Bought 4 new tires. Once we got on the main road we realized they didn't balance the tires. Took it to a Walmart near my work the next day to have them fix it. They wouldn't fix it that day. Had to make an appointment for 2 days later.

Good for oil changes, but no help for selecting tires (mine are not standard in stock tires). Just told to go online and order to store. Wouldn't even assist at all. I visited twice, then went back to my old tire place, who helped me. They earned my business back and the sale of 4 new tires.

Had to get a new tire on my room. My car was not drivable to the store. Quickly changed and balanced it and I was out in an hour.

They where very nice to me after I was able to get ahold of them had oil changed the other day and having 4 tires put on today!!! Sooo hopefully everything little thing will be Groovy!!!

1 hour after my time, they started working to mount and balance my tires. It took them 1.5 hours to complete the work, which I believe is normal. Then it took about 30 minutes waiting to pay for the work. Finally, they tried to charge me for the tires again, which I paid for a few days before. Thank goodness, I had the receipt for the tires in my wallet.

Have tried calling for 3 days to set up an appointment for tires. The only day we got ahold of a living person we were put on hold for over half an hour before hanging up.

Omg! Absolutely awful.... Called one store, had the tires but tire machine was broken. Called another store, machine worked but only one tire. Called 2 other stores numerous times and no answer. Finally found a store with 2 tires and a tire machine and made a 9am appointment. I arrived by 8:45am and parked in front of the tire bay while my wife went in to register. They had no record of our appointment but luckily they found 2 tires with my wife's name on them so they honored our appointment time. At 9am , while I was still sitting in the car, the tire tech asked what I was there for and I told him a 9am for 2 tires. He asked me to park because he needed to pull in the 8am appointment.....at 9am! The wife and I made the appointment so we wouldn't waste our day. After the tech finished the 8am he pulled our car in and disappeared. I'm an extremely patient man but after 45 min of the car sitting there unattended I asked the clerk were they ever going to put our tires on? She said pretty much nothing but it was obvious there was an employee problem. I asked where the tech was and she said she didn't know. I walked outside and he was talking to a co-worker. I asked another tech if anyone else could put my tires on and he mumbled incoherently and walked off. After another 15 min the tire tech came in the garage and 4 other employees and the tire tech just stood there having a chat session for about 15min. Weirdly enough the tech that I asked if anyone else could work on my car ended up being the one who started working on my car! I watched and after another 20min he came to me and informed me that he couldn't get the lug nuts off and his socket broke trying. We were informed, after 2 hours of waiting, that they could not assist us. I took my car home, loosened the lug nuts, took the car back and finally got the tires put on. Overall it took over 5 hours and 2 trips to get 2 tires put on. I give Walmart an F for customer service.

They would have 5 stars if it wasn t for being understaffed by the company itself. The workers themselves were very well. I had 2 tires replaced and so far so good.

I needed a new trailer tire and at first they thought they didn't have any but when they checked the computer it was there. They had me all set in about thirty minutes. The guys did a great job. I appreciate all the help. I definitely recommend for tires. Pretty affordable too compared to other places. Thank you Walmart auto center crew. Also had to get some new sunglasses while I was there so my kid and I picked them out while waiting

The associates are nice once you are able to speak to them. However, the tire center never has enough people at the desk. You will wait and wait until you decide to walk around and find someone to help you. I called for 2 days to follow up on my tire appt until I had to physically drive there to get any help face to face. No one EVER answers the phone. Again, I called today. No one answered. I will drive there tomorrow, AGAIN, to finish handling my tires, as I was returning THEIR call.

Waited an hour to find out they can't patch tire. Since they refuse to set appointments to fix tires you oayed the road hazard fee for. Then waited another 30 minutes to find out it only covers 1 tire. So it's a ripoff, and a complete waste of time if you own a 4x4. Won't be wasting time here againService: TiresService: Tires

They did not have tires to fit my car. Lady said she couldn't order the tires on display. I order them myself and bring them in to be mounted. The customer in front of me had came in to get the same tire, the manager offered to order them for her for $50 off!!!Then when I get my car in, i come to the counter TWO HOURS LATER (mind you, i was the FIRST car in the bay) to find that my car has been done for over an hour and they were too busy to call. I went to pay and they added a bunch of stuff to it i didnt ask for. I had an appointment down the street for a full alignment and had to pay for the same service twice in the same day.Do yourself a huge favor. Drive out of the way for a different walmart auto center. I've always enjoyed the Inverness one.

Tried calling for about an hour. Gave time in between calls. No one will answer the phone. The manager tells me there's nothing she can do. They won't answer the phone because they are busy non stop. Sounds like y'all should t have cut back on so many employees there Walmart

I brought in my truck for a leaky tire. They performed a check for punctures, checked the stem valve, etc. It took them a little while but they found a leak asking the wheel+bead on the back side of the tire. They popped it off the bead and checked the lip of the wheel; gooped the bead with sealant and re-mounted everything.Is been leak free ever since! And they didn't charge me a dime for the work despite having the tires mounted elsewhere. -1 star only because it took two consecutive visits a day apart to fix the same wheel. On the second visit, they dunked it into a tub of water to find the leak. (IMO, they should have done that the first time)Overall a pleasant experience and surprise when they took care of me both visits absolutely free each time. I felt bad a little and picked up a few automotive items while there for their trouble. ^.^

If this is the walmart sd 200 my service was terrible !! They refused to make an appointment because I only needed 1 tire replaced and expected me to wait nearly 6 hours to get in and wouldn't let me get an option to get a spot. That's so rude amd unfair and caused a loss of my service to that auto center. I will now take my business a bit further in dunnellon. Not to mention the other walmart was much larger and seemed more friendly and had allot more of every thing

They make changing oil simple and affordable. I had only one problem I wanted my truck greased and they could not do it. The two go together grease and oil. The service people were very good

Got me in at the last minute for 2 new tires. Would have given 5 stars but they didn't have plugs for a leak I had in one of my tires so I had to purchase a 3rd tire.

What can I say? It's a Walmart so they probably have what you're looking for. They just need more help! I couldn't find a sole to help me locate what I was looking for.....

Was not impressed no customer service felt like I was inconvenient to them. Felt like they just did not care.any questions were not answered he just looked at me. Then when I picked up vehicle. It was " I don't know it's done". Nobody cared no questions answered.

I found that if you're good to people, they will be good back. That was my experience with the auto center. Folks were friendly, and work was what I asked for.

There not much help!!!! We needed a tire bad but the 4 days we came back to see every time they said we don't have a mechanic here for that and our machine is down.

I've been a Walmart automotive service client for 12-years and running. The service is always calm, professional, thorough and offer specifically select vehicle maintenance. The added convenience of a clean waiting room with glass viewing to see the maintenance progression is awesome.

It would be zero Stars but that is not an option. Went in to get two front tires and they put the new tires on my back instead of the front. Call the store manager to get some type of resolution said he would call me back and never did.

The actual work done was pretty good, the actual workers unenthusiastic (but it is Wally World after all) the cost was average, time line? 3 hours to change the oil and check two tires seems a little excessive (but it is Wally World after all).
