They deserve negative stars for my experience. Highly incompetent! They claim their mechanics are ' trained and certified'. They are obviously not conscientious nor do they pay attention to important details of reassembly. Hilltop replaced the evaporator on my F350. When I got my truck back, the plug for the glowplug wiring harness was hanging inside the suspension spring, data ports weren't plugged back in, they broke one of my windshield washer sprayers, damaged the turbo plug on the top of the engine, drained my washer fluid and didn t refill it, broke the connector for the lid, and the antifreeze was more than a gallon low. I wouldn t trust them to properly air my tires!Sloppy mechanics! Doesn't take a rocket scientist to replug everything you unplug! While I did not immediately realize everything that was left undone by your mechanics, there is NO WAY I would allow them to touch my truck again after what they broke and everything they left undone! Not sure what they're certified in, it sure isn't diesel!

This place is a joke! My parents have taken both of their trucks here to have different issues worked on and every single time they bring their trucks home the issues are not fixed and they have to go back. They don't know how to install transmissions or fix an a/c issue. They forget to put all the parts and pieces back on when they are done also. Please do not waist your time or money on this place. There are much better honest mechanics that you can go to. My parents are out of a lot of money and one vehicle that is not running because of this place. If there was an option for zero stars that what I would have picked. This place should be ashamed to be called an auto shop.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Transmission repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

I would recommend anyone that has or thinks they have car trouble to take it to Hilltop Automotive. I have taken multiple cars to Hilltop an I have never been disappointed. They are honest, kind, very trustworthy and reasonably priced. Thank you Hilltop Automotive for making the process of a broken down car, flat tire or just a minor fix, easier with your great prices.

Just wow,. Where to start ?They had the car for 4 months ,. Diagnosed a head gasket leak. When the engine was apart they wanted to replace the push rods to which I agreed . They didn t replace the parts and put the engine back together . Now I have to take it apart to replace parts they should have replaced in the first place. I asked them to check out the 4 wheel drive - still doesn t engage. I asked them to replace part of the exhaust- they didn t and didn t return the exhaust pipe I give them to install. After 4 months I picked up the car with no gas. I actually had to bring a jerry can and hose to their garage when I picked it up. A $1,850.00 bill and have to drive to another garage to have fixed what they didn t. Upon getting home I noticed a huge oil puddle. Huge! Need it towed to another shop.Why would a mechanic take an engine apart and put it back together with parts that need to be replaced?As others have stated you ll never see anyone actually working there. Excuses after excuses and a $1,850 dollar bill. Run Away from this place !Still waiting for an itemized bill and an answer on how long they warranty their repairs .Go someplace else -Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought my minivan there tell them your budget and they will try their best. Friendly service. If I need another vehicle in the future I will go there first.

Disgusting office area smells like BO staff seemed clueless, your heavy set girl was more worried about putting together action figures shop looked very disorganized

Big joe and mechanics ripped me and my uncle off of over $4,000 on our RV saying they did stuff they didn't do like replacing front end brakes said they put a new transmission fluid they never did don't know if they even changed oil RV to Patrick's in Ocala they had to put in a new transmission because no transmission fluid was in it they said front brakes were never original ones they had to do a oil change for us put in a new engine battery wrong one that big joe put in had patricks adjust headlamps correctly

Fast oil change service.Dropped phone while relaxing on there couch they call us right away and we recovered the phone.

SHADE TREE MECHANIC...4hr job turned into 5 days..went in two times and the mechanic is sitting in the office bsn with the lady at the desk..also lack in communication skills...very unprofessional..wish i could give a goose egg rather then 1 star..
