My 2022 Tacoma was hit by another vehicle not paying attention. We called A&E Auto Body to handle the repair and they informed me they will talk with the insurance company on my behalf to get what I need, which were OEM parts since the truck was only 9 months old. Brittany is definitely as asset in your office as she offers great service and gives answers. I spoke with Michael a few times and he showed me the truck's progress, which was nice to see. Overall, it took 7 weeks from accident to finish truck and needless to say, I am very pleased with the work A&E did. My truck looks brand new again!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

From beginning to end, the ladies in the office, Ashley in the shop ( the estimator) and the guys who did the work , all did an amazing and professional job, showing compassion and kindness about my particular situation! When I went to pick it up. I even spoke with the owner and he even had the guys clean up the car and it looked amazing!!!!! I could tell they spent time making it look like new again Hats off to A and E Body Shop for a job well done! Thank you so much!!!

Anytime we had A & E work on any of our cars it has been a great experience. They are working on one now and they are very attentive. Nothing but good praises for this company. They go out of their way to help. Thank you team for caring.

If I could give ZERO stars I Would!! Worst experience EVERRRR When it came to my cars auto repair after an accident I was involved in, that wasn't my fault. I was warned by a friend to check around my Windows/Window Trim for excess paint if I was getting part of my car painted... Sure enough when I got my car back it had paint splatters and whatever they used to clean it stripped off all the "polished black" all around my BLACK TRIM "Nightfall Package" on my car that was 1 year old at the time. When I brought it up to management/Owner they wanted to argue that it was "sun damage" however they take pictures of your car when you drop it off... and my car had none of this "sun damage" they were claiming it to be, even in their own photos that they took originally. My insurance provider told me if I was unhappy with the repairs that A & E had the responsibility of fixing my car back to its original condition and that they would include the new window trim in with my claim, however A & E refused to do the extra work stating that it is a known issue with my model car and I should take it up with the car dealership I bought it at since it is a known recall, "and they will fix it for free" eventhough my car did not have this issue when it was dropped off for repairs at their business. It's been a year since then and still waiting on the dealership to fix this "known recall" HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. Thanks for ruining my $60k Car.

I brought my car in to get fixed after it got sideswiped and it was finished in just two days! They did a wonderful job and were extremely friendly and professional. My door handles were also peeling from a bad paint job and they fixed those for me as well. My Hyundai looks brand spanking new thanks to them! Such a wonderful, family-owned business- I will never go elsewhere to get my car fixed.

Really good work im very impressed. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the time it took.. they told me a week and a half ended up being 3 weeks. If theyd been straight up with me and told me 3 weeks I wouldn t have cared. Other than that there work is really good.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Came to this place with damage on the drivers side to get fixed from an accident , only to pick up the car and have the PASSENGERS side mirror broken off. When I noticed 2 mins after leaving the rental at the location I came back to get answers, employee did not even apologize, did NOT get the rental back & he tried gluing it on and thought I d be ok with it. I told him I NEED it replaced as my mirror was not broken when I brought the car in. He said they d order it and call me when they got it in, which would take 1-2 days it s been 2 weeks and they haven t called once. Bring your car here only if you want it to leave with damage to it elsewhereService: Body & Trim

I'm extremely happy with their service and transparency. The owner or person in charge will explain you the problem until you understand. He is amazing. They fixed a hybrid Ford C Max. They take a bit longer than expected. Circumstances may vary. They are extremely busy. I recommend

I was in an accident several months ago. I went into A&E not very trusting of the process. Everyone was friendly and informative. My car was fixed and good as new.

I called three times, went in three times. The three times I called to see if I could get a quote for a repair the person told me to come in between 7:30-11 or after 2:00. The times I called the person wasn t in. The third call they said he would be in on Thursday. I went in at 7:30 Thursday and Friday. I was told the person wasn t there at all one day and then told the next time he wasn t in until later. No big deal. I went back today at 9:40. I walked in (in a good mood) gave the dog a pet, and this RUDE girl asked me what I needed. No smile, no greeting, nothing. So I said I needed to get a quote. She didn t even look up she said in a rude way, well do you have an appointment? Super snotty. I explained that I had been in and had also called and was told they didn t do appointments for quotes to just come in a window of time and I d be seen. She rolled her eyes and said well you need an appointment never looked at me, said to the girls working the front to check his schedule. He had an opening at 10 but she was so freaking rude there was no way I was staying for it. I said okay thanks and turned to leave. She says to me WITH AN ATTITUDE so you don t want to be seen at 10 . I just said nope and left. My 12 year old son looked at me when we walked out and said what is her problem? Why was she so rude for no reason I told him she must be having a bad day. From her demeanor Id say it s a personality trait, but who knows. It was ridiculous. I wasn t even upset about needing an appointment, and would have happily made one if she wasn t so nasty. I don t understand people these days.

