This is the 4th car we've bought here and as always the staff is always accommodating and help out wherever they can. Tha k you Nick for another vehicle and helping our daughter get into a new car

I recently traded in my truck and purchased a small car at Hometown Auto. I can honestly say that it was the first time I ever bought a vehicle that I didn t feel taken advantage of. They were forthright, honest and helped me get into the car I wanted at a price I could manage. Huge shout out to Nick for his professionalism and patience, but also to Jeff for his time and sense of humor. I walked in as a customer, but left feeling like family.

My family and I stopped into Hometown Auto Mart on a Saturday with no appointment or prior notice. Mr Nick introduced him self and greeted my mother, my wife and my 7 year old daughter with hand shakes. He let us look around and see what automobiles we were interested in with no pressure. I really loved the white 2012 Acura TSX they had in stock. Nick went way above and beyond to get me fianaced in the perfect car for me and my family. He was very personable even colored with my daughter. I highly recommend. Nick at Hometown auto mart.

Went looking for a particular vehicle today at this lot. It had already been sold this morning. I was kinda disappointed thinking that I wouldn't be able to find or afford other vehicles, but Nick was very helpful and helped me find a vehicle that I can afford and am very pleased with. Nick made the process painless and helped me through the process of buying a great car. I will definitely return and recommend people here for a quality vehicle.

My husband and I were in an accident, and we were forced to buy another second vehicle. My husband had purchased a truck in the past from Hometown Auto Mart, and it was a good experience. He met Roy and immediately felt comfortable with him and looked over a few vehicles. He was happy with the 2006 Chevy Tahoe right away. All it really needed was a set of tires. To our surprise, Roy had a set on it when we went to pick it up. Great service, easy finance and terms, and very pleasing overall experience. The whole staff is welcoming and professional. Make them your first choice, too!

You can buy a car or truck anywhere, and at this Hometown is Fair. What makes them great is their GM Rich, who is extremely Knowledgeable and bluntly Honest! An honest used car salesman? Also, the team-Nick, Jeff, and Matthew are just good people and make your time there enjoyable!

I was browsing on a Sunday and the owner, Richard, happen to be there helping someone else. I felt no pressure yet all of my questions were answered. I found his inventory to be large. Some higher mileage vehicles but a great selection in the 50k range. I went looking for and older commuter to establish credit. After talking with Richard I moved up into newer vehicles and am sure glad I did. I found a 2015 Kia Soul with 10100 miles on it. It was practically brand new. The price was reasonable and the down payment was reasonable especially since I have no credit on my reports. The next day Richard the manager had everything ready to go for me. He explained my terms and the contract very well. I found both Richard's to be super easy to talk with which made them equally easy to work with.Bottom line. If you need a car and have to establish or fix your credit Hometown Automart is definitely a place worth looking at. I would buy from them again.

Richard and everyone at both locations are just the best. I am a long time customer, my credit was less than stellar and thanks to them, not only was I able to get nice vehicles at reasonable payments, they helped me boost my credit by getting me financed with a loan company that reported my timely payments. They also always have a great variety of vehicles.

Dean was as honest and up front as you can ask for. I spoke with him several months ago and he gave me a reasonable expectation of money down and payments based on what I wanted. Flash forward to Saturday and everything went just as he said. It was busy but with teamwork and just a small wait I shockingly was done and ready to leave within an hour and a half of arriving. I got the truck I really wanted not the secret second choice I was ready with. There was no haggling or long sales pitch. I don t expect perfection in an older truck I understand they can t be responsible for everything that could happen. But they are the only dealer that actually told the truth up front on day one. Good people for Dunnelon.

This place is Amazing.. They are friendly, knowledgeable, willing to work with your situations. This is an awesome place to get a great & reliable vehicle. They are not at all like you typically car salesman. I highly recommend Hometown Auto to everyone.

I went to this lot looking at an older Infinity 4dr vehicle, it was a consignment. It was originally listed at $7500 reduced to $5500. It was a very nice car and I was interested. We drove it and it had a few issues but nothing that couldnt have been addressed. What really surprised me was the Sales Manager, or should I say his attitude or the lack thereof and to even try to deal with this individual was a challenge. The salesman was great, kind, understanding, and way more professional than his Manager. I had cash in my pocket, " Crisp 100 dollar bills", and I wanted a car. This Sales Manager wouldnt even call the owner of the vehicle to tell him I would give him $4000 cash. Does this sound like the kind of person you would want to deal with? I say "No", unfortunately the owner never knew this, maybe I will get lucky and he will read this, if not I tried. This salesman was the only highlight of the day. The car was left, with regret, but I did get a car, $4295 cash out the door, and if you want to be treated with respect go to Gainesville Buick GMC and tell them Gia sent you...from a person who has been in the Automobile business for over 30 years I would know. Buying an Automobile is supposed to be fun and enjoyable not a nightmare.PS...The crack in windshield was safety issue and should repaired before selling!! Remember, how you wanted me to call my insurance to have them repair it?

If you are looking for a car with a low down payment do not waste your time here. The owner will degrade you and speak to you like your scum. Even with proof of how much you make he will question you about why you can't put a bigger down payment down. Or why you can't pay more on payments. I could have put more down but with the way the owner spoke to me is very disrespectful. And the fact Dean in the office said we need to put you in something with low miles since you work out of town. I don't want one of these high mile vehicles to break down on you. That should tell you that they don't even trust the vehicles they are selling.

BUYER BEWAREWhere do I even start.I purchased an 09 Impala and bought a warranty along with it. Make a long story short, problems popped up after 3 days, got stranded on the side of the road a week later. Took to their recommended repair shop. Of course it's not covered and I really thought the folks at the lot would at least split the difference . Boy was I wrong. Fingers crossed I don't have any more problems

It was a longer than one hour drive to get to Hometown Auto Mart to look at the car my wife and I were interested in, and well worth it. The car was exactly as advertised (confirmed by our own local mechanic who just checked it out) and we are very pleased with it and the service Hometown provided

5 STARS SO FAR!!! I purchased a 2007 toyota tundra that wasnt within my reach..but between the owner and Dean they got me intothe truck i wanted..it needed something fixed the very next day and they had me bring it back in for repair..would recommend giving them a try...thanks guys

Just bought a nice truck from them about a month and half ago they had no problems what do ever putting me into a wonderful truck that I needed I could not tell you enough if you have bought vehicles from here before and had bad luck I am sorry but I would recommend these people to anyone and every one they helped me when I needed it the most to top off the cake they are a great staff they work great together and with you thank you hometown your the best

My husband bought a truck here and it was the worst mistake. Within the same month of purchasing AC went out, oil was black, and it drives terrible. Go somewhere else not cheap and their vehicles are. It worth it. Run
