This team is client focused an cost conscientious. I don't mean their cheap., but their gonna do the best thing for your budget an your vehicleThe client care area is clean an sanitary as well as the facilitiesThe customer service is beyond compare. Very timely,organized and they do what they say. These guys could give some customer service training to others.I deal with a lot of people an these guys are good . .And no I'm not an employee or relative.Just a customer who felt like I was valued , not being a victim in these already trying times .Id send my Mother there, or at least her car . ST

Update-Dealership confirmed heater core was issue. This place is a waste of time.Avoid this place at all costs. Took my vehicle in to get something fixed. They specified it could be a thermostat, I said I believe it to be the heater core, I agreed go ahead and replace the thermostat if that s what you believe.I get a call fifteen minutes later from the shop saying they re declining to work on my car and to come pickup my car, the keys are in it outside .This shop was very rude, I was nothing but respectful on the phone with them just giving them insight about what I believed the issue to be. The main person that answers the phone talks a million miles a second and you can barely understand him. The whole experience wasted two days of my time. I ended up taking my vehicle to an actual dealership to get it serviced.In the future, treat your customers with respect and do not be RUDE. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

Great place. They worked with my brake issue and my schedule. They charged a fair price, and are trustworthy. Would definitely work with them again.

Got a front end alignment, easy n and out. Took about 1.5 hrs. All good with there service. I thought 98 dollars was kinda high . But good workmanship.

Im not sure what it was but I called to get a quote and they were just extremely rude and hung up. I called back again and they tried to sell me parts and repairs I know I didn t need but they insisted. Just seems like they want to squeeze money out of you any chance they get and are just very unprofessional.

Today was my first time here! It was a great experience, the facility is super clean and the staff is very professional, and honest! Which is a big deal when it comes to getting your car serviced. They are efficient and quick on repairs and communication! If you live in Marion or Citrus county, come here to get your car serviced!!!

Went to get tires mounted on my truck, dropped it off at 12:30 said they tech would do it when he got off lunch break at 1.. I arrived at 3:30 and they were halfway through mounting them. They broke the plastic off my tailgate and the tech said it fell off.. when you could see the broken clips they charged me $25 per tire to mount and balance and after I find out that didn t include new valve stems and they never said anything about not putting in new valve stems .. now I m sitting on the turnpike because I blew a valve stem and they didn t even use enough tire bead sealer.. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Weisemans is great! We go there all the time to get my husband's jeep fixed. It's a doozy ever modified and out of stock and they go be up and beyond to make sure that my Jeep is fixed before I leave there with it. Won't go any other place!

This is a good place to go for females. Yes men for you as well but I say this because some places take advantage of females. This place is not one of them. Did a good job and was fast about it. The pic of the woods is what I was looking at while me and hubby waited. Jason and one of the guys there.

This place is rude and very unprofessional. They don't care about customers property. They are also very untrustworthy.I wouldnt leave my dead fish here let alone my vehicle.

Made an appointment for 2 o'clock and arrived early. They greeted me promptly and went to work. Nice comfortable waiting room with great aircon and nice environment. Coffee and TV to keep one busy.

This place is top notch!!! Everyone was so nice and the mechanic that did the brake job on my car was fast and efficient, had me out the door in less than an hour. Their prices are fair too. I would highly recommend Weisemans. U won't be disappointed!!!

I needed my brakes and rotors done asap and Weisemans got me in right away, on the spot and out the door in less than an hour. Their prices are fair, employees are very courteous and this will be my garage from now on!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Friendly, honest and easy going. The facility is modern and clean and conveniently located. You can tell the mechanics here have integrity and aren't trying to "just make a buck". They helped us and were super friendly and fair the entire time.Thanks a lot guys. We'll be back.

Let me start by saying that I was very apprehensive about taking my car to be repaired to anywhere other than the dealership that I have been taking my car to since I bought it. It took some encouragement from a family member that recommended Weiseman's and I am so glad they did! My car was making sounds that had me thinking it was falling apart. Daniel was there this morning and squeezed me in to their already scheduled appointments (thank you!). The auto tech (I didn't get his name) was quick and HONEST about what the issue was and even walked me around to show me. Thankfully it was an easy fix and they had me in and out quickly. Thank you Weiseman's! I will be back for future repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Excellent experience. The people are nice and take the time to explain the issue while fixing it without extra expense. They were an advocate for me with the company paying for repairs. I really appreciated that and recommend this to anyone needing car care in the Dunnellon Florida area.

Great shop our alternator went out the charged a fair price and went we found out it was a bad alternator knowing our struggles with sick kids the picked up the tow cost and put a new one in for free if they had a option for 10 stars I would have clicked it great costumer service as well

I went into this garage to have some work done because I've heard good things but the old guy sounds like a chipmunk talking he does not shut up very very rude he is definitely one hell of a salesman. I refuse to service because of the fact that we're not even allow me to talk. They say watch out for fast talkers they are most likely untrustworthy

Great place to get your car serviced. They are busy everyday. So don't expect to walk in and get helped instantly. They work with you to set up convenient appointments.I was surprised that with a tire leaking air I was serviced upon walking in. They assessed the tire, and the condition of the other 3 upon request and made an appointment with me for Monday, and today is Friday.

Prompt service. In and out within 1 hour for 2 tires mounted and balanced. Robert quoted and delivered on better pricing than 3 other dealers! Feels like a good honest neighborhood dealer. I will be back in future.

The owner rescued my wife yesterday when she had a flat tire after hitting a curb. He came to her location and put on the spare. He ordered a new tire and and mounted it and installed it today. Excellent friendly service and very price competitive.

We broke down while visiting family and they were so helpful and kind! They have a clean, fenced in shop and really helped us out so much. We definitely appreciated it!

I was so pleased having my vehicle serviced at this establishment. From the beginning to the end the service here was top notch! An employee even gave us a ride home & picked us up the next day after vehicle was finished. Robert in the office was very informative and very respectful. Will definitely do service again if need be. Their parents had a plaque in store soon as you walk in to the left, and I agree 100%!

I waited a few months to give a review. I wanted to put the car through the paces. There was about 2000 dollars of work needed. I have been in Dunnellon for 17 years and was satisfied over the years with my original mechanic, then things changed and I decided to look for a new shop. I will recommend Weisemen's to my friends with confidence.�The staff was great and the work excellent.