I took my car in on 1 June they said it would be ready on 10 June. It was ready on 6 June. I had bodywork from a collision. My car is absolutely perfect now! I am 110% satisfied! I m so happy! Definitely recommend them doing work for you! I am nervous leaving my car. But everything was absolutely perfect here! Thank you thank you thank you!Service: Body & Trim

THEY STOLE MONEY I HAD IN MY CAR.They took a week fix my car. When I called them on the last day to get an update about it they said no one was there to check and they would call me back. While I was waiting for the call, I ended up driving past them on my way home from work and saw them working on my car. I didn t get a call back until about 4 hours later. Saying it was done. I feel like they could ve had it done sooner and didn t start putting the parts in until I called them.I go to pick it up and I start checking to make sure all of my things were in there before I leave and that s when I noticed the money I had in the glove compartment had been stolen. I immediately go to the front desk and said hey I had some money in my glove box and now it s missing. The lady at the front desk left to go talk to someone andcame back and said Uhhh there is no manger here at the moment. They should be here within the hour. You can wait if you want. Then they magically one showed up as we were having this conversation. No one apologized about the money and all they said was they can give it back. Very unprofessional. I can t believe they didn t say anything about it. It s like they were expecting me to not notice that it was missing. I don t recommend this place unless you want them going through your things and stealing from you.

I went to get a estimate on my car someone hit my car the day before and I can t open my door from the outside I talked to a representative who didn t even look at the inside of the door to hear me out before he stated We don t want your service and proceeded to walk away. For reference I am a person of color who is active duty military it s a 2020 Nissan.

Had my Jeep hinges fixed from corroding, was told my Jeep was in paint when I called, around the time I was supposed to pick up. I rode by there and it was in the back fence, so I asked to get photos of the work they did they came up with another lie so I told them I was on my way to pick it up, they hurried up and took it in and started working on it, so finally got my Jeep back after 3 weeks (only supposed to took a week and a half) and I have a big thumb print in my hood. So aggravated with this place.

I didn't appreciate the way the estimator handled an appointment I had made to get an estimate.We need some body work on our truck, out of pocket. Called and made an appointment for an estimate and advised at that time it would be out of pocket. Got to the shop before the scheduled time. The estimator finally came out and just walked by me heading to the truck and didn't say much till we got to the truck. I explained what the issue was and he jumped in the bed looked at the cab for 2 seconds and hopped down said nope not me. I asked what that meant and he said it meant he wasn't going to do it and didn't need to. He then started into how he is an authorized insurance repair facility and has 50+ insurance claim vehicles a week. I asked if it was a big job and he said no pretty easy and inexpensive (grad scheme of things) just not something he had to do.I just felt it was a waste of my time if they aren't doing out of pocket work why schedule the appointment for me to come there and be treated that way. At the end he did give a name and number for another facility.

I had my car towed to them after an auto accident. The front passenger tire was flat hence why it needed to be towed. Once my car was repaired , I noticed they didn t replace the tire. I called and asked what they did to the tire and they said nothing that it was perfectly fine. After explaining that my car was TOWED to them because of it not being drivable, they put me on hold. A man answered and said the tow service must have put air in it because all 4 tires had air upon delivery. I called the tow service and got their pictures and records and called A&E back to let them know my car was delivered to them with a flat tire and they have pictures to prove it. I was placed on hold several more times and spoke to several different people who all told me a different story. So now, my family s safety is compromised because I can t afford a new tire and I ve been lied to. On top of all of that, the front bumper that was replaced, is peeling off. They do shoddy work and do not care about safety. All the care about is money. I was without my vehicle for almost 4 months and now I ve gotta get it fixed again. Lawyers will be involved if they do not make right. Because now I have more frustration and now I have to come out of pocket again for a rental car. The bad thing is, the wreck and none of this is my fault and the body shop will not take responsibility for their work. I d give them zero stars if I could. They should be in business. I understand things can go wrong, but the way I was treated by them and lied to by several staff members and not fixing my car properly is unacceptable.Service: Body & Trim

This place went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to repairing my car. I could not be happier with the service that I received! My car looks and drives like new! Not to mention the inside is emaculate. I feel like im driving the car of the lot when I bought it new.

We had an excellent experience with our recent repair at A & E. Everyone that we came into contact with, both on the phone and in person was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The repair looks great and we had our car back in a short time. We would highly recommend this business!

Excellent service by all.They were professional and courteous at all times and my car repair was perfect. It drives better than before the accident. A &E also provided the rental car taking care of communication with rental car company for delivery and return.A & E were just Awesome.

I would consider A&E the best Auto Body shop in Central Florida. The staff members and owners are always friendly and as professional as they come! I have never had a bad experience with this shop and don't ever see it happening. For all of your Auto Body needs; I strongly recommend A&E Auto Body! Hands down the best in the business!!

I was referred to A and E from a personal friend who is also a well known business owner in the area ( an insurance agency ). The shop seemed very fast paced and lacked an accommodating attitude as far as explaining the process clearly or having a friendly attitude . The repairs took nearly three weeks and not once was I contacted for important updates . The receptionists were rude and short with me and blamed the insurance company for setbacks each time I called to ask about the status . The insurance agent handling the claim called me promptly each time WITH receipts of their correspondence with A and E conveying how they were being treated . They were put on hold indefinitely more than once and I had to call to intervene more than once. Finally, A and E processed the necessary things to allow me to pick up my car and I still had an issue finalizing the process when I came for pickup due to misinformation and lack of communication on the receptionist s part . The overall customer service and attitude that I was an annoyance is so disappointing . This could have been a simple and quick insurance claim and repair but it was not. I will never return to do business with them nor will my friend be referring customers there anymore.
