning. Even without power they still provided a hot* breakfast, cold drinks, and smiles. I can't say enough good about our stay, we were truly blessed and are truly grateful. I hope to revisit this hotel in the future under better circumstances.

It was just what you would expect or hope for from a hotel that doesn t cost an arm and a leg. Still a little high. Clean,safe,friendly staff. Limited breakfast had more then I expected!Only complaints: the hot water was way to hot and hard to cool it down . The front door lock was falling off but we got it to work!

Perfect Place to get away. we had the Best Breakfast on our tours across 12 states. They have nice clean Pool and Spa. Enjoyed the hot water Spa. Room is Spacious and love the thick Mattress Pad.Rooms looks like newly renovated. Room smelled fresh when we checked in. And let me tell you They did check me in before the Check in time. I appreciate The staff for Doing that favor, because we had to attend some meetings and we would be running late for check in and did not want to carry our baggage with us.

This hotel is a great gem with a wonderful staff. My children and I rested well thanks to the wonderful beds and pillows. The decor was nice and clean. The bathroom area was nice, clean and spacious. The lobby and parking area was nicely kept as well. Last but not least, the WiFi and breakfast was great too. This will definitely be my place of choice to stay every time I visit this area.

It was okay.Rooms were clean and location was well maintained. But the AC in our room did not work. The refrigerator in our friends room was not working either.We asked for another room for the night but they said they were all booked up , which we have a hard time believing. Oh well. We went next door to Quality Inn & Suites and booked a room there.

I simply adore this hotel... it is within my hometown, however; sometimes I simply treat myself.. I love the solitude and being on the river.. I normally order crab legs from Publix for dinner and just sit out by the pool and enjoy my meal... sometimes...I just don't want to go home! And the continental breakfast is delicious.
