I've been going there for years and even worked there years ago. Dennis is a prime example of how to treat others. And the owner Tommy knows how to treat people to have good work results

Always helpful counter people, if they don't have something they get it, usually next day ! Parts & 12 volt Batteries, Better Quality than Auto parts down the road

Guys were great, helped load up everything, cause my self and my brother are limited on stuff we can do. We are both hurt right now. Definitely shop here again!

NAPA always has what I want even if I'm not sure what I want. They will help me find it. Great selection of quality tools and supplies. Always courteous counter help all the way from Vermont to Florida. And they have loaner tools.

They have limited parts knowledge. The manager is useless. Not a store any serious mechanic would shop at. Stay far away from this one.

They did a great job helping us change out our battery in an emergency. Fair warning , our battery was way to change out, but if you have a battery that requires removing a wheel or something they will probably have the tools for that, so it'd be best to call ahead and check.

Staff was very patient with me. Also very helpful and they stood by the battery guarantee. All in all they went above and beyond their jobs. Also, was nice seeing employees utilizing team efforts to help one another.I rarely give 5 Stars.Kudos Dunnellon NAPA!

These guys are professionals. They've got the real materials and tools to get difficult jobs done. The whole team has always welcomed me and were willing to answer questions. Navigating their parts and tools catalogs can be difficult if you either do not know exact details about your vehicle or tool you need - but they'll steer you in the right direction every time and get exactly what you need.Their pricing is a little upscale compared to others but I never feared using their sensors, electrical components, soft or hard hydraulic hoses and body/ ECM modules, brake components. The price difference makes up for the quality parts you get initially. (If the prices were a tad better, inline with other stores they would earn 5 stars)

Stand there and be ignored, this place sucks balls they are just part pullers and have no clue. Love to hear them talk to suppliers about how they are gonna make a deal with a buyer and how they are gonna screw them. Just makes for good business. Amazon and eBay sell everything this store sells for a fraction of the cost and without the attitude that they think they are god. So many online parts houses that won't rip you off why go here.

Napa has always been good at having what I need. Especially in a pinch when others dont carry at all. Napa has been around for so long. My uncle was regional MGr growing up and it was and still is a household name.

Not the best place to go if you're really looking for help they tend not to want to help you unless they really know you. Even if you've purchased a part from them they are not very helpful and we'll tell you that they did not sell the part even though you know you bought it from them then when you bring back the receipt and the part you can finally get it exchanged but with definite attitude behind it. Keith seem to be too busy 2 want to look up parts and help us
