I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kelly s Auto for some much-needed brake work on my teenage son s vehicle, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. After being told by a guy down the road that he would just leave the nail in the tire until it starts losing air - we decided to try Kelly s Auto. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a fixed tire! The staff was kind and did a great job. Can t recommend enough! Thank you!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Kelly's. From the first phone call to schedule an appt to picking up the car and paying, I was treated respectfully. Kelly, the owner, took care of everything through the warranty company and kept me in the loop thru the whole process. My car was finished promptly, as promised. I will definitely take my car there again.

First time there with my truck. I felt Kelly to be trustworthy. I will definitely use his services again when needed. And it is a very comfortable place to wait for your vehicle if need be. Coffee and cookies!

My experience at KARS was truly service everyone only dreams of. It began upon entering the office when I was greeted (@8 am) with kindness & smiles, like they were glad I made my appointment. They communicated well with me & followed that direction with everything. The time it took to do the work on my car was worth every penny I spent there. My car is now running & sounding better than it has in quite a long time. I will go back! TY to each & every employee & the owners. Simply stated, the are the very best!! Excellent mechanics, fair to fault, and act in a totally professional manner...plus always coffee and goodies in their comfortable and well appointed waiting area...always impressed!! I was raised in my father's garage...I feel right at home..

I always trust them to give a great list of things that my car will need and will ask for approval before they fix it. Will definitely trust them with anything that we can't do ourselves. Very friendly service.

As a previous F-15 crew chief you could say I take preventative maintenance seriously. I am very particular about my work truck and who puts their hands on it. When it was time to replace all my engine seals, I chose Kelly s based on recommendation, their reviews, and some other minor work I have had them do in the past. I gave them a long list of other preventative maintenance items I wanted them to take care of while they were in there. Long story short, they did a great job! They are friendly, trustworthy, and competent. I would highly recommend.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Scheduled my 2018 Ford Expedition for an oil change. KARs did a fantastic job making it easy to schedule my appointment and completed the work quickly. I ll definitely be back in the future for additional service needs I may have in the future.

As an octogenarian, I depend on Kelly's Auto Repair Service for almost everything, and they have always risen to the occasion with a warm and very competent response. I am always pleased when I visit them, and I enjoy the fact that they are dog lovers, as well.

Liked that pictures were taken during the oil change of parts checked by technician. I was in on an appointment. They tooky car back on time and I was out in 45 minutes. Comfortable waiting room and cute resident dog.

Friendly and caring staff you can trust your car with. They don't force all the unnecessary car improvements on you like dealerships do but highlight the needs so you walk out covered.

In my 55 years of owning and operating vehicles I have to say the Kelly's is the most honest, competent and professional auto repair shop that I have every utilized baring none. Their inspection process and vehicle report should set the standard for all repair facilities including dealerships. The emphasis is on a true report of what is going on with the vehicle and what defects are found. Unlike many shops that this is a tool used to sell potential customers services that aren't needed or required. At Kelly's you will receive an honest assessment of what is needed to keep the vehicle reliable and the driver safe. Several times I had my vehicle inspected expecting to need repairs done and was advised that repairs weren't necessary. As a point of reference when my vehicle had 50k miles I brought it into the dealership for warranty work and was told I needed a complete brake job to the tune of $1,800. The brakes felt fine and I declined. About 20k miles later after I had severed my relationship with the dealership and started using Kelly's I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and brakes. When I came to pick up the vehicle I fully expected that the brakes needed replacement. I was told that they were completely inspected (pictures included in the inspection report) and my brakes were still fine. Today I again made an appointment for an oil change as my coupon book for free dealership oil changes had run out. Once again Kelly indicated that I still have over 30% of my pads intact and the rotors and calipers are still in great condition. It would be a waste to replace them. Not sure there is a shop anywhere that would have offered the same assessment. I will continue to use Kelly's for all my vehicle needs and continue to recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbors.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Great people, great service. I just built a house in the area so I ve been spending a lot of time on the road from the Fort Lauderdale area to citrus springs preparing my new house when both batteries in my Ram diesel unfortunately died on me. Lucky for me I called Stephen at Kelly s auto and they got the batteries for me and had me in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be using these guys in the future and recommending them to family and friends. Being a retired auto tech my self I know what it takes to offer this kind of service so way to go guys!!

I went for an oil change and was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism. I put low mileage on my car and got my questions answered for routine maintenance. The waiting area and restrooms are very comfortable with extra conveniences, and spotless. It was obvious while waiting that they have a good following and are well respected by the locals. I'm definitely going back and recommended my husband use them as well

Had my oil changed at Kelly's and as usual I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very professional. I wait while they do the work so I really appreciate the clean waiting area with coffee and snacks if you want. Highly recommend this shop!

This shop was accommodating to me at the last minute after I was rejected by other shops in the area. Not only were they able to check out my car and diagnose a fuel leak, but also had the resources to fix me up quickly! The waiting room is clean and comfortable. When it came time to pay I was grateful and relieved for the service and for the price. I trust this place!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have 2 vehicles that I take there. They need a lot of work. They did thorough inspections and wrote up estimates. Little by little I got everything done and very please with their work and staff. I will continue to use them because they are friendly, helpful and did a good job. PS they saved me money polishing my 2007 Kia's headlights/lamp. Didnt have to buy new ones.Looks wonderful now.Update: 12/5/23 I continue to take my 2 old cars to Kelly's. Totally trustworthy. They explain everything, give accurate estimates, take pictures of problems they see. Their estimate work time is very accurate. Sometimes I stay and wait and use their wifi. Prices are fair. Staff is professional and kind.They have upgraded the place. Looking nice.
